A beautiful home with amazing history in the heart of Yarm town. The pictures don’t even give it justice. Every corner is an art piece. Elisa and Chris made our stay easy and relaxing, loads of things to keep kids entertained, lovely kitchen and wonderful coffee, the bids are one of the best we tried in Airbnb. They proactively suggested things to do around and always easy to reach out to for anything. Lots of things to do around in Yarm and the greater Teesside area.

The most perfect stay for my partners birthday. The lodge itself was clean and had everything you could have wanted. We forgot milk, but he provided sachets of milk as standard. The views out the hot tub were incredible. Lots of details like a speaker system in the ceiling linked to the tablet and Netflix already logged in. A peaceful and relaxing stay and will definitely be returning.

Beautiful house with lovely decorations/ extra touches such as candles, cosy blankets etc. The log burner made the house feel cosy and there was plenty of logs provided. The kitchen/dining area was very well equiped with plenty of plates etc. There were also lots of extras provided such as washing up liquid, bin bags, tea, coffee, sugar etc. The only thing we needed to buy was some dishwasher tablets. The bathroom was probably the one area that wasn't 5 star as the hot tap handle kept falling off. The shower was also very noisy and leaked so this could only be used when everyone was awake (if you have any older members in your party they will probably need to use the ensuite shower as the shower in the bathroom is over the bathtub which has very high sides so is tricky to get in/ out of). Overall a beautiful house in a tranquil setting. Thank you.

Handy and comfortable overnight stop off. Excellent communication with Tom, the host. Quiet location and comfy beds meant we had a good night's sleep! Thank you.

Carolyns place was perfect for a nice peaceful get away. Very good value for money, surrounded by beautiful scenery and equipped with everything you could need. Very cosy and super comfy beds. Would definitley stay here again :)

Thank you so much for having us, we absolutely loved every minute at your beautiful cottage. We couldn’t believe how many animals we saw and how peaceful it was. Our daughter was fascinated looking out the window and seeing all the animals and even looking at the trees. The welcoming freshly baked goods were delicious and added a lovely touch. We will definitely be back and even my parents are looking to book in. Thank you again x

A really lovely apartment, perfectly located on Yarm High Street. Gareth was a brilliant host, very responsive, the apartment was just as in the pictures would 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ recommend & will definitely book again 🎄

Butterfly Lodge is a lovely place to stay - beautifully furnished with comfy beds and chairs, and in a peaceful location with great views across the valley to the hillsides opposite, particularly when sunny! The welcome pack with home made bread, a bottle of wine and chocolates was a nice touch.

Lovely accommodation felt right at home very comfortable would defo stay again when in the area 👍🏻
