As a first time Airbnb user, AJ was very helpful and quick to respond to questions I had about the check in/out process and the apartment itself. The unit was very clean and plenty of amenities if you stay in. Outside there are many restaurants and bars within walking distance. The parking garage felt very secure and was an added bonus being unfamiliar with the city and area. If you’re not from the city, the outside noise may somewhat be loud to you, especially at night. Also, the blinds in the apartment only partially block out the bright sign across the street. Overall I would recommend this unit and AJ as a host.

I booked the apartment last minute and it was not clean upon arrival, the host IMMEDIATELY responded and had the cleaners there in 30 mins—when we got back from dinner the place was SPOTLESS. Very professional host 10/10 place to stay

Kyara was a very friendly and responsive host! Even before we arrived, she responded to our questions and inquiries. The space was very clean and inviting…and also safe and secure, which was important to our group of three senior ladies. Check in and check out were easy. Very few requests upon checkout, which was nice. Hand soap and dishwashing soap are provided, but guests may want to bring their own bath soap, laundry soap, and dryer sheets. Apparently, some folks like to bring their own supplies of these things due to allergies, and personal preferences. Air B & Bs are different in what they consider standard supplies. (Kyara did bring us soap and body wash when we requested it, which we appreciated!) We had an emergency while we were in town and Kyara was more than helpful in offering assistance to help us get it resolved. She is an excellent host and will make you feel quite welcome! We would recommend the Club Cozy to friends and would stay here again!

We loved our stay. The apartment is clean and cozy. Everything impeccable. You will have everything you need, the house is well equipped. And communication with Brandon is easy and fast. It is well located, close to the tourist spots. We will definitely come back when we return to Georgia. Definitely 5 stars ⭐️

Absolutely loved my stay! The place smelled amazing as soon as I walked in—super clean and welcoming. It was fully stocked with everything I needed, which made things so convenient. Communication was top-notch from start to finish. It's also great to know they have locations in FL, since I travel there often. Looking forward to booking again!

Brandon is such a great host. Communicated very well. His place was perfect. Very modern looking and nice bed. The place had washer and dryer which was great. The unit has a front and back door which is a plus. Parking was breeze always spots outside of the unit. There are like 2 flights of stairs to climb but I didn't mind. The neighbors were nice and friendly. Location in west midtown was so nice. I rode the scooter up and down the hill for fun. So many restaurants nearby. Bathroom shower was nice. Very hot water and clean. I will be making this my go-to ATL spot when I'm in town! Thanks Brandon

This was hands down the best Airbnb experience I have had. The home is in a safe and quiet area that’s close to the city and airport. Decor is great. Beds are comfortable. The host was absolutely beyond amazing and a great communicator. Any issue was handled immediately, no matter what time of day or night. I loved being in this home and its perfect place in Atlanta!

One of only three places I’ve ever stayed that didn’t trigger my “re-clean everything” instinct - and that’s saying A LOT! The house was spotless, beautifully styled, and even better than the photos. Room themes were so fun, and the master bath? Total spa vibes with that dreamy tub-in-shower setup. Location was perfect at just 5–7 mins from everything we had planned, including the Georgia Aquarium (highly recommend for entire families, regardless of age!). For my fellow AudADHD/OCD travelers: hot water runs out quick if multiple people are bathing back-to-back, so some timing is needed. A tankless water heater would be the cherry on top. Fire pit and device WiFi instructions weren’t included in guides, so ask upon arrival - but the host was really responsive. Grill needed a wipe-down, but no biggie. Still, this home easily lands in my top 3 faves. Super cozy, CLEAN, and thoughtfully put together. With just a few upgrades, this could be a 10-star experience. Can’t wait to stay again!

This was a great place for my family of five. It was quite clean and provided everything we needed. Don reached out to make sure that we were all set with the space and was responsive to any of our questions. Would consider this place again if we are in the area.

Comfortable, clean, charming bungalow in Atlanta's Midtown neighborhood. Sunny and spacious, well-appointed, and quiet. Convenient to central Atlanta, restaurants and shopping.

The home was very nice and the neighborhood is peaceful. You're just minutes from to restaurants and city attractions without having to stay in the busy city.

Excellent stay for family trip (2 adults, 2 teens, 2 grandparents) to area to visit family. House... Lots of room to spread out where everyone had their own space. Lots of amenities, well stocked kitchen and bathrooms, amazing game selection, more TVs than we could count! Some minor wear and tear/deferred maintenance on house and furniture which did not bother us, but if you are someone that wants a pristine property, this may not be a good fit. Entire house was very clean. Good wifi. Location... very convenient for us. About 30-60 minutes from ATL and downtown; 10 min from Marrietta, 2-2 1/2 hours from Birmingham, AL. House in flight path of regional airport, so you do get noise overhead. In a quiet neighborhood (not a through street) which was nice for us. Felt very safe as well. Communication... excellent communication, clear instructions, super friendly hosts. We all agreed we would stay there again if we come back any time soon!!

The host was very professional, flexible, and responsive. Any questions I had were answered promptly. Parking is secure, the building is secure. I felt extremely safe in this unit. Instructions for getting to the unit were amazing and easy to follow. The host was flexible with check in and check out. Truly grateful to book with such an accommodating host and I will continue to book with this host

I can’t say enough about how well Nadjia hosted us - especially last minute as our previous Airbnb host cancelled. She accommodated my group and was extremely responsive and helpful. If you want a penthouse view of the city, this is for you. A little construction going on but it was outside the apartment

The stay here was great. The place was nice and clean. It was very close to everything around. I went for a concert and was able to walk back without a problem. While there were occasional train horns it wasn’t a disruptive in any way. Check in and out was very easy as well.
