My friends and I had a great weekend at Nicholas’ Air BnB! He was very helpful initially when I had a few questions when booking, and was responsive to all questions we had during our trip. The place was very clean and exactly how it was described. It was somewhat small, but perfect for what we wanted, and had 7 beds plus a large couch so definitely for us comfortably. Would definitely book again!

Melanie’s home is beautiful! The view of the lake and deck out the backyard offer instant peace and relaxation. The kitchen and bathrooms were spotless, and the bedrooms and living spaces cozy and comfortable. Melanie communicated promptly and was very kind. We would love to return someday soon!

We had the most wonderful weekend at the lake! This was perhaps the most accommodating home we have stayed in. Heidi and Emily are offering everything -- from the fireplace (already stocked with wood), to a canoe, to lawn games, a dedicated dog area outdoors, and an amazingly well-stocked library. This house truly has it all. It was the perfect location for our 9-member family vacation for grandparents, parents, kids, and 2 dogs. We loved every moment. The house has a great, sprawling layout that seems to go on forever! That means the 3 back bedrooms are quiet, and the door in between them and the living area is great for the early risers while the late sleepers snooze. There are so many nooks for hanging out and having side conversations while still feeling a part of the group, but also a few areas to go for some solitude. We really couldn't have asked for anything more than this home offers. And the views of the lake, both from the home and from the beach/dock, can't be beat!

Overlooking the lake was really beautiful, peaceful and serene. It was a great house that had everything you could possibly need. My family and I had a really lovely stay. Would absolutely recommend.

The home was perfect for our family to come together for the week. The house was incredibly clean, well-appointed and the space is incredible. The view is beautiful. Max was attentive and easy to communicate with. We have already discussed returning for another stay. Thank you so much for hosting us.

Great host great place

Robert's place was very nice and clean. The apartment is in great shape and stocked with some basic items if you wished to cook. Very easy to get to and close proximity to SUNY Cortland. We were very comfortable with the accommodations. I would stay there again.

Nice place. Beds were comfortable. Looks like photos. Not much to do in the area but convenient if you’re there for SUNY.

Great location, close to fresh coffee, food. Had all the basic amenities with a few touches that made one feel at home. The couch bed was a little concave but still comfortable. Thanks for the nice stay.

Another great ski weekend at Greek Peak! The shuttle directly from the house to the mountain is unbeatable. I love that every house I stay in at Greek Peak has similar charm, and this one is no different. We loved being able to fit our group all in one spot, with plenty of room to hang out, cook dinner, and play games after a long day on the slopes

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was walking distance to Trax restaurant. It was easy driving to Cortland. Our host responded quickly and fully to anything we needed. I highly recommend Megan's place.

Such an amazing stay! Our original place canceled last minute and Caitlin’s place was so perfect for what we needed. So clean and so many useful amenities. Walking distance to the lifts and a great place to stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again:)

Our family had a most delightful stay! We were traveling with three children and their eyes completely lit up when they saw the bunk beds on the third floor. We found the property a breeze to get in. It was very clean and the kitchen served us quite well. We loved how close this condo was to Greek Peak and we got to see a stunning sunrise our first morning there. I think our favorite part, however, was hanging out around the gas fireplace in the evenings. So peaceful after a busy day! Thank you for being a part of our happy memories!
