Thank you Bruce for being a super host! Our family, Yeti and Snow included, had so much fun! It was so helpful and generous of you to help us unload with the 4 wheeler and invite us to the barn. The lake is gorgeous; swims, boating, supboard. Biking was amazing! Local corn fab! Well equiped kitchen for the culinary artists in our fam. Coffee on the sunporch so relaxing. We are excited to visit again in the future!

Felt like "grandmas house". Wonderful seating for gathering spaces inside and outside with family. Beautiful morning front porch to watch the horse and buggies drive by while sipping coffee. Kitchen had all we needed which is always important! Quiet neighborhood, friendly corner market to walk to. And we even got to appreciate an evening fire at the pit. Marie was always responsive when I had a question. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Wow, just wow. I lived in this region for 20 years before moving away and I never thought a house like this existed. The view from the home is remarkable, and the house itself is a sight to see; everyone that stayed in the home during the trip could not stop singing its praise. The rooms are all very inviting, as were the gathering spaces. There is a ton of fun to be had in the basement level, where an arcade, wet bar, table games, and home theater await you. Watching some of our favorite sporting events together comfortably in the theater was truly a memory-making experience and when I return for another trip to the area, I'm hoping I can stay here once more, because it really was special.

We stayed for a long weekend and it was just what we needed! The views of the lake were amazing and we had plenty of room in the house for our three families! The pool table, porches, lake area and outside kitchen were highlights! We enjoyed the peaceful and private setting and would definitely come back!

I must say, Karen and Paul were the BEST hosts! They maintained good communication throughout our stay, at one point we had a little bit of a situation with the heat and Paul came right over to the property to help us. This location is close to letchworth state park and lots of other attractions. I took multiple runs along the lake, very safe and beautiful location. The lake house was exactly as described and had everything you needed for a short stay. We had so much fun and can't wait to go back!

This was our second stay at Hakuna Matata. Another amazing experience for our family! The home is clean, well-appointed with all essentials and then some. Lake access is unbeatable. Location is central to many attractions in the Finger Lakes, too. Host is responsive and wants to make sure your stay is exceptional.

Wir hatten wunderschönes Tage in dem Haus von Chris. Besonders schön für uns waren der Kamin im Haus, der direkte Seezugang (wir waren mehrmals täglich im April bei eiskaltem Wasser baden) und die Holz- und Gasfeuerstellen im Garten. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und Chris sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

This was a great opportunity for me and my siblings to remember the time when our parents had a cottage at Conesus Lake. I was only 2 so I enjoyed hearing their stories. It was great to connect and what a fantastic atmosphere! The weather was a little cloudy and rainy but when the sun came out it was beautiful. Inside the cottage was very welcoming and comfy too. The neighbors were kind too!

Lovely home right in town. Easy to walk to great restaurants and shops! Check-in couldn’t have been easier. House was very comfortable and had all the amenities you could ask for a home away from home. Nothing negative to say!

This Airbnb was the perfect fall getaway! We visited the lake to soak in the autumn vibes, and this spot exceeded our expectations. There was plenty of room for our group of five, and the host’s recommendations made our trip even better. While the area is known for summer fun, I think fall might be the best time to visit. We had an amazing time exploring the charming shops, cozy restaurants, and stunning waterfront spots, plus the nearby vineyards are a must-see. Can’t wait to return next year when the leaves are changing again—absolutely loved our stay!

I had a fantastic three-night stay at this charming, up-to-date cottage. It was cozy and welcoming, with a spotless bathroom with a roomy walk-in shower and stocked with plenty of fresh towels. The bedroom was comfortable, and I slept great each night. The location is easy to find, right off the main road, which was super convenient. I also enjoyed the fast Wi-Fi, nice TV, and the thoughtful touch of a Bose Wave radio with a selection of music CDs. Highly recommend for a comfortable and enjoyable getaway!

Great place, great location, great communication, great family memories

Beautiful spot on the lake! Stunning sunsets! Quiet area of Conesus Lake. Plenty of room on the beach for games, bon fires, and entertaining friends. Home was spotless upon arrival. Ruel was a consummate host. Extremely attentive and friendly. Looking forward to another memorable stay at Ruel and Ami’s place on the lake.

We had an amazing time as always at this Airbnb. The house is so accommodating and I like that they keep it stocked better than other airbnbs with stuff like plenty of cooking utensils, pots and pans, spices, trash bags/laundry pods/dishwasher pods, plenty of linens and extra blankets. Lindsay is a very nice host who is always responsive, and helpful with any questions you might have.

Great views, perfect cozy home,very clean, perfect location for Winery tour. Cant wait to go back to finger lakes. Hot tub was a plus, just cant say enough about this great home. It was a perfect 60th birthday getaway. Thanks Eric!

We stayed over Thankgiving. Shaun had added special decorations for the holiday. Clean home and wonderful view Enjoy gas fireplace and cozy blankets on cold night.

During our stay Dan was responsive and gave clear instructions about getting into the house. As for his home it was clean, comfortable and beautiful. I would recommend anyone to stay here.
