Love staying here with my kids. They enjoy the beach and pool. I enjoy surfing! The bed and pull out sofa are very comfortable. I personally appreciate tons of hooks to hang up wet stuff. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Location! This rental is walking distance to everything in the heart of Oceanside. Steps to the beach, short walk to all restraunts in downtown Oceanside, .75 miles to the harbor. Rental was plenty big for 2 adults. Highly recommended! Perfect place to stay for a wonderful getaway!

Will is an extremely kind and responsive host. I would definitely recommend staying at any of his rentals.

This was the cleanest most comfortable rental we've ever had. Quiet, comfortable, ceiling fans, new windows and very oretty interior. Great pillows too which is rare. No outdoor space but the bay is 4 doors away. We didnt have a car which might have been a challenge to park but the Circuit took us everywhere we coukdnt walk!

Outstanding place in a terrific location and a great, communicative, and lovely host. It's right on the water, so you can hear the soothing sounds of the waves crashing. The bed and home is extremely comfortable. There's tons of terrific things to do. The host is very responsive, clear, and kind.

I had an amazing stay at this property! The location is absolutely perfect, just a short walk to the beach, shops, and a great selection of restaurants. The space itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. Everything felt fresh and inviting from the moment I arrived. The beds were incredibly comfortable, which made it so easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep after a day of exploring. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect beach getaway!

What a wonderful stay with a beautiful beach front! Parking wasn’t too bad although we had to walk a bit each night which is due to our fault leaving early morning and coming back at 11-12 at night so of course closer parking is not expected but there is a nice area to ensure we can park temporarily for luggage unloading etc. The shower was absolutely amazing and I always looked forward to taking one! Kim was an amazing host and very responsive! I def recommend and would 100% go back!

This was our second time staying at Matthew’s and once again it did not disappoint. As a host and person, Matthew is a gem. He’s so kind and ready to help but is so respectful of space. The surrounding area is so beautiful and the most peaceful area you will find. My wife and I go there to unwind and it equally meets both of our needs. She loves to listen to the ocean and I love to sit outside and see it. Whenever we want to plan a getaway, this will be our spot.

Given that the second bathroom in outside with a quick walk down side of house, it was lovely and big. Yes, the home is older but extra cozy. The beds were good and small kitchen perfect for cooking. Could use one more serving bowl. Location was divine! short walk to Marine Street and ferry. A quiet, lovely street. We loved the french doors and half doors to let a beach breeze circulate. Washer and dryer were convenient. Parking always available on street. Granted, it is not brand new but had all we needed. Could not have enjoyed ourselves more. We would definitely love to return in the future.

Came here for our family Spring Break get away! We all had a wonderful time! The view is way better in person and the waves crashing at night meant a peaceful nights sleep! Highly recommend for families or group getaways! Fully stocked kitchen was an added bonus!

My daughters and I stayed at Darren's over the holiday and could not have picked a better home. The location was perfect. From the ocean being steps away to fabulous restaurants and shopping within easy walking distance. The house confused me a bit at first as I thought the listing said "entire house" so just know it's the downstairs unit. But it's exactly as the pictures show. It has a perfect beach bungalow feel and is very cozy. Everything we needed was already there from kitchenware to shower products and even a hair dryer but most importantly for that area- a parking spot! it's a tight fit but it's a lifesaver. AND- Darren was a great host. He was so communicative. We never had an emergency but I have zero doubt that if we did he would have been available to take care of it. we will definitely be back!

This property lived up to everything promised and more. It was clean (and I am picky!), well located, and easy to access by following the detailed instructions. Our guests, as well as ourselves, were comfortable with the beds and furnishings. The kitchen was well stocked and the towels, linens, and little extras were all appreciated. All of us that stayed had no problem with the stairs. If anyone planning to visit has mobility issues, you might want to look elsewhere, but that is the ONLY reason not to book a stay at this wonderful Air B&B. Also, nearby parking was not in issue for our guest who parked nearby on a clearly marked public street (not in the alley behind the property). Thanks Clifton!

Location and house couldn’t be better for great day time activities. Our kids loved it (15 yo) they were able to safely go about their days independently. House was beautiful, airy, bright. As stated in some reviews bring earplugs for the primary as it faces a busy street and by 7am it gets noisy. But we’ll be back. Totally worth it.

We loved our stay at this beach home. The location was perfect! You could walk or bike ride to the beach access area, playgrounds and restaurants. There was a great bike trail near by. We particularly loved the play room! With a toddler and teenagers, it was the perfect space for them to be entertained! Lots of activities to do in that room. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely return.

Great stay. Perfect location for us. We had a great time. Everything was as described and we never had to contact the host for anything.

I could not say enough about my stay here. It was absolutely perfect. I couldn’t be anymore thankful for them letting us use the Airbnb and everything they did to make my stay nothing short of perfect. 10/10 I recommend this.

My husband and I were in Oceanside to watch our son compete in the Ironman and this location was absolutely perfect. It was clean and comfortable and Nick’s communication before during and after our stay was excellent. Cross the street to the Ocean, take a short walk to the pier and plenty of great restaurants. Would stay here again!

We loved being so close to the beach and so close to Carlsbad Village; once we parked our car we walked everywhere. So nice to have designated parking, too. The place was very nice, queen bed super comfortable. The pullout bed was not as comfortable, but after layering the sofa seat cushions on the 2nd night it was much better. Everything was very clean, the kitchen was fully stocked, bedding and towels were high quality. We would definitely choose this unit again. We found it remarkably quiet despite being so close to everything. The team at Sea Breeze is VERY responsive, but even with that we had a couple of questions that never got answered. That did not impact our enjoyment. We walked to State Street and had an amazing breakfast at Wildland followed by some good boutique shopping, then ice cream at Handels; a great rooftop dinner during happy hour at Fresco, and the rest of the time we stayed right on our deck or on the beach at Sea Breeze. Can’t wait to do it again!

Everything was wonderful. Beautiful condo, beautiful view, tons of amenities, location was great. Could not have been any better.

Tiffany responded so fast to ask my messages. I am so grateful we found this place! We were able to walk to the Harbor park everyday and enjoy the sunset out our window. The pool was very clean and the hot tubs are actually hot! The most impressive part was how beautifully kept the grounds were and the area was maintained professionally. Everybody who worked there was very respectful and kind. I really like visiting here.

We'd stay at Trevor's place again in a heartbeat! The views are absolutely incredible. The unit is super nice—way better than the photos. It's very clean and nice with ocean views out every window (and from both beds!). Kitchen was stocked with all we needed to cook dinner and grill out each night. We stayed for 5 nights and our kids slept on the pull-out couch (the living room has black out blinds). They loved the pool, hot tub, and golf cart rides. The golf cart does have seatbelts so we were able to secure our car seat easily. We love Catalina and staying in Hamilton Cove really takes it up about ten notches! You just can't beat the panoramic views and pool and hot tub on the ocean. It was super easy to hail a cab from the dock and call to get one to pick us up and take us back to the boat. 1000% recommend! Trevor is also super responsive if you have any questions!

Abraham was a great host. Excellent communication. The place was wonderful and just steps to the beach. We would definitely stay there again. We were told the place came with multiple boogie boards, there was only one there when we arrived. I messaged Abraham to let him know and within a couple hours he had delivered 2 more boogie boards for us. Very proactive and excellent! The resort area pools/hot tubs and other amenities were very nice also.
