We had a wonderful week staying at this location. Great location, quiet and safe neighborhood, close walk to the beach with everything needed for fun on the beach. The kitchen supplied all that we needed for our meal preps. It was a pleasure to lounge on the deck and listen to the sounds of the ocean. A great stay.

This was our second trip to Julie’s place and it did not disappoint. We love her place. She is so nice and accommodating. It has all the amenities you need, a nice yard, and so close to the beach. It is low key, not over crowded with lots of space on the beach. It reminds of a beach cottage in a Nicholas Sparks novel. We will be back!!

This is the perfect setup, steps from the beach and walkable. We walked to sunset grill, island donuts, the pier and mayday ice cream. They had so many toys and games my kids were entertained while the adults hung out on the balcony overlooking the beach. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay at Erich’s house. Love the proximity to the pool and beach as it allowed us to go back and forth so easily. And the deck was well used. Thanks for a great stay!

Great place at walking distance to the beach. Can get anywhere else within a 15 mins radius via car as well. Lawrence was very friendly and the house was very cozy. We would definitely go back

Close to the beach and our favorite taco shop. A1A burrito works! We were able to enjoy the evenings on the porch and walk to the coffee shop and ice cream shop right down the road.

Our stay was wonderful! We had everything we needed to enjoy a relaxing long weekend!! Tobin was great about staying connected and responding to our communication. He was willing to work with us to meet our needs!

My family and I spent a week at Renee and Aloe's wonderful beach house. We could not have asked for more welcoming and helpful hosts. The photos, description and amenities were as described. Everything was spotlessly clean. Just steps away from the beautiful beach and an easy drive into downtown St. Augustine, we really appreciated the house's history and homey feel. Be sure to walk down to the Kookaburra Beachside cafe for excellent morning coffee! Thank you so much, Renee and Aloe!

We really enjoyed staying at Dee’s place for Christmas that we are already discussing coming back for the summer! We didn’t think exactly how we were going to pull off a Christmas tree for Santa to bring presents to our 4yr old, but Dee informed us that they had an artificial tree with ornaments in the garage!! It was extremely easy to put up and take down. This house is in a great location, close enough for early fishing charters out of St. Augustine. Also surrounded by a good selection of golf courses to choose from. The house was very clean! We had zero issues during our stay. The pool was well heated and was able to keep up even with the very cold temperatures we had. The hot tub was very clean. We didn’t get to enjoy the pier and pond as much as we wanted due to the weather but any chance we did get out there was very enjoyable.

Great place for a family to get together and share a few days with their kids and grandkids!

The house was perfect for our family. Had a great size pool, lots of extras outside and inside. It was the perfect place to relax and a quick walk to the beach. I would recommend a wagon or stroller if you have smaller kids to get to and from the beach. We really enjoyed our time here.

Jared's home was amazing for us. Beach was close, home was beautiful, pool was amazing. Would stay there again.

As advertised, the home was in very good condition. All instructions were clear for an easy check-in and checkout. Very well supplied kitchen and appliances were clean a looked like new. New gas grill worked perfectly. Lots of room outside to enjoy and very private. Golf cart was plus for transportation to the beach. Also, easy walking distance to Debra Jean’s Cafe was a nice surprise. Excellent food and coffee selections. Overall, an exceptional stay. Thank You.

We felt right at home in Matt's place. The house was big and spacious, we absolutely loved the pool on the back porch. Was a perfect setting to grill dinner and enjoy the pool, was very hot outside but the back porch was very shaded and comfortable you could feel the ocean breeze., just perfect!! The ocean access was very close walking distance. The garage was also stocked with all you need for a day at the beach. Coolers, umbrellas, chairs, even beach toys for the kids. The kitchen was also stocked with everything you need to cook a meal for your family. The snacks and bottle of wine that was left for us by Matt was a great surprise and treat after a 6 hour drive. Plenty of restaurants within good driving distance. Plus a circle K at the top of the road. Matt was very responsive to my messages. We would definitely stay at Matt's again in the future. We had a fantastic weekend at this beach house! The home was clean, comfortable, and just steps from the sand. The owner was incredibly responsive—we requested additional blankets, and they provided them right away. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

Jamie is an amazing host! Her communication is on point and her response times were fantastic. We got into town a little bit earlier than our check-in (about an hour early) and Jamie got back to me right away and activated our code. The house and amenities are as listed. The neighborhood is quiet, which we enjoyed, especially with 4 kids 6 and under. It's a 2 minute ride to the beach access parking at Mary St. Ramp, and a few of us walked it as well (very easy walk). The pool was great to come back to, and Jamie adjusted the hot tub schedule to meet our needs for the week. It's a very easy ride into St. Augustine (historic area) and also up the A1A (good restaurants and ice cream and a publix coming soon). The cuban place up the street from the house, was awesome for coffee and a quick snack on the way to the beach as well. We would absolutely stay here again (all 11 of us), and I would absolutely work with Jamie again.

Our stay at Coquina Castle was wonderful! The ocean views were breathtaking! Sunrises were beautiful! Our host Erica was so gracious and accommodating. The home had everything we could possibly need with plenty of space for all of us. We enjoyed St Augustine, Palm Coast, fishing, spring training baseball and so many other things the area has to offer. I would highly recommend this Airbnb and we will stay here again when we are in the Palm Coast area. Thank you Erica! You’re a wonderful host!

Our family of 8 stayed 4 nights during my niece’s wedding weekend. The house is spacious and met the needs of my parents and my adult sons & their wives. The house is a short block from the beach with direct access onto the sand. It is close to great restaurants. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Sherri was very communicative with quick responses. We will definitely be back!

Our family had a memorable stay at this beautiful property. We walked less than 10 minutes south to dinner at the Golden Lion, an afternoon ice cream at Sally's, and Easter Sunrise Service at the park. We walked a little further north to an amazing brunch at Java Joint, but we mostly soaked up the incredible view. The furniture, even on the patio, is all designed for comfort. Couch has dual electric recliners built in, the beds are all pillow top, and the lounge chairs on the sun deck are delightful for catching rays or a nap! Extraordinary kitchen is fully stocked and is loaded with prep space. This property is posh in every sense, but the thoughtful touches really set this rental apart from others. Lovely soaps, quality linens, plush towels, beach towels and chairs, substantial outdoor grill, a high top table oceanside porch to ensure views, back porch with large ceiling fans for reading a book or a private conversation, and my twenty somethings raved about the gaming system, raved!

This was a great location with an easy walk to restaurants. A great view and easy access to the beach. Very clean and well done. We would definitely stay here again!

Walking into the main living space was breathtaking. So many places to sit outside and enjoy the view. The outdoor shower was a bonus, especially for my toddler grandson who loved getting sandy. We made so many wonderful memories. Building sandcastles, smashing sandcastles; jumping waves, being knocked down by bigger ones; takeaway tacos, birthday cupcakes; sunrises on the stairs with a favorite aunt, cuddling a grandmother on the back porch for sunsets. Making memories with families who are too far away, we drove south halfway, they drove north halfway. The perfect spring break for my grandchildren - and their parents and grandparents. Since I rented the whole house it was perfect for our large family gathering with separate units (Casa’s) for each couple.

We really enjoyed this place as our “home base” for a week working away of home. WiFi was reliable. Close to everything and a nice quiet neighborhood. We’ll be back for sure!
