Tracy was really quick to respond to my questions. The house was lovely, up-to-date and well stocked, but still had that at grandma’s house feel! It accommodated our very large family. If we need to come back, I will be staying here.

My coworker and I stayed here for four nights and commuted to Caliente for field work each morning. Pioche is a charming, small town and the location of the abnb was central. I can't speak to things to do in the area because we were there for work/school. Our hosts were fabulous. I was bummed there was a Keurig vs. coffee maker because I don't use Keurig's. When I asked about a coffee maker, they brought us a small one that evening and went out and bought a regular size one the next day. I was impressed with the quick response and helpfulness of our hosts. The place itself was fine for our needs and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The only thing I had trouble with was the difference in temperature between the upstairs and downstairs. It was pretty chilly downstairs, but if you turned on the heat, then it got way too hot for me upstairs. The lack of window for ventilation and a view was a challenge, but we were gone all day, so it really didn't matter.

Great location, and cabin was in character with charming old town. Hosts were exceptionally communicative and accommodating. Our dog was keen to watch the wildlife from the picture windows each evening.

Dann's place fit our needs perfectly for a mountain bike trip of 7 guys from ages 56 to 70. It was the most well equipped rental I've ever booked and I've booked a lot. It had things I've never seen....TWO sets of washer & dryers, a COMMERCIAL ice machine, it was fantastic!!! We mostly went out to eat but the kitchen was well stocked and even had the basics in the fridge when we arrived. There is tons of parking and a nearby Shell convenience store that we went to daily for beverages of all types.

Our family of four enjoyed our stay here. We like to go to the mountains near our home and this place had that same mountain cabin feel, except in the desert. It was quiet and private, and had a nice view over the valley (for a desert). We woke up to a herd of deer literally just out the door. As other reviewers said, remember where you are staying - it's an old historic town so expect rustic charm and not modern luxury, though the house had everything we needed and was nicely updated. While there isn't much to do in town, this house is very close proximity (walking or driving). We went to Cathedral Gorge State Park and also did some fishing at Eagle Valley Reservoir (Spring Valley State Park) and were very happy to have this be "home" for the night verses a hotel room. Hosts were kind and quick to respond. Thanks for letting us stay!

This house was cute and cozy. Very welcoming and comfortable for our family. Plenty of space to all hang out or also have your own space to be alone. Has all the comforts of home from the bathroom to the kitchen space. Carma had great communication and responded quickly. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect little getaway just the right size cabin. Walk out right to the pond, was able to fish for a couple days. Even though the weather was cool and windy, it was still a wonderful experience. Saw some deer played some cornhole barbecued and enjoy the fire pit in the evening will definitely be back.

Great base camp to explore Cathedral Gorge for a few days. The place has the basics you need and there is a small grocery store within walking distance. Plus there’s a great taco truck nearby too!

Loved the getaway. So close to pioche Main Street and state parks- cathedral gorge and spring valley. Extras felt like home. Even made chocolate chip cookies from the goodies basket. Had a great time! Thanks again!
