Our family had a great time in this amazing villa! Check-in was easy with Sergio meeting us there and showing us around. He was also very helpful and responsive with anything we wanted to ask during our stay. The villa was very clean and luxurious with comfortable beds. Bedding and towels provided and lovely furniture throughout the whole building. Plenty of comfy seating outdoors too. The street and neighbourhood were very quiet and the views from the villa towards the mountains were incredible! The pool is massive and being heated was so nice to use. We had an issue with the heater but it was sorted out quickly. The villa had heaters/AC which was great just to take the chill off the evenings. The smart TV was useful with apps providing plenty of choice for our family to watch TV when we were chilling out. Perfectly located as it's close to restaurants, supermarkets, parks, shops etc but out the way enough to feel tranquil. We really hope to be back soon as it's an incredible place!

Hemos pasado una semana estupenda en casa de Sara y Dominic. Ellos viven al lado y han estado muy atentos a cualquier necesidad. La casa está provista de todo tipo de comodidades y elementos para el ocio. El entorno es una maravilla, la casa está rodeada de naranjos y limoneros y el olor de los frutales ja estado presente todos estos días. El único pero que se podría poner es que la cocina de invierno es pequeña y su hacen días malos, como nos ha pasado, te obliga a cocinar en un espacio más limitado. Cien por cien recomendable.

Todo fue fenomenal. La única pega que pondría es que quedamos en una hora de salida, y media hora antes de esta hora, la chica que se encargaría de recoger la casa, entró en la casa sin avisar ni nada y de pronto nos la encontramos. Aconsejaría dejar clara la hora de salida El resto genial, muchas gracias

We stayed in this house for 3 nights in early April The house is huge and has a lot of space (There were only 2 of us but the house could sleep large families easily). The grounds are large, with a private swimming pool and lots of outdoor seating and privacy. The house was comfortable, clean and well equipped. It was only a short 15 min drive to the airport. Adela met us at the house to show us around and was very friendly and helpful. She also responded quickly to queries and made us feel very welcome

Great stay! Perfect for our tennis holiday. Walking distance to restaurants etc

Un endroit idéal pour se reposer à la campagne! Le logement est parfait , aucun vis à vis , la piscine est super ! La deco parfaite ! Il ne manque rien, nous avions du bois pour le barbecue. C’est l’endroit idéal si vous souhaitez être enfermé entre 4 murs le temps d’un weekend. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter. Paula est très accueillante et arrangeante. Génial , je recommande à 100%

Merveilleux séjour ! La maison est très propre très sécurisée et surtout très bien équipée La résidence est très sympathique les voisins sont tous d’une gentillesse incroyable et c’est le calme absolu pas de bruit le soir. Nous avons pleinement profité de Torrevieja et de la Mata ;-) Enfin nous étions en voiture et avons pu découvrir les environs Je recommande pleinement !! 👍👍

Un appartement bien situé, avec garage à quelques minutes à pied. Proche de la plage que l'on rejoint à pied. Ascenseur. Petit balcon terrasse qui donne sur les voisins mais qui est agréable pour le petit déjeuner. Manque d'intimité car pas de rideaux aux fenêtres. Climatisation (et elle est indispensable quand il fait très chaud comme en été par exemple). Nous avons passé quelques nuits dans cet appartement. Nous y reviendrons. Mari Carmen est très arrangeante et très flexible pour les arrivées et/ou départs.

Beautiful property in a lovely area. Literally a stones throw from the sea and lush grass space in front of the sea which is great for sunbathing. Property is well kitted out with everything you need and the roof terrace makes the property with its amazing sea view and comfy swing chair. Would return just for that. Host was very helpful and proactive with communication and the video of how to get there was a lovely touch

muy acogedor el piso estuve una buena estancia lo recomiendo es muy cómodo y por parte de Israel muy atento para cualquier duda siempre te responde sin demora volveria a reservar.

Traumhaft! Wir haben einen ganzen Monat in dem Apartment verbracht und sind absolut begeistert. Wir haben im Homeoffice gearbeitet und dafür was das Wifi bestens geeignet. Die Einrichtung ist super schön und wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Wir haben ausgiebig die Anlage mit Gym, Sauna und Whirlpool genutzt und es uns gut gehen lassen. Mit dem Auto oder Scooter ist das Meer sehr schnell zu erreichen und zum Supermarkt kann man laufen. Auch auf der riesigen Terrasse haben wir viel Zeit verbracht. Alles sah genau aus wie auf den Bildern und wir hatten eine wirklich tolle Zeit. Der gesamte Monat war ein wahrer Traum. Wir können diese Unterkunft guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen und auch jederzeit wieder buchen. :)

Die Wohnung liegt in einem Wohnungskomplex mit mehreren Eigentumswohnungen. Es gibt einen Pool mit Schwimmer- und Nichtschwimmerbereich, der das ganze Jahr genutzt werden kann. Die Wohnung von Sandra ist im Erdgeschoss Richtung Straße. Sie besteht aus drei Zimmern, zwei Bädern, einer Küche und einer großen Terasse. Sie ist perfekt geeignet für eine vierköpfige Familie. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. In wenigen Minuten kann man zu Fuß das Meer erreichen oder auf den Hügeln spazieren gehen. Es gibt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel zu Fuß erreichbar und mit einem schönen Spaziergamg kann man in ca. 30 Minuten Santa Pola erreichen. Sandra ist eine sehr freundliche und nette Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder.

todo perfecto. apartamento en zona tranquila con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. la playa nada más cruzar la calle. la piscina te salva cuando hay bandera roja si tienes niños. y el garaje también es un gran añadido.

Apartment was brilliant . Very clean and had everything you would need . Lovely big roof terrace which was great with a morning coffee . Would definitely return

We can’t say enough good things about this very unique large space. It certainly exceeded our expectations! The photos don’t do this place justice. It’s a big open space with wall to wall, floor to ceiling windows in the living room that let in so much sunlight. The cook’s kitchen was a plus for a month that we were. The private terrace was so lovely and you could tell that Pepa, our wonderful hostess, takes pride in caring for her garden terrace. We also had use of the rooftop terrace with its absolutely breathtaking views! The location is right in the heart of the old town but the positioning of the bedrooms made for a quiet night’s sleep in the comfy beds. Both Alex and his Mom, Pepa were so kind and accommodating. We found that they really care for their guests, and we appreciate their hospitality, we can’t wait to go back.. We do a lot of traveling and this was one of my favourite places to stay. Not your typical Airbnb. Thanks Alex and Pepa, for everything.
