The apartment was very clean and cozy! I felt right at home at Jane's place. Speaking of Jane- she is phenomenal! Very responsive and a caring individual! She left us welcome gifts from local spots and everything she left was delicious and she recommended some great local places as well. My husband and I will definitely be returning and are super thrilled we had such a lovely getaway and lovely host!

The only seating in the living room was the sofa. It would be great if they could add another small chair.

We were so happy with Joan’s lovely apartment. First floor entry for my 80 year old Mom. Lovely decor , spacious and clean. All the things to make our stay homey and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable. Good parking . Unfortunately, we were only there for the night. I’d love to return for a longer stay.

Donna and Jeff’s place was great! Pictures don’t do it justice it is beautiful and spotless. Will definitely be trying to stay here on my next visit.

Had most amazing time in Canandiagua and surroundings. Coming “home” in evening to Airbnb was great feeling Some great restaurants are in short walking distance. John is fantastic host Highly recommend staying here, we surely will be back !

I’ve stayed here before while working locums at nearby Strong Hospital. The location is wonderful… short drive to work, restaurants near the URMC campus as well as downtown, and very roomy. There are 2 bedrooms but I stayed here as a single because it was so nice and therefore worth it to me. The driveway was always cleaned of snow which was nice as I’ve stayed at other places where I had to shovel. John was very responsive to messages, often replying within just a handful of minutes. When the batteries on the remote were breathing their last breath one day before the Super Bowl lol, he dropped off new batteries in time for it to not be an issue. Would stay again for sure.

We stayed only one night for New Year's eve. We had a lovely time. Beautiful view on the lake. The house is charming! Plenty of space. We would have stayed longer.. Derrick responded quickly to our queries. All was perfect! Thank you.

I would highly recommend Hali's place to anyone! Very easy instructions to get in and we immediately felt at home. it was very clean and we loved the openness of the living area and kitchen. The beds were so comfortable and we had everything we needed! We would definitely stay again. Thank you for your hospitality!

The house was conveniently laid out for our family group. The beds were very comfortable and everything was super clean. We had a 10 month old with us so the high chair and crib were much appreciated. Door Dash found the house easily too

Jeanine gave detailed and accurate instructions for check in and check out and her recommendations were spot on! The house was spotless and so welcoming. All we could need or ask for was readily available. The house was walking distance from the cute little town of Penn Yan and there was plenty to do and see. Our first girls trip to the Finger Lakes was perfect thanks to Jeanine!

This home was regionally charming and universally comfortable. We had a truly perfect stay. Jon & Jodi have created a lovely the perfect home away from home. Loved it!

My family (kids, grandkids, and I ) enjoyed our stay at Bennan’s “Funky Cottage”. The house, especially the kitchen, was well equipped with all necessary amenities. The beds were comfy with nice clean bedding. It is just a short walk to the water’s edge of Keuka, which was much enjoyed by us and our dog! This was a great find for us. Enjoyed (and watered) your beautiful plants, Brennan! :)

We had a wonderful stay and really loved the house. I really loved that all bedrooms were lake front and had large windows to enjoy the beautiful views. The house was also very clean and well maintained. Diana was a great host and provided information in advance. I had one question when we arrived and she responded almost immediately. It was a great experience.

This was our 3rd trip and as always it’s a favorite when we come to visit family in Batavia and Rochester . Owner is wonderful and the place is fantastic . Watched the NYE fireworks from the back deck and love the location .

Tobiah was a fabulous host. He answered all questions promptly and was very helpful. We had a small gathering of family, coming from far apart and the condo was wonderful! It worked beautifully for our needs. We loved the view of the lake off the balconies-- especially with a full moon reflecting on it! The condo was well-appointed, with everything we needed. It was a very comfortable setting and close to hiking, wineries, and water activities, as well as cycling along the Erie Canal. The condo's location, a short distance between the towns of Naples and Canadaigua, made it easy to run an errand or go out eat. We highly recommend Tobiah's waterfront condo!

Booked as a surprised for my bills-fan husband the weekend of our wedding. Pretty cool place. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but it was fine! If you’re coming here to watch football- keep in mind it’s a projector screen and not a tv. Sound only comes from the projector. The screen isn’t taught so I don’t think it’d be be best place for watching parties. But other than that we had a great time!

The condo was beautiful, well stocked and clean. Celeste and Breanna answered all our questions promptly, and did everything they could to enhance our stay. We’re very impressed.

We really loved staying at John's place. Everything was clean, felt new and was as described. The place really reflected John and Anna's great care and thoughtfulness. Loved sitting by the pond outside for our morning coffee, listening to the birds and drinking in the scenery. It really was lovely and wonderful!

We stayed at James’s place for a wedding in the area. The place was very clean and easy to find. The beds were comfortable, and the jacuzzi bathtub was a nice surprise. James was quick to respond to any questions we had.

This was an excellent fit for our family of four, with comfortable sleeping and hang-out space. Everything was extremely clean, and the environment welcoming and quiet. We enjoyed playing games at the kitchen table, having a well-equipped kitchen, laundry, and fitness room. We would love to be back when it's warmer to take advantage of the outdoor amenities and convenient walking location.

My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay at The Place! Swain was a very quiet and peaceful area (though I'm sure it gets busier during ski season), and we felt safe and enjoyed the privacy. While we did have to drive a bit for restaurants and activities, the condo was stocked with plenty of kitchen equipment that allowed us to cook meals during our stay, and also had a variety of board games for entertainment. The wifi was very spotty, but that was not a huge concern for our stay. One other thing I want to note was that there were some clothes left in closets and used toiletry items in the bathroom cabinets; I was not bothered by it since everything was very clean, but just a heads up if anyone is not comfortable with that. The beds were very comfortable, there were plenty of blankets and towels, and the wood fireplace was nice for chillier nights. Overall, I have to say that the condo was beautiful and exceeded my expectations - the pictures really do not do it justice!
