Jin and her husband were very helpful throughout our long stay. There are two bedrooms and it's perfect for a small family of four. The slope going to the guest house is a bit steep but you get used to it. Also the fact that it's on a hill helped ensure we were perfectly safe during the recent heavy rains. It's also walking distance from a lot of good and affordable places. I would definitely recommend it.

Brian (and his brother) are really helpful and friendly. They are happy to help guests order food delivery, book train tickets etc. They know each guest by name & will suggest places for you visit. It's great chatting with them as they give you a glimpse into Korean culture as well.

This is the first time I travel as a group with 15 other team mates. I was worried where I could find a suitable place for all of us together. This place was the perfect home for our Asia Pacific Convention. We are comfortable with the set up. The hosts were very kind. We met them in person. The location is really accessible to restaurants, convenience stores and transportation. They even allowed us to have late check out because of our delayed flight. I will definitely book this again when I go back to Korea.

We have spent a wonderful short stay in Lee Kong Ga Guesthouse, very clean and comfortable. The best: the roof top terrace, very cosy, with several sitting corners, great views and peaceful, though at only 15 minutes walking from Hongdae Red Road. There is everything you need in the communal roof top kitchen. If we come back to Seoul one day, for sure we will try to book again a room in this cosy place.

사진에서 보는 것 처럼 방 크기는 작지만 깨끗합니다! 수건, 침구류, 드라이기가 비치되어 있고 작지만 부엌도 있어서 잘 이용했어요^^ 무엇보다 주인분께서 너무너무 친절하시고 여러모로 배려해주셔서 편안하게 지내다 갈 수 있었습니다. 10월이라 밤에는 날씨가 쌀쌀했는데 난방도 잘 되어서 따뜻하게 잘 수 있었습니다.

정말 사진 그대로의 공간입니다! 그리고 관리를 열심히 한게 돋보이실정도로 깔끔했습니다. 특히 호스트님 프로필사진에 있는 도시락이 여기 게스트하우스의 조식인데요, 너무 깜찍하고 귀엽고 가성비 좋았어요! 친구랑 트윈룸에서 묵고갔는데 정말 즐거운 추억 쌓았습니다 ^^

2回目の滞在でした。 今回もとても快適に過ごせました！ ケーキやフルーツを用意してくれて感動しました！ 立地も駅から近く助かります。 また必ず利用したいです

We( Me, my wife and 6 months old son) felt home at this place. I highly recommend this place. This house is very clean and host is very responsive. overall worth for the money.

Right by the popular shopping streets in Myeongdong & super convenient to commute anywhere. Great place for a budget stay in Korea. My only issue was that there were many bugs in the basement/entrance, especially at night, but that might be due to the location & not the cleanliness. Dongil was super helpful and responsive whenever I needed help with anything. I would definitely recommend this place to any solo or duo travelers.

홍대거리 한복판에서 믿을수없는 가격에 편히 잘지내다갑니다. 호스트님도 친절하시고 시설도 훌륭합니다. 최고의 숙소!

침구류가 너무 깨끗하고 좋았어요 좋은냄새까지 좋고 인원이 많아도 다 침대에서 잘 수 있어서 좋았습니다!

조용하고 가족단위가 많은 정겨운 동네여서 좋았어요!! 숙소는 너무 깔끔하고 침구도 포근합니다 :-) 숙소에 생활하기에 필요한 것들이 다 있어서 간단한 세탁과 식사도 편하게 했어요! 추천드립니다 !!

Accurate description of the place. Jay was very nice and helpful. There was even a small breakfast in the morning. Would Stay here again if I am in Seoul again.

1. 뷰 숙소에서 바라보는 풍경은 사진으로 다 담기지 않을 정도로 아름다웠습니다. 직접 2박을 하며 이 경치를 눈에 담을 수 있어 정말 다행이었어요. 만약 1박만 했더라면, 이 풍경과 시간을 충분히 즐기지 못해 큰 아쉬움이 남았을 것 같습니다. 2. 인생 최고의 호스트 호스트님은 정말 인생 최고였습니다! 아침에 직접 준비해주신 음료와 조식을 바다 앞에서 즐길 수 있었던 건 잊지 못할 추억이 될 것 같아요. 특히, 도착 시 덕적도 선착장에서 픽업까지 해주셔서 편안하게 숙소에 도착할 수 있었습니다. 픽업은 미리 연락하면 사장님 조율 후 가능하다고 하니 참고하세요! 3. 숙소 분위기 숙소는 이름처럼 정말 ‘아일랜드 소야’의 느낌을 그대로 담고 있었습니다. 세심하게 배치된 특별한 소품들과 자연 환경이 어우러져 마치 영화 속에 들어온 듯한 기분을 느낄 수 있었습니다. 이곳에 머무는 것만으로도 일상의 스트레스를 잊게 되는 기분이었어요. 4. 편의시설 숙소에는 필요한 물품과 편의시설이 충분히 잘 갖춰져 있었지만, 섬의 특성상 준비해갈 물건이 있다면 육지에서 사서가더라도 . 특히, 무거운 액체류,부피가 큰 과자 덕적도에 도착한 뒤 도보 5분 하나로마트에서 구매하시면 더 편리합니다. 5. 특별한 경험 숙소 바로 앞에서는 서해 갯벌 체험과 낚시를 즐길 수 있었습니다. 장화와 체험 장비는 숙소에서 대여가 가능해 준비가 필요 없었고, 아이들과 함께라면 꼭 한 번 체험해보시길 추천드립니다. 단, 서해 바다는 물때를 꼭 확인하시고, 안전하게 체험하시는 것을 잊지 마세요!
