We really enjoyed our stay. Check in was very easy and the host met us and showed us around the area and apartment. We liked having so much space and the home was very cosy and smelled nice. Towels and linens were very clean and comfy, and the kitchen is well stocked. The best thing of all was the location we were close to everything, tube station is right outside the door. Avoid traffic entirely and take the Uber boat from right outside the flat! Battersea Power Station is a lovely walk away and is fantastic. Nice restaurants two minutes away and right on the river. We had a great stay thank you very much.

George's appartment was even bigger than expected, well equipped and perfectly clean. The location of the flat and the view over the Thames are fantastic. Geroge is also the perfect host: quick, pleasant communication and always helpful. The apartment is very good value for money and I can recommend it without reservation. Many thanks for everything!

A lovely top floor flat right on the High Street and close to the beach. We had a glitch checking in, but this was swiftly fixed. Great location so long as you're happy to climb stairs, and don't mind a little bit of noise on a Saturday night

Great place to stay in a quiet neighbourhood. Easy to get to lots of London’s attractions. Parking available and close to a great pub.

We had a lovely family break at Sonya’s place. The property is in a quiet residential area which was easy to find with plenty of parking. Inside was bright, welcoming and comfortable. The kids (aged 7 and 5) enjoyed the games room, the PS4, the breakfast bar and the option to eat on the balcony! We didn’t need one of the bedrooms & it meant the kids had extra space if they wanted which was handy. It was really relaxing indoors & we had everything we needed. We recommend Rossi’s ice cream bar & Padrino pizzeria on Westcliffe beach, Belfairs Park/ nature reserve, Adventure Island & Chalkwell Park (if travelling with kids) and of course Sonya’s place! We’d stay again.

Fantastic little apartment minutes from all amenities. Very secure car park so I wasn't concerned for the security of my van overnight. The block is on a busy road and the traffic noise is noticeable if you are used to a quiet night. TV had all the apps so you can watch whatever you want to. Bar and grill directly below the apartment block does an amazing burger too. Will definitely book again next time I am working in the area.

Lovely modern clean apartment . Very handy if you want to see something at the cliffs pavilion. As just around the corner . Close to Southends main strip . Every need catered for . Only thing missing was a bistro table and chairs on the balcony . Enjoyed our stay

Lovely place, close to the O2. Easy to find with a smooth check in process. If you're looking for a nice place near the O2 you'll struggle to do better in this price range than here.

Beautiful lockside property, amazing location with two great pubs right across the way. House was nice and cosy when we arrived and the heating was great all weekend long. We especially loved the conservatory where we at our breakfast in the sun. Perfect for dogs and lots of beautiful walks nearby. Would definitely return in summer. Great stay thank you

We were looking for an oasis of peace that was near good amenities, and we hit the jackpot. The location was so quiet, and felt like the countryside with foxes and hedgehogs roaming around. But we could walk to the top of town in 10 minutes and down to the beach and amusements in 20. The property also promoted that peaceful vibe with lots of zen trappings. The garden was also a tranquil place to sit being very private, and also with a fish pond. We were greeted by Phil on arrival and he immediately made us relaxed and at home. He could not do enough for us and even posted back a left behind item. All in all we had a brilliant family holiday.

A couple travelled with two teenagers, a toddler and an elderly. Frida's place was perfect for our group. The living room was big enough for all of us, especially for our toddler to run around. Comfortable kitchen with good size stove & fridge. Dining room w sufficient space for 6 of us. We cooked almost every day. However, the upstairs bathroom can be cold in winter and the shower water pressure is a bit lacking, so we end up using the downstairs bathroom most of the time, which was a good bathroom w good pressure and temp. Comfortable and clean beds. Complete amenities. Good wardrobes w enough space for 2 weeks worth of clothes. The cottage is also walkable (15-20mins) to Hampstead High St and Heath, much to our delight! My mother-in-law ws so happy w the place, she suggested to return here whenever we are back in London. Happy to! A tip: the downstairs bedroom w double bed is more suitable for elderlies and those w young children due to the space and access to bathroom.

We had a lovely time with friends and kids at Tom's place. Tom is a very wonderful and welcoming host and was very accommodating with check-in and check-out times.We felt right at home. The house is a short walk to the beach, has a lovely big open plan bright kitchen, garden and a reception room with Piano, which we enjoyed playing. There was lots of space for kids to play and for grown ups to have a nice chat . We all enjoyed dining together on big dining table.Fridge and food cupboard were stocked which was such a lovely touch and well appreciated when we arrived with hungry kids.Highly recommend and thank you Tom .

Jeevika was the perfect host-allowing us to check in just hours after enquiring which was an absolute god-send being as we’d had to leave our previous night’s accommodation due to it being absolutely revolting. Jeevika’s house is clean, beautifully decorated with neon lights and animal themes which my children just loved. There’s a lovely garden space and it felt really homely, safe and secure. Ideally located for Southend, Leigh on Sea and all the surrounding attractions. We feel lucky to have found it and hope to return in future. Thanks for a fab stay xx

Our stay at Jane's place was lovely. The cottage is very clean and has everything you need. Beautiful garden and terrace. Quiet in the evenings. We loved it here and had a great stay. Jane was very friendly and respects your privacy. This is a superhost.

So quick to respond to any concerns I had. The house was clean with so much activities to do in and out the house.

Daisy was an excellent host. Her house is as lovely as it looks in the photos. There is plenty of room and the beds and bed-linen are excellent. A very homely house with everything you could need - and in a good location with loads of walkable things to do and great places to eat. Would definitely recommend. Thank you Daisy.

Lovely stay in Southend, Bev was very quick at responding and the flat was a perfect hub for a quick weekend getaway

Great location, nice and quiet. Close to the beach and 10 minute walk to the pier. Looked like the pictures and exactly as I was expecting. Sofa and beds were comfy and plenty of afternoon sun on the balcony.

I stayed in this flat with my family, I was nice and clean flat with all the essential appliances, there is also a beautiful backyard. the area was so peaceful and walkable with alot of amenities, also it is near to beach walk with amazing view. thank you Chris & Hilary ⚘️⚘️ for your comfortable guesting and unlimited help and support. I would recommend this flat for anyone come to enjoy the beach in Southend-On-Sea and having fun.

Siamo stati ospitati da Guray, è stato sin dal primo contatto estremamente gentile e comprensivo. Ci ha fatto svolgere il check-in alle ore 11pm organizzandosi subito e venendo incontro alle nostre esigenze. Abbiamo trovato la casa estremamente pulita, comoda e con una vista stupenda sullo skyline di Londra. Ci ha fatto anche trovare cioccolatini, acqua e frutta. La zona in cui è situato l’appartamento è la migliore a Londra, moderna e collegata benissimo. Ringraziamo ancora Guray per averci fatto passare il capodanno nel migliore dei modi, torneremo sicuramente!

Alex’s place met all our expectations and is absolutely beautiful. It had all the listed amenities. Alex also left us a bottle of wine, thank you for the sweet gesture. Although it is a bit far from central London but the bus stop is right around the corner and you can easily reach the city centre. Will highly recommend Alex’s place. The open floor kitchen and living room with a beautiful view of the city skyline from the balcony was the highlight that helped us wind down and enjoy our relaxed vacation. We felt right at home.

Had a great stay at this apartment, was spotless and very nicely designed. The location is brilliant. A nice square full of restaurants, pubs and right on the Thames. Good communication throughout from James.
