La casa es ideal para ir a pasar unos días de desconexión, se respira mucha tranquilidad. Está muy limpia por dentro, y bien cuidada. Tiene una zona exterior con Barbacoa grande que te permite disfrutar del aire libre. Tal vez hace falta un poco de menaje - utensilios para la Barbacoa, pero no es algo que te impida realizarla sin problemas. Gareth es un anfitrión muy amable y atento. Lugar recomendado.

La casa es justo lo que nosotros buscábamos, amplia, limpia . cómoda, segura (rejas en todas la puertas y ventanas) mosquiteras en las ventanas (imprescindibles para la época del año) todo en una sola planta, piscina muy limpia y terraza ideal, para las horas mas calurosa el aire acondicionado en todas las estancias esta disponible aunque no lo usamos mucho ya que estábamos en el exterior la mayor parte del tiempo . Como única objeción comentar el escaso menaje de cocina (platos y vasos) tuvimos que comprar media docena y la falta de un lavavajillas (imprescindible en estos tiempos) hay que tener en cuenta que nuestra estancia fue larga y hacíamos muchas comidas en casa. Por lo demás fantástico

A modernised, comfortable and tastefully decorated villa. A lovely private pool and garden area. We stayed in February and used the wood burner fire and air con heating and we found it cosy. A short walk to the beautiful rocky coast, or a safe cycle 10 minutes along the coastal path in to Denia centre , where we enjoyed restaurants, bars, markets and shopping. Lots going on in Denia, Padel courts, indoor swimming pool, gyms, spas, etc. Eric and Sophie were very responsive hosts, and we would definitely recommend their villa to other guests.

We had the pleasure of renting this beautiful house for a month with a group of friends – and it was absolutely perfect! The place is stunning, spotlessly clean, and decorated with a lot of care and a cozy touch. There are so many lovely spots in and around the house where you can relax, cook, or simply enjoy time together. We especially loved the walk to the nearby viewpoint with breathtaking views, as well as the great hiking trails in the area that offer something for everyone. Truly a place to feel at home – we’d love to come back!

Nice house with good sized rooms. We stayed with 6 adults and 4 young children and had plenty of space. Good kitchen with plenty of equipment. We were there in December so and the pool area was shaded but we still had some swims with the kids. Short walk into the pretty town of Moriara with plenty of shops and restaurants and a very nice beach.

We had a lovely stay despite the appalling weather. We could walk to the beach, eat delicious meals and we had a well equipped kitchen to use when we didnt fancy a walk. Will definitely be back when the sun appears!

I had a fantastic stay here. The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was very friendly and responsive, which made the check-in and check-out process seamless. The location was perfect – close to beach. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in the area!

Another fabulous stay. 3rd time staying there and as usual it was perfect. One negative, which was out of the owners hands, there was works gong in the apartment above and we were woken up early each morning with either hammering or drilling. Anyway thank you for letting us use your apartment.

I had a longer stay at Dan’s apartment and everything was just as described. What stood out most was the beautiful sunset view in the evenings—over the hills and the surrounding landscape. It often reminded me of Tuscany. A peaceful and memorable experience.

Acabo de celebrar mi 40 cumpleaños en el edificio Intempo y no puedo estar más satisfecho. La experiencia ha sido simplemente inolvidable. Desde el primer momento, el trato recibido ha sido impecable. La atención al detalle, la calidad de las instalaciones y el entorno de lujo crearon el ambiente perfecto para desconectar y disfrutar con mi familia. Destaco especialmente la tranquilidad que se respira en todo el edificio, algo muy valorado cuando uno busca descanso real. Las vistas, la limpieza, el diseño interior y las zonas comunes superaron con creces nuestras expectativas. La combinación de confort, exclusividad y elegancia hicieron de esta estancia una celebración verdaderamente especial. Repetiremos sin duda. Gracias por hacer de mis 40 años un momento tan especial.

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment in Altea! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location is excellent — close to everything, yet peaceful enough to relax and enjoy. I truly had a fantastic time and would definitely request to stay again. Highly recommend!

Overall, really good value for money. Nice big space, well-equipped and fast broadband which is what I was looking for. Location-wise it's a few mins walk to the lovely little cove-style beach where you can get the usual coffees, tapas, restaurant meals, a few decent sized supermarkets etc. And if you go the other direction, you're right at the start of Benidorm's two famous beaches. The only point I'd make regarding location is that it's on a smallish hill which I don't mind at all but worth bearing in mind. And it can get v windy -depending on the wind direction, you can hear it at night, so maybe bring earplugs. But in general, the location for me was a big plus - I hadn't realised there's an amazing cliff/beach walk all the way to Villajoyosa and if you're not quite up to that, there are other shorter - but fairly steep - walks with some great viewing points. On this note, it's worth going to floor 43 at the nearby Gran Bali and the viewing platform/bar...

