The charming house is conveniently located in the historic part of the village, situated above the lake side road, offering breathtaking views. Due to its location, the apartment is only accessible via STAIRS, and is therefore not suitable for a wheelchair! It is a non-smoking house. Pets are not allowed. NOT SUITED for CHILDREN!

Wir befinden uns auf einer Höhe von ca. 880 Metern, was unsere Gäste unmittelbar das Almfeeling spüren lässt. Bei uns haben Sie die Möglichkeit, Entspannung & die österreichische Idylle zu genießen. Our house is in the heart of Hallstatt. The famous lake-street is in 1 minute walking distance, yet it is a very silent place to live in. The kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony is a real treat for summer nights viewing the silent lake. There is one master bedroom and and additional bedroom with 2 single beds (bunk bed). There is no need for a vehicle in town since everything is in walking or hiking distance (marketplace, shopping, ossuary of the chatholic church). A TV is available.

The accessible apartment is located in the ground floor of a solid wood house with two accommodation units in total. The house is placed in a sunny, quiet location at 1050m in height and has a beautiful view to the Dachstein massif. The ski areas Filzmoos (6 km), Flachau/Wagrain (16km) and Flachauwinkel/Zauchensee (22km) are easy to reach. At Altenmarkt you can relax in the Therme „Amadee“ in summer as well as in winter. Off the ski saison the region is a beautiful hiking area.

Gehe auf Tuchfühlung mit dem Künstler Etienne, der im Erdgeschoß des Ateliers malt. Die Aussicht auf die malerische Bergkulisse ist berauschend. Von der Terrasse auf der Ostseite, kannst du beim Frühstück die Morgensonne genießen und hast einen wunderbaren Blick auf den Garten mit Teich und Grillplatz.

Diese liebevoll gestaltete Maisonette mit überdachter Terrasse und großem Balkon wurde 2022 komplett neu errichtet und bietet dir alles, was du für einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt in den Bergen brauchst. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Zentrum von Obertraun in unmittelbarer Nähe zum malerischen Hallstättersee sowie dem Einstieg in das Dachstein-Krippenstein Skigebiet und ist auch bequem per Bahn erreichbar.

My loft is characterized by it's cozyness and perfect location for summer and winter tourism in Schladming (skiing, trekking, rafting, cycling, climbing...). On the sunny terrace you can have your meals outside or just enjoy the beautiful view to the mountains and the Planai. As I sometimes live in this apartment there are personal things which I kindly ask you to treat well :)

Die dezente Küche im Wohnzimmer hat alles was man zum Kochen braucht.Das großzügige Schlafzimmer bietet Platz für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder.

Die Ausseerland-Seen und das "Loser" Skigebiet sind in wenigen Autominuten erreichbar - Schneeschuhwanderungen, Spaziergänge sowie Radtouren sind direkt vom Haus aus möglich. Wir bieten Platz für bis zu 4 Personen.
