THIS PLACE WAS AWESOME! LOCATION, LOCATION! If you're looking for a resort vibe, without the inclusive pricing, you have found it! SO convenient to everything from grocery, to restaurants, live music AND a beautiful beach club with the ability to WALK everywhere within minutes (some even SECONDS)! You can walk endlessly on the beach in either direction along that turquoise water! It was quiet enough to relax on the front porch OR take a 5 second walk and listen to live music. The uber from the airport was a BREEZE, no car was needed for anything! Darleny was amazing and helped us with suggestions and regular communication! It was an added bonus to have some kitchen basics provided (coffee, cooking oil, salt, pepper) We travel frequently and this was one of our favorite AIRBNB's for it's overall convenience and checking the box of a resort feel without the crowd, price and a whole lot more space than only a hotel room! BOOK IT!

Ruffina est une hôte bienveillante et toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions, nous aider, nous conseiller. La femme de ménage que nous avons rencontré est egalement d'une grande gentillesse. Nous vous conseillons de réserver un véhicule. Ruffina peut vous aider à en louer à des prix intéressants. Il y a une magnifique plage à 10 min en voiture. Pour les excursions nous avons été à la plage de bibijagua. Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés.

I had a fabulous, relaxing time at Cana Rock Star! My host, Joaquin was great. He was very welcoming, attentive, and informative from the day I booked, until the last night. Joaquin answered any questions I had or concerns immediately. Located at the Hard Rock Resort property, this place was beautiful, quiet, and most of all, safe. I will be returning soon for some R&R. Thank you, Joaquin!!

Anthony, Mariam, and their team are dedicated to making the stay at their Airbnb a great experience. They are all warm and welcoming, very quick to respond to any questions and always happy to go the extra mile to make their guests happy. The Serena Village security team is efficient and friendly, and I felt very safe on the beautiful property. There is a little convenience store just outside the rear entrance to Serena Village that you can easily walk to or order delivery from. The apartment is on the fourth floor, with an elevator and a lovely view of trees and a swimming pool. I loved opening up the windows and the sliding door to the charming balcony to get a wonderful breeze. The kitchen even had some spices to make cooking easier, along with some Dominican coffee! The wifi was great and I was able to work seamlessly and relax afterwards. I stayed for a month working remotely on a certification course and it was the ideal place to work and study!

The place is great for people who are looking for peaceful, clean, safe spot with all amenities to their disposal. It is a good place for all age groups. The team who I was in touch with have responded fairly quickly for my questions. However, some were not answered for but it did not have an effect on our stay. Since there is an additional fee for the usage of electricity in the unit, you need to calculate that into your fee per day. The electricity charges in advance are understandable, however we were not presented with meter readouts on a way in and out. And I think it should be a must. The agreement was stating that if our usage is below the amount we have paid we should be refunded some money.

No pudo haber un mejor alojamiento para nuestra llegada a republica dominicana, súper cerca del aeropuerto, llegamos caminando, accesible, con restaurantes cercanos, la comunicación fue impecable, siempre atento y respondía rápido, las instalaciones en general limpias.

El señor Giuseppe hizo algo muy bonito por mi papá y le estámos muy agradecidos 🙏 también el señor Nemar siempre estuvo pendiente de nosotros y el personal de la limpieza todos muy buenas personas y puedo decir que les doy un 100% de calificación. Fuimos muchas personas y puedo decir que la casa es muy grande y hermosa y está muy bien situada estamos a solamente unos pasos de la playa y las tiendas muy cercanas. We had the absolute best time. Eduardo, Jean and Judi were wonderful hosts from the beautiful villa to the backyard oasis to the wonderful meals and tropical cocktails every detail made our week an incredibly memorable, relaxing and luxurious one. They even went above and beyond recommending activities and inviting us to to the Corales Puntacana Chamlionship which was the highlight of my husband and sons trip!!! Can’t wait to return!
