We loved our stay here. The house was clean and perfect for our family. The kids loved the pool and the pool/ping pong table! We were a group of 9 and felt like we had plenty of space. Host was attentive, responsive and helpful! We hope to be able to come back and stay at the house again!

Excellent home for a big group enjoying Miami! We had a lovely stay with friends for a conference and some pleasure! Highlight was the lovely back yard, pool, and hot tub.

When I arrived, it was dark. I finally located the entry and lockbox, but had I not had a flashlight packed, I would have been in deep trouble. Therefore, I would like to suggest a motion light be installed for just such nighttime arrivals. The recessed entry way picks up no light from the parking lot, it made it difficult to get to the keys and it was only 8:00 PM. I love the location on the lake, it's very calming. Parking is good. The house could definitely use some more lighting, it tends to be dark.

Beautiful property! The backyard was gorgeous. The home was very clean and had more to offer than we had time to enjoy in our short stay. We prepared a meal, and the kitchen had all the cooking necessities. Our host, Marina was super quick to respond and also very thoughtful and kind, as we were there during our son’s hospital stay. We hope to come stay again in the future under better circumstances, so that we can enjoy its close proximity to the beach, restaurants and other entertainment.

Evgeniy's place was a great spot to spend a few days in Hollywood beach. The pool and the back deck offered a great gathering space to hangout while getting some relief from the Florida sun. The house was clean and Evgeniy was very responsive with the few questions I did have.

The house is absolutely beautiful, and the location was fantastic. Everything you may need is basically a 4-8 minute drive away. I also loved the outdoor spaces - the waterfront and the screened swimming pool with beautiful views, and that the house is always bright and well lit thanks to its big windows. The hosts were very kind and responsive and always happy to accommodate our needs. Would love to stay here again in the future.

The house was great! Exactly like the photos and very spacious for a family of 4. The amenities were great, lots of toiletries offered which was a great touch. The pool is amazing and we spent a lot of time in the patio area. Neighborhood is safe and nice. Only 40-ish mins away from the Everglades National Park. Thank you for the thoughtful touches and the welcome gift! Wonderful stay, great hosts, and would absolutely book again.

This was a great place with a great location. Very convenient to the stores, only about 15-20 mins drive to the beach, and the pool was kept clean.

We had a fantastic stay at Dmitrii’s place! The home was spacious and perfect for a group of friends — the rooms were a great size, and the overall layout made it super comfortable for everyone to relax and enjoy. The beds were especially comfortable, which made coming back after a long day out even better. Unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to use the pool as we were constantly on the go exploring the city, but it looked very inviting — hopefully next time! As a first-time Airbnb user, I had quite a few questions, and Dmitrii was incredibly patient and quick to respond every time. His timely and helpful communication really put me at ease and made the whole experience smooth. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area — would definitely stay here again!

This is an amazing place to stay: plenty of space, near of the most touristic area in Miami, a quiet and relaxing escape in the center of the city and a friendly host. I recommend this place to anybody that really want to enjoy the real experiencia to visit Miami.

We had a wonderful stay in Miramar! The house was beautiful and matched the description. I loved that the kitchen was stocked with those spices and condiments that you just need a touch of and don’t want to buy a whole bottle. My kids spent tons of time swimming in the pool. We had such a wonderful time at this Airbnb! The outdoor space was definitely the highlight! We spent every day by the pool, and the cabana provided the perfect shady retreat when the sun got too hot. The backyard felt like a little tropical oasis, and we even had daily visits from iguanas — which the kids absolutely loved! The lighting at night made the space feel magical. Walking in late at night to find the lights on and music playing from the fridge was such a thoughtful and welcoming touch — it really set the tone for the week. The host was incredibly attentive, checking in with us throughout the week and sending local recommendations. Communication was always quick and helpful, which made everything stress-free. The location was also fantastic — a great central spot for easy day trips to Fort Lauderdale, Miami, the Keys, or even just to the coast for a morning sunrise. We had a great time.

Great place for our group. We enjoyed the nice pool and outside space, comfortable beds.

Regina was incredibly responsive, helpful, and kind. We appreciated all of the small things like blankets in the living room, slippers, pool toys, beach toys, pool/beach towels, shower toiletries, amazingly soft "make-up" towels, a well stocked kitchen (including a pizza cutter!), snacks, games, Netflix, outdoor grill, etc. These really made the difference in setting it apart from many other places we've stayed in the Dania Beach/Hollywood area and made it feel more like a home away from home. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
