This is probably one of the most beautiful and highest quality apartments in all of Colombo. We have been coming to Sri Lanka since 2015 and have stayed in many places. Nicola's attention to detail and quality is unmistakable. If you have discerning taste and want a place that is artful, clean and full with high end decor and appliances this is the place. It costs more than many apartments but it's well worth it. The location is great! Within walking distance to excellent restaurants at Cinnamon Life Hotel, a grocery and a fabulous mall. It's also an easy walk to a nice beach.

For the dehiwala apartment review : The apartment was clean and well presented. We enjoyed watching the sunset each evening from the balconies which all have an ocean view. The location was great, the bedrooms and aircon comfortable and the bathrooms were clean & fresh. The hosts were responsive and flexible giving us a late check-out as there was no booking after us. The assistant organised for check-in and check-in was easy to liaise with.

We enjoyed our stay at Umendra's place. Even though we arrived very late in the night, we were met by the assistant Budika, who was kind and helpful. Always had a smile.. We are very grateful for getting all (6 of us) our bags onto the luggage trolley...along with the reception security Brian...who was very welcoming and respectful. We appreciate these gentlemen helping us at that time of the night. Also the two sets of keys were very convenient for us. Pity we couldn't meet Umendra. A few suggestions to improve would be ...instructions on how to use the lights, fan & the AC. The switchboard system was a bit complex. Also the google map took us to another place. Just letting you know the address was not clearly identified by the google map. Apart from these, overall we had a lovely stay at this beautiful place.

Spent almost a month at this Airbnb,. Amazing place, the beach is just a few meters away and my family loved it. The apartment is well maintained and easily accessible. Very safe for families to stay. We just loved every minute of our stay. The host was very accomodative and responsive. I had an issue with the ACs, was fixed in almost no time. We had a fantastic stay at Tash’s place. The apartment is beautiful, spacious and has very comfy beds. The view from the balcony is even more impressive in person. We enjoyed sunbathing and using the pool on floor 6. Tash relplied to our messages quickly, was very helpful and left clear and precise check in instruction. She also very kindly allowed us to have a late check out. Thanks so much Tash!😊🙏

Excellent location. Very clean. Properly organised. Quick response from the host. We got some amazing local tips from the host hat helped us dine at some of the best restaurants in Colombo. Highly recommend!

appartement très propre et bien équipé... à l'étage d'une famille vivant en dessous très gentils et discrets et présents si besoin... une climatisation unique dans la chambre qui est payante et n'est pas signalée comme telle. très proche du grand traffic de la ville et de la mer, mais suffisamment en retrait pour dormir correctement !!

I came across this place after some extensive searching and needless to say that it paid off. The host is not just a host, shes a super duper host. She helped me right from booking to to letting me in and accommodating several requests made from us. She’s brilliant. The house is as the pics show, sparkling clean, contemporary, fully loaded with the daily basics that you need, and the location is just brilliant. You truly feel like a local stayin in this place. I would recommend anyone looking at booking this place to go ahead blindly. It will not disappoint even by an iota. Sueprhost!!!

I was looking for a place near Colombo for a Friday night getaway with friends, and I came across Ryan’s property in Maharagama. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how spacious, modern, and sophisticated the place was. The architecture, choice of colors, and thoughtful spatial arrangements created an inviting and stylish atmosphere—it even became a topic of conversation among us. Everything about this stay was exceptional—the cozy beds, comfortable couches, and the fully functional kitchen that had everything we needed. Every member of our group had something to appreciate, and we spent hours admiring the details. The lake in front of the property was a lovely addition to the view. However, while it’s something beyond the owner’s control, it was covered with aquatic plants—I just wish that wasn’t the case. The host was incredibly welcoming, making the experience even better. This house is a hidden gem in Colombo. It’s very tasteful and well furnished, with an incredible backyard overlooking the water. We didn’t feel like leaving the home. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Negombo n'apparaissant pas dans les sites d'interêt majeur, nous ne pensions pas vivre de tels instants. Sous le couvert de la forêt, au bord d'un canal débouchant sur la Mangrove, la maison est entourée d'une large terrasse fraîche. A la fois calme et au milieu des habitants de ce quartier catholique, elle offre confort et authenticité. Hetti nous a assisté pour les repas, les transports et les activités. De la maison on atteint la plage où l'on découvre l'activité des pêcheurs traditionnels. Magnifique promenade en bateau dans la mangrove organisée par notre hôte. Deux jours qui laisseront de trés beaux souvenirs.

Very spacious villa with a great view. The pool was amazing.

Lake view is an amazing structure with perfect surroundings. It is very central and though very private. We have spent a couple of great days in the structure and had the feeling of being in our private villa with a lot of freedom, space, design and commodities. We will book Lake view for sure again. Our stay was just perfect and as we wanted it to be. Niresh, the host was extremely helpful in getting whatever we needed (including a few utensils for kitchen ;)). The host was there to welcome us and showed us the house. Being on 28th floor, the view was superb the skyline of Colombo city was visible and so was the water front. The location was perfect with many restaurants and supermarkets near by at walking distance. The amenities were just as shown in the pics and we enjoyed most of it. A perfect place to stay if you want to be in the heart of the city and still want to be a peaceful place 😊

Located in the heart of the city, walking distance to Colombo city centre shopping mall, bakery and a super store. The master bedroom gives almost 180 degree paraomic views of the city , the lake and the sea. Well curated interior designs gives a grand guesture . The host Chathura is very responsive and flexible. I'd love to come back and no hesitation to recommend this place for any guests looking for a luxury apartment in Colombo city centre.

We had a lovely stay here. The place was very clean and comfortable, had lots of facilities. The view is also beautiful. There isn’t much to do within walking distance, however we booked here to relax and prepare for our flight quite close to the airport. Dr M was very responsive and an overall great host. I can definitely recommend this place.

Beautiful place very clean and very spacious, looked identical to the photos listed, very central place to get around, eranga was very helpfull and was easy to contact. All the amenities and services required to make you feel right at home, definitely would rebook when going back to Sri Lanka, had a wonderful stay.
