This was such an amazing find for us to spend a night at on the way back from a holiday trip. This place was immaculate and I truly wish we could've spent more time there! Aside from the ease of location, impeccable decor, and beautiful surroundings - they also have an extremely friendly and lovable cat and dog (Charlie and Oliver) that roams the property and added to the charm and friendliness we already experienced upon arrival. Hands down a 10/10, and we will be visiting again!

very conveniently located and super cute inside. bed was very comfortable. I loved being able to hear the river and the hot tub was the perfect touch. the bed was also incredibly comfortable. would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed staying at Tomi’s place. Our dog loved the fully fenced in backyard! The home was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet.

We loved this property. It was in a great area and we loved the neighborhood. The house was well equipped and very peaceful and great floor plan. The just was so helpful and responsive. Would recommend and will rent again.

Really enjoyed Dan's place. We have two dogs and they loved the large backyard, especially sniffing for the mule deer that liked to visit the apple tree in the front yard. The outdoor patio with hot tub and pergola was wonderful, inspiring some ideas for our own home when we return. Dan was very accessible and responsive, helping in any way and communicating when he was in the area. The location is great as well - very close to Tumalo and right near the Tumalo Creek Park, and a short drive from everything else in Bend. We'll be keeping this place mind and may have to visit again in the future!

A fantastic place to relax with the kids and our dog! This was our second stay at Kathryn's, and it definitely won't be our last. The small backyard was perfect for our dog to explore, and the neighborhood was so peaceful. Our kids absolutely loved the bunk beds, and I have to say, the tea selection was the best I've ever come across—hah! Thanks for such a cozy and enjoyable stay! 😊

Jane was very responsive from the moment I booked and throughout our stay. She was present at check in and was so welcoming. We appreciated the location and would definitely recommend for others looking to stay in the area. We walked the hiking path and along the creek daily, it was so beautiful and relaxing!

Very cute space, clean and comfortable. Note- there is one queen bed and a second twin with a trundle all in the same room. Not sure why it says 6 beds on the listing, but it wasn’t a problem for us. Proximity to the winery and river were amazing. The emus were cool but a little scary. Slightly disappointed that the seating area down by the river only had one chair. Fire pit area was lovely.

From the moment we stepped inside of the cottage, we wished we had booked a longer stay. Her design aesthetic is fun and creative and it has a very comfortable, welcoming feel. The Nectar bed was a bonus - with windows able to open on both sides of the bedroom, it’s the perfect place to fall asleep for a sumptuous afternoon nap. The bedding had a high thread count and you’ll find pretty much everything you need in the kitchen. We fell in love with the Market of Choice grocery store which was a short distance away. Will definitely be back and use the bikes for a bike ride along the River! Thanks so much, Anna!

April’s cottage was the perfect place for us to spend the night while traveling from CA to WA. It was so cozy and comfortable and felt very homey. Neighborhood felt safe and was quiet. Four adults and a dog fit more than comfortably. Overall a very peaceful experience, would definitely recommend!!

This is the most nicely furnished and decorated house we have ever stayed in! The gardens and acreage were also very lovely! Thank you, Christina and David, for creating a "little Italian" experience for us and we never had to fly anywhere!

We had a peaceful time. Our niece got married on the property. We could easily walk to the big farm house and then walk back to the cottage. The beautiful bamboo blocks all the noise from the road and the guests at the other house. It is a lovely setting and very comfortable.

Loved our stay at Ashley's adorable cottage! Felt right at home, everything was very clean, loved the wood floors and the retro themed microwave/toaster/waste bin. The deck was a very nice place to sit and relax. Bed was super comfy. Kitchen was well stocked. So many thoughtful touches, bathroom amenities, laundry detergent, etc. We would definitely stay again!

Everything was great. The location is perfect for access to Bend, Mt Bachelor, and other outdoor activities. The house was exactly as described. Highly recommend.

Margaret and John were great hosts and their place was absolutely lovely. The interior of the Carriage House is beautifully decorated, comfortable and has all the amenities one could ask for and more. The surrounding garden was peaceful and beautiful with many blooming flowers. The location was perfect, in close proximity to Lithia Park and down town. Margaret provided us with the very best home made granola, fruit, coffee and oat milk which was an extra treat and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. We highly recommend staying here!

The family and I had a wonderful experience staying at The Red Dragon House! The house is clean, the hosts are friendly and responsive, and the location is peaceful. This is a great place to stay if you don't mind being just a few minutes from downtown Ashland - for us, this was preferable. There are thoughtful touches throughout the house, and you can tell the hosts spent time considering the care and comfort of their guests. We've stayed here twice now, and can't wait to return for our next visit to Ashland!

Oh my goodness! Where do I start?? Such a cute cabin! So well decorated and cozy feeling with an AMAXING view. So relaxing and serene. A full kitchen setup so you don’t have to leave, a SUPER comfortable bed, records to listen to, movies to watch, a screened in porch to sit on, chiminea area for a fire too, I could go on! We went in the winter, but can’t wait to go again in the summer! Definitely recommend and definitely will be back! Also- ask Robin about the history of the place - it is so interesting and has so much love.
