This may not be the most picturesque airbnb you've laid eyes on, but it was HANDS DOWN the best accommodation I have EVER stayed in with my toddlers (we have been on 10 trips in the last 3 years!) Dan's place was cozy and the right amount of space for my family of four, but the thing that made it really stand out is that they had everything you could need for young kids. Not only the standard pack and play and highchair, but also a sound machine, stroller, and best of all- a box of toys that my two (4 and 1.5) played with CONSTANTLY every spare moment we were in the airbnb. We stayed a week and they didn't get bored of them, which, if you've ever had two energetic kids running circles around the living room, you know REALLY says something. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need as well, which was so helpful. This place is priced fantastically for families and I would whole heartedly recommend it.

Nicely host. She provided a clear instruction. But the location is hard to find if you arrive at night

The room had beautiful views of the lake as mentioned in the listing. The space was clean and nicely decorated and provided everything we needed for our short stay. The property also had other amenities for us to use such as a pool, hot tub, game room and community balcony. The location was also very good as is close to the beautiful lake and picturesque towns. Would recommend their place overall as was an enjoyable weekend stay.

Kitchen counter was not completely clean like they forgot the upper part. Could have been on over-site I know the owner has no control over this but keep in mind there is a unit above and while you cants hear any talking if anyone is heavy on their feet you hear that clearly. But we would still go back

We had a great stay. The layout was perfect - and bigger than expected. Very comfortable beds and furniture, and super clean! We would for sure rent again.

John was extremely accommodating and generous and made every stage of the trip effortless and easy. He gave us some wonderful advice and recommendations and all of the information was updated and accurate. We loved our stay at the condo and would not hesitate to rebook in the future. We had four people stay although there is plenty of room and privacy for 6 adults if needed. Book this listing!

easiest trail access I've had in many visits to other places around sunday river. place has everything you need after a long day skiing and access to a great ski tuning room for those that bring those supplies. would definitely stay here again. bed is comfy, bathroom is larger than other places I've stayed as well. owner was very responsive and helpful. great stay.

Bob’s place is lovely and a perfect spot for a trip to Wolfeboro. Overlooking the lake, the unit was wonderfully situated. It was comfortable, immaculate, and had everything needed for a relaxing stay. Bob was very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely come back again and recommend to anyone visiting the area.

this condo is the perfect set up for our family! we had 3 adults staying, with a dog and a cat. there were three separate full bathrooms which helped a TON. everyone had their own area to wind down. we stayed for easter and were able to cook in the kitchen. Lyn was super responsive with any questions we had! we’re hoping to stay again next easter with Lyn!!

We were the next street over from Waterville valley ski resort and so close to the town square. This was a very convenient place to stay. The host was very very nice and any communication we had, she was prompt in responding.

We had a great stay at your place. It was perfect for our family. Nice quiet neighborhood in the woods but close to town and ski areas. We also appreciate being able to bring our dogs to a nice place. Thanks, Rob

Based on the condo alone, I would give James 10 stars! The amenities were as listed and there were many extras (linens, towels, toilet paper). Heat and AC in EACH bedroom and the living area. It was clean and the appliances/dishes/silverware looked brand new. It was in a great location within walking and driving distance to shopping and restaurants. There has been a negative review regarding the neighbors who also live in this 4 unit building. These neighbors are not excessively loud or doing anything beyond normal living. However, from the 2nd bedroom, you can hear them walking, talking, vacuuming, entering/leaving their condo. James has been proactive about this concern and has included a noise machine and large fan in this bedroom. I wanted to address this in my review to say that I was still able to get a great night’s sleep and the noise was not late in the night or early morning. My sister and I enjoyed our stay here very much!!

Great condo. It was so clean and the furniture was so comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked and the hosts truly thought of everything for their guests. Fans were provided, ample towels, and extra pillows for a family of three, and the WiFi was easy to find, the condo was incredibly clean but also felt like a home. I assumed both bedrooms were on the same floor but they weren’t. My son ended up sleeping in the living room during our stay because the bunk bed room was very far from the main bedroom and both are located on separate floors. There’s a folding wall that you can leave open on the loft which was nice to ease my son’s anxiety of sleeping farther apart than usual. Also, the tvs in both bedrooms are almost impossible to navigate so we kind of gave up on watching tv in our room each night. The pools were very nice but the operating hours weren’t great compared to some of the other condos we’ve stayed at in this area. That’s at no fault of the hosts though.

We like loon Mt area in the winter for skiing, Eric's unit is literally 2 min drive to mountain, (Nordic Inn ) The unit itself is huge with 2 levels of living space, 2 bedrooms on first floor have huge beds (california kings ) each bedroom has walk in closets and full baths, upstairs has another full bed and 2 bunk beds, massive super comfortable couch that reclines on either end. huge tv and full bath, walk out deck. Perfect for 2 family to split. The pictures on airBnb are accurate. I would highly recommend Eric's place year round . I will definitely will be back next year!!!

Shauna was a great host . I had a few questions that were answered immediately. It was really humid in early August so the ice cold AC’s were great! I would highly recommend staying at Shauna’s place . Easy access to Weirs & Bank NH Pavilion!

Mikes place was a great stay while in. New Hampshire. Lots of stuff to do on the lake and everything you need is within walking distance!! I nightly recommend this condo on the lake

This is our second time staying at Lisa’s place. It is in a perfect location right in the heart of the lake region. The pool is amazing. Lisa keeps the place perfectly clean and has everything you could need. We can’t wait to stay again.

great getaway for Cannon (11 mins) and Waterville valley (33 mins). Ihave never slept in a more comfortable bed in my life and same for my two companions in the other two beds. just what you need for a nice ski vacation.

Excellent space at the lodge. Rick was easy to communicate with and independently checked in on us to ensure we were enjoying our stay and ask if we needed anything. Rick was flexible with the check in time and communicated we'll before and during our stay. Would definitely come back!

We had a 5 week stay - in depth of snowy cold winter with extra family for shorter periods. Space was just right for us plus 2 grandchildren and their parents. Both sleeping and living space sufficient. Do note the spiral and steep stairs down to lower floor as potential hazard for old or young. It's very much a family "lived in" apartment with lots of "other" stuff rather than pristine rental property, but more comfortable for that. Jaclene not local while we were here, but super responsive with any issues. Cleaner and building manager also accessible via her. Very convenient for pool / spas and skating pond! Heated outside pool / spa in snow was much enjoyed by all! Steam room good, sauna not so much! Easy parking just outside. great snow clearance from site maintenance staff. Simple drive to North Conway for almost anything. Jackson Falls, Diana's Bath, Cathedral ledge and many others were fantastic in deep frozen snow. Easy travel West NH302 and Kancamagus highway for scenery.