Wir haben zu dritt die Unterkunft von Rosa Mitte September gebucht und waren happy. Vom Balkon war das Meer aus zu sehen, morgens mit schönem Sonnenaufgang. Salud hat uns herzlich empfangen, und auch bei Fragen stets mit Rat zur Seite gestanden. Die Unterkunft war sauber, man hat sich direkt wie zuhause gefühlt. Unten gab es einen Pool den man nutzen konnte und das Meer war direkt vor der Haustür. Kühlschrank, Ofen, Mikrowelle. Es gab alles was das Herz begehrte. Das einzige Problem war die Anbindung zur nächsten Bahnhofsstation. Busse fuhren nur bis 18/19 Uhr. Taxiunternehmen haben Anrufe entweder nicht entgegen genommen oder im Gespräch aufgelegt. Beim nächsten Mal werden wir auf jeden Fall ein Auto mieten. Salud war so freundlich und hat uns am Abreisetag zum Bahnhof gebracht und uns auch die Gegend gezeigt. Großes Danke an Salud!!🥲 P.S. Beim Taver Taxi Unternehmen spricht Umberto deutsch und englisch. Hoffe das hilft irgendwem mal weiter. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, danke :]

I can't imagine a better place to stay. The apartment, with its two stories, has far more room than most of the units in the resort. Upstairs is so pleasant it is hard to leave. View of sea, coupled with Valencia in the distance, phenomenal. Inside, sparling clean, with everything one could ask for. TV selection wide. The indoor/outdoor cafe/restaurant on site with good food, staff helpful. Gated, the security is optimal. Across the street is the sea, a wide promenade adjacent, stretching for kilometers. Food shopping, other restaurants, close at hand. Gabriela, attentive, quick to reply, a helpful and good resource. All told, perfect.

We had an amazing time in Rafa and Carmen’s place. We had the warmest welcome and all things for our little girl were in place. The kitchen and everything you need to cook a nice meal is there which I think is very convenient in a holiday home. Also the Moraira area is beautiful with great restaurants. We will definitely visit again.

We initially booked 10 nights at Raul house, but upon arrival, there was unexpected heavy construction noise from nearby which went on all day. Although this was completely out of Raul’s control, he was very apologetic and did his up most best to make the situation better and immediately moved us to another of his properties. While the second house was great, it didn’t quite meet our needs as we had hoped for a private pool and panoramic views like the original booking. Though we only stayed two nights, (one night at each house) we were very impressed with how Rau handled the situation. His communication was excellent, and he was fair and accommodating when we decided to move elsewhere. The original house was exactly as pictured, spotlessly clean with stunning Mediterranean views, we were very disappointed not to stay. Despite things not working out for us, I would definitely recommend Raul and his properties. He's an excellent host!

What a delightful home! The hospitality is wonderful, and the house is beautifully furnished, truly making you feel at home rather than in a typical rental. It’s fully equipped with all the comforts you could need. The spacious bedrooms have plenty of closet space, and the beds are incredibly comfortable—perfect for a restful night. There’s ample space throughout the house, and with the lovely weather, we thoroughly enjoyed the stunning garden. The pool is fantastic, and the garden is a beautiful oasis filled with flowers and plants, providing plenty of privacy. A car is essential for exploring the charming spots nearby, as the neighborhood is quite tranquil. We loved the various outdoor seating areas, perfect for relaxing. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of plates, mugs, and baking dishes, making it easy to cook and enjoy meals together. Plus, the views of the mountains are gorgeous, and the heating/air conditioning worked perfectly. We wholeheartedly recommend this place!

Un séjour parfait dans cette belle et grande villa, un espace de vie immense en bas propice à la convivialité entre amis, de nombreuses et grandes chambres avec une literie de qualité. Nous avons pleinement profité de la terrasse avec le soleil pour déjeuner, la cuisine extérieure est juste top, le second frigo a été un plus pour notre groupe de 16 personnes, il y a même une douche et des wc. Une cuisine très bien équipée et adaptée pour les groupes. Un environnement très calme, un mercadona à 2 min, la mer à 5 min en voiture, des commerces et restaurants à proximité comme le métro qui relie le centre de valence en 20 min. Et que dire de notre hôte Juan, nous avons eu un accueil 5 étoiles avec boissons et produits locaux, il a pris du temps pour nous conseiller sur les endroits à visiter, les restaurants, les activités. C’est le meilleur hôte jamais rencontré, une disponibilité, une gentillesse, réactif, il fait tout pour ses invités.Une belle personne. Gracias por todo Juan volveremos

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. Die Wohnung entsprach den Bildern, der kleine Pool zum erfrischen war toll. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes von 11 Tagen einmal gereinigt. Der Fußweg bis Denia in die Stadt war mit 45 Minuten weiter als wir uns das vorgestellt hatten. Vielen Dank an Maria, sie war jederzeit erreichbar, die Kommunikation war super und wir wurden mit Obst aus dem eigenen Garten verwöhnt.

Abbiamo soggiornato nell’appartamento di Josè Antonio ed Eva e per noi è stato come essere a casa nostra. Tutto era molto pulito e attrezzato, dalla cucina al bagno!C’era il necessario e anche di più. Cosa molto gradita specialmente quando si arriva in aereo e con figli. La posizione, che avevamo ovviamente valutato in fase di scelta, è stata un’ulteriore conferma di praticità, sia che si volesse raggiungere il centro sia che si volesse andare in spiaggia. Praticamente si trova di fronte al divertentissimo (e gratuito) parco Gulliver ma anche alla Città delle Arti, delle Scienze, al planetario e all’acquario. Per il nostro soggiorno abbiamo scelto di muoverci esclusivamente in bici ed è stato perfetto. Si arriva agilmente anche al bel Bioparco, che sembrava la metà più lontana. José Antonio ed Eva sono stati come una famiglia per noi, hanno arricchito il nostro soggiorno con consigli e sono stati adorabilmente premurosi in particolare con nostra figlia di 4 anni. Super consigliato!
