Six lifelong friends used this lovely home for a reunion, locally. It suited our needs perfectly. Having a downstairs bedroom and a full bath was helpful for one of us with mobility issues. House was clean and roomy. Host was communicative and responsive. Could not ask for much more. Would return!

Our only regret is that we didn’t have longer to enjoy the beautiful and homey apartment and absolutely breathtaking surroundings! John does such a wonderful job making sure the apartment is clean, inviting, and well stocked with everything you might need. We got a great night’s sleep in the very comfortable beds. On top of all of that, he is warm and friendly and it’s very apparent he loves being a host. Thank you, John!! We hope to have the opportunity to stay again, only for more than a quick visit next time!

We had a truly unforgettable family Easter weekend at this beautiful Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The house was spotless, spacious, and filled with thoughtful touches that made our stay extra special. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made it easy to cook our holiday meals together. The bedrooms were cozy and comfortable, giving everyone plenty of space and privacy. The kids loved the backyard and outdoor area, while the adults appreciated the peaceful views and relaxing atmosphere, next to the fire pit and the lake. We also loved how pet friendly the home was, our furry family member had a blast too! Location wise, it was ideal close enough to stores and activities, but tucked away enough to enjoy quiet time together. The hosts were incredibly responsive and kind, making sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate, reconnect, and make memories. Nice cabin in close proximity to Cooperstown. Great communication, friendly and welcoming. Good rental for kids. Will definitely stay here again

Lucky Little Lake House is beautiful, peaceful, and enjoyable. The place is surrounded by the lake and many restaurants to choose from. The host Annette communicates within minutes and is extremely helpful. I would stay again and I would recommend this Lake House!

All i can say is wow, what a perfect place! My father passed and we needed somewhere for my siblings to stay together as we live all over the country....this place was spacious, serene and wonderful. Thank you for making a difficult time a little easier.

We had such a great girls weekend at Tanya’s place in Sylvan Beach! The house was just as described—clean, comfortable, and perfect for our trip. The location was ideal, with plenty of great dining options nearby and everything was just a quick drive or walk down the beach away. Check-in was super easy and stress-free. Tanya was a great host, and we’d definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

The house was perfect! Seems to be an all season location. Fantastic access to Hamilton and Colgate. Also great location for discovering restaurants and activities beyond Hamilton. Can’t wait to visit again!
