This place was such a quaint and cozy find! It had everything we needed and felt fully equipped for a comfortable stay. DD was incredibly accommodating—I reached out before arrival to ask if there was an umbrella due to the weather forecast, and she made sure one was available. She also responded immediately when I had trouble figuring out the shower, which I really appreciated. When I arrived, there was a sweet personal note along with some snacks—and she had even acknowledged the purpose of my stay in the note, which made it all feel that much more special. It was such a thoughtful and unexpected touch. A funny surprise (and maybe a little TMI)—the toilet is a bidet, which I’d never used before. Just a heads-up: don’t stand in front of it if you’re not familiar with how it works! Although the rainy weather kept us from using the hot tub, it was awesome knowing it was there. And a small but magical moment—I spotted a mama and baby cardinal, something I’d never seen in person before.

Our 7th return to this beautiful home -peaceful, squeaky clean, and relaxing as always. All the amenities you need are here. We especially love the waterfall shower, gas stove and kitchen amenities. We love to cook out using the grill on the back porch. Fantastic place

My daughter and I stayed at this Airbnb, and it was one of the nicest, cleanest, and comfortable places we’ve ever stayed. The beds we’re extremely comfortable, kitchen and bathrooms were pristine, and the living room was spacious enough to hang out and chill. The neighborhood was safe and located within minutes of grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants. The host was proactive to see if we needed anything and to make sure we were enjoying our stay. I actually left to come home feeling rested. We hope to stay here again!

This cottage was perfect for me and my family. It was just like the pictures and description of property. The host was super nice and helpful when we needed and I just loved the fact that there was a dog bed for my fur baby. There were lots of extra towels, blankets and bedding and just everything you would need without having to go out and buy anything if needed which was nice to have. Will definitely be back in the future and highly recommend.

The spectacular views, cozy accommodations, exceptional hospitality, and delicious breakfast made for a truly memorable stay. We can't wait to return for another visit in the future. And we hope to get to try the pizza in the future. We recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming bed and breakfast with breathtaking views. Our accommodations were cozy and comfortable, the perfect retreat. While the room had a quaint, older charm, it was impeccably clean and equipped with everything we needed. What truly set this experience apart was the exceptional hospitality of our host, Glenn. He went above and beyond to ensure that we felt welcome and taken care of. He gave us some very good travel trips and made us feel like valued guests. Of course, I can’t forget to mention the delicious homemade breakfast, it made for a delightful start to our day. Overall, our experience at this bed and breakfast was nothing short of wonderful.

Diana & Team were great host and impressively responsive to questions. We felt safe and the other tenants/guest were extremely quite and friendly. I also enjoyed the restaurants that were in walking distance. We would definitely stay there again.

Diana’s place is in a very neat historic building and is walking distance to great food, beverages, and entertainment. It is priced better than a hotel and is way more spacious.

Great stay!! Betty even let my friend and I come back to shower as we had completed a 13 mile race. So sweet!

The apartment was perfect and very cozy! We lost an earbud in the apartment and did not realize it was missing until after checkout. The team was amazing in finding it and getting back to us. The apartment is in a great location in Fort Smith and I would definitely stay here again!

Very clean throughout the condo. Amenities (shower gel, shampoo/conditioner large, not like those small ones they give you in hotels). Also dish soap was provided. Towels were abundant and good quality. Hair dryer provided. Loved the fact here were 2 bedrooms each with their own full sized bathrooms. Also, the half bathroom on main floor was great. All In all, a great place. But as they stated, if you can't handle stairs, it probably isn't right for you. We are all in our 70's and it wasn't an issue for us. I would 't hesitate to recommend .
