Spacious, single level condo with a one bedroom & a full bathroom available in a quiet Laguna Niguel neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac. The condo is conveniently located just a 10 minute drive (approximately 5 miles) on surface streets from the closest beaches in Laguna Beach & Dana Point. In addition, there are plenty of shops and restaurants a couple blocks away. Enhanced cleaning practiced throughout the condo.
