Alecia and John were meticulous hosts from the well curated guide book to their responsiveness when we had questions. All made for a wonderful family fourth of july! We look forward to returning.

We definitely have never stayed in a rental that was so CLEAN! Aside from the labels, it felt as if we were not staying at a rental property at all. When we go away, it’s nice to stay somewhere that’s close to as nice and comfortable as home. We were warm and cozy. The house had everything and way more than we needed and we would like to see how beautiful it would be in the Summertime. The house was spacious and we loved the history and charm that it possesses. The hot tub was a major draw and sparkling clean also. It snowed practically the entire visit and felt private with all the trees surrounding the property. A huge perk was the proximity to Okemo and Killington for the boarders in our group. With the looks of the Volleyball net and court, presumably the owners are fans of the game! Bravo, Alecia- we thank you for your hospitality!

There are not enough words to capture our experience staying at the Sun Cottage! From the moment we arrived we were amazed at the beauty of the lanscape and the cottage. The wealth of amenities and luxury of the cottage was astounding. We kept finding carefully placed unique touches throughout the cottage. Mornings spent on the patio eating breakfast and evenings in the hot tub listening to the sound of the brook nearby are just a few of the moments we cherished. Access to the pond abudding the property to swim as well as the trails along the brook made this an exceptioal getaway! Can't thank Hunter and Jess enough.

we were very delighted with the accommodations. the view and area were serene and accommodated both adults and a young child. we will definitely try to reserve again next spring . Gregory was very responsive.

Great house with plenty of space and beds. Living room had ample couches and great for our group to hang out there with the fireplace and hot tub off the back deck of kitchen. Kitchen had all necessary cooking pots/pans/utensils. Easy communication with the hosts and would return.

Perfect place for a ski weekend with a group of friends. House was exactly as described, check in was extremely simple, and all the amenities were in full working order and easy to use (special shout out to the hot tub which was amazing after a day out on the mountain). Location is less than 10 minutes from the Skyeship gondola, less than 20 from the main Killington base areas, and easy to find just off of the main road. Overall we had a great time and would 100% stay here again in the future.

Beautiful cottage to stay at! It had everything we needed and more! Very great area. So many beautiful places to explore. Less than 10 min away from thundering brooks falls. It was such a beautiful waterfall and perfect hiking spot! Ross was very helpful! He went out of his way to give us a bunch of helpful information for our stay. If we are going back to the area we will definitely be staying here!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house for a weekend ski getaway. The house is located on a gorgeous lake just minutes from Okemo, making it a perfect stay for Skiing. The views of the lake are spectacular with direct lake front access. We had a very comfortable stay and enjoyed the hot tub after skiing as well as sitting in the living room by the gas fire place. This is by far one of the nicest AirBnBs that we have booked near Okemo and we look forward to staying at the house again in the summer and winter.

Can't beat this location! Came to ski at Sunapee and it was around a 6 min drive to the mountain. House sits right on the lake too which was a beautiful view. Justin a was very responsive and proactive host!

The Mendon Cottage is clean, cozy and private. It’s just a 15 minute drive to Killington base, even in a fairly decent snow storm. There are trails behind the property that offered some good hiking for our doggo (they’re made for snowmobiles, but we didn’t spot one during our stay). The property delivers on its main promise: a less pricey alternative to staying at Killington, with very little inconvenience for the ski bums. Unless you simply can’t live without the ability to take the shuttle and ski off the mountain to your rental, you really can’t go wrong with this property. (It snowed our entire stay and the private road and driveway were plowed repeatedly and always navigable.)

We had a remarkably great experience staying in Linda and Chris's cottage. They are fantastic hosts providing welcoming details about their spot and the surrounding area's amenities. Every detail is attended to so that you can arrive and settle in immediately. It's also a very peaceful and relaxing environment inside and out. We can't wait to come back next year!

Cozy cabin deep in the woods. Peaceful and secluded. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable living space. Clean, spacious bathroom with plenty of hot water for showers. Comfortable beds. Sarah was pleasant, friendly, easy to communicate with. A great host. And the fireplace was wonderful! Would stay here again without question.

Such a cute little cottage. Close enough to town but far enough to feel secluded. My daughter loved the bunk beds and adored the loft so much especially since it had so many toys. Thanks again!

House was perfect for our short stay away. Roughly 15min to Stratton. Nice piece of property to walk around with our dog. Overall would stay again.

The cottage looked just as pictured. Beautiful views! The beds and linens were clean and very comfortable. It was freezing outside, but the inside stayed warm and cozy with newer, easy-to-use thermostats. About a 40-45 minute drive to skiing at Killington. Fayth was a great host and super responsive to any questions.

Just the 2 of us felt very comfortable on the main level. However, plenty of room for more if using the lower level bedrooms & family room. I enjoyed stargazing from the deck & reading from the small screened in porch (with a tree house feel.) NH was at peak leaf change Oct 3-8. The entire community was especially beautiful with blazing fall colors everywhere. The kitchen was well equipped...so, we invited my son & his wife over for dinner one evening. We all enjoyed the open dining area. Main bedroom had comfortable mattress & bedding. An upper parking area, not seen in the photos is available. This made it much easier to bring in luggage & our bikes. Grant was readily available by phone to help with the lock box code, which I forgot:) We would rent this property again.

If you are looking for an idyllic lake house experience, this is it! We could have spent our entire trip just sitting on the porches—upstairs, downstairs, one screened-in porch, and the lovely dock. We used the kayaks and the paddle boat multiple times. The house was perfect for us because we are a close family of three, but if you need privacy from other guests, this wouldn’t be the ideal house as one bedroom opens into the other. The beds are soft and comfortable as is the sofa. Paula and Tim were extremely responsive and helpful. We would absolutely return to this house. It was difficult to leave the gorgeous leaves.

What a lovely place. The weather was cold when we came and having a fireplace was so cozy. The cottage was well equipped with everything we could need and the area is beautiful. Arthur was responsive to our needs and inquiries. I would absolutely stay here again.

Our family enjoyed our stay immensely. Our boys (7&10) loved playing with the dogs outside and throwing sticks for them. Scenery and land were stunning. It was peaceful, clean and the beds were comfortable. Can’t wait to go back.

Great stay at Alyson’s place. So nice to have access to the amenities at Eastman - we took the little ones sledding! Nice to have kids toys and books on hand too. House was perfect for what we needed and we’re thinking of coming back in the summer!

This was the second time we stayed at Sarah's at Christmastime. It's so nice and peaceful and comfortable, and the surrounding countryside is so pretty, the little town is so nice, that we returned for this second time. It felt like coming home for the holidays.

Loved everything about our stay. Perfect location, worry-free parking, immaculately clean and comfortable. Communication with Stephanie was outstanding with everything we needed provided for us. We highly recommend Sunapee Harbor Cottages and would definitely stay again

The house was clean and tidy. Barbara was a lovely and very responsive host. When a couple issues arose, they were dealt with in a very expedient manner. The location of the home could not be beat - great proximity to Woodstock, Killington/Pico, and Saskadena. We enjoyed our stay very much.

My friends & I appreciate the nice level lawn with fire pit & space to play cornhole right next to the water. The cottage itself has a good sized living room and additional sunroom / dining room so there is always space for sit-down meals and games! Much of the cottage is the original 1952 finish, carefully kept while modernizing the systems, appliances & fixtures. A great place!
