A great house with character, everything we needed, and surely the best garden in Bristol. Richard and Jessica were lovely, welcoming and accommodating hosts. Thanks for letting us take over your home for a couple of days!

We had a really lovely stay this weekend for 2 nights as a little getaway. We had 2 toddler boys who loved having lots of toys to play with, the garden looked amazing too however the weather said otherwise! Frances was really great communicating with us & made us feel really comfortable.

Lovely, attractive and comfortable house. Very well furnished and fabulously equipped. The large garden is a great space with a range of seating and tables, a chest of garden toys and a little Wendy house! Samantha communicated regularly and promptly but left as undisturbed during our stay. Overall, very highly recommended.

We spent 2 weeks at Yahya's while visiting family nearby. The place is really great, matching exactly the pictures and the description. Check in and check out were both easy and the host communicated with us in advance to make sure all was good. During our stay we experienced quite a bad storm and Yahya promptly checked on us to make sure all was ok. the neighborhood is quiet, the high street is not far so we could go to local shops and activities. There is also a big Tesco just a walk away. We will definitely book here again when visiting family in future

Just got back from a wonderful weekend in Bath, this house was walkable to the Christmas Markets and was just perfect for our stay, clean, had everything we needed and felt like home. Was so cosy to come back to after a long day of walking. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms were spotless and everything was just so easy. Thank you so much we have recommended to friends and will definitely be back to stay again x

Clare's beautiful home completely exceeded our expections. It is such a beautiful Georgian townhouse with incredible views over the whole of Bath. A stunning and tranquil garden. Clare was extremely helpful and responsive to all our requests. It was the perfect base for our mini-break to Bath and we are so glad that Clare shared her beautiful home with us.

We had a great time staying at The Litttle Trooper, really enjoyed the spacious house and the lovely warm hot tub. The property was immaculate and clean. Secure gated property not far from Bristol's family attractions. I would recommend to other families or couples, I am sure we will return. Thank you.

A great place to stay with everything I needed for a comfortable work trip. I loved the central, but stepped away from the main roads, location.

Jack’s Place was the best flat in our 14 day tour. Comfortable, clean, and so quiet. The beds are very comfortable, living spaces were well- outfitted, and the kitchen was spectacular. Many thanks for the generous selection of teas, coffee, and fresh milk. The flat is also a very short walk to shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed two meals at Salathai, as well as tea at Sally Lund’s and The Huntsman.

From the moment we booked until we checked out Ians communication was spot on. He kindly let us know his previous customer had left earlier that day so we were able to check in earlier when we arrived. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. There was nothing you needed that wasn't there, although Ian was more than happy for us to call him should we need anything. The complimentary supplies were much appreciated! The two bedrooms were both a lovely size with King size beds, comfy mattresses and quality Egyptian cotton linen. Plenty of storage in both and both rooms supplied with a hair dryer. The bathroom is a wet room which was great for us. Underfloor heating throughout (except bedrooms which had central heating), this kept the place a perfect temperature. Such a fantastic location, so once your parked behind the property you won't be needing your car again. Ian was the perfect host and we'll be back! Thank you.

The flat was as described and the garden provided a lovely view in the morning. This was a really convenient location for us. The flat was warm and welcoming when we returned from our daily excursions - just what was needed. Thank you.

Schönes Appartement. Hell und zeitlos eingerichtet, absolut geschmackvoll. Wir haben uns alle sofort Zuhause gefühlt. Wir haben die Küche kaum genutzt, sie war aber perfekt ausgestattet, auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt (Waschmaschine vorhanden). Es gibt in der Wohnung Schlafmöglichkeiten für 4 Personen in zwei Schlafzimmern. 2 einzelne Betten, ein Doppelbett und obwohl wir nur zu Dritt dort gewohnt haben, wäre durchaus für eine weitere Person ausreichend Platz vorhanden gewesen. Trotz der zentralen Lage, sehr ruhig. Patrycja hat im Vorfeld den CheckInn gut erklärt und war immer erreichbar.

2nd time I have stayed at Dan's place with friends and the host is always very helpful, informative and quick to reply to messages. We love the flat, a perfect location for getting around the visitor attractions, restaurants and bars. There are a lot of stairs up to the accommodation (we are aged 55-66 year olds!) but just plan well so you don't need to keep going backwards and forwards. Highly recommend staying here for a great holiday. Thanks Dan for all your help during our recent stay.

we had a lovely weekend stay at Katrinas place. She was there to greet us on check-in and was very friendly and helpful. The place was beautiful, amazing private garden, clean and comfortable accommodation with a spacious lounge and well equipped kitchen area. There was even a little hamper containing tea, coffee, crumpets & cereal plus milk, butter & jam in the fridge - a lovely touch! The bathroom is spacious and the shower has good pressure. The bed is a double size so a little smaller than our usual kingsize but still very comfortable. The walk into Bath is about 15-20 mins and is quite steep. We did this a few times (coming back is a bit of a work out and decent footwear is recommended) We took an uber into town and back one night which costs around £7 each way so not too bad. Bath is truly lovely and we would definitely recommend Katrina's place as a lovely base.

Perfect location, most landmarks few minutes walk. Tony has thought of every little detail in the apartment. If I came to Bristol again would definitely stay here again! Easily sleeps 4 and money well spent!!!

My second stay and will certainly be back. George does an outstanding job and offers a lovely, cosy and clean place.

This is the third time we have stayed here and again it was great, the accommodation is brilliant, comfy and private, the kitchen has everything you need to make your own food and drinks, on arrival there was milk and bread etc so you can have a brew, the bed is comfy and the shower is awesome, the surrounding area is beautiful and there are various walks around and a lovely pub in the village, Michelle and John are excellent hosts and are very responsive if you have any questions, we love staying here and will definitely be back.

We had a lovely stay in Widcombe and found Helen’s place extremely comfortable and quiet. We were given clear instructions so check in was easy. Widcombe is a beautiful part of Bath within easy access of the station. We enjoyed the walk and views from Alexandra Park, the Halfpenny for tapas and the little shops. It was also a great base for exploring the city. We were lucky with the weather and did a lot in 3 days. Would not hesitate to book again.

Lovely apartment, stylish and so comfortable. When we arrived Emily had left stuff in the fridge and lovely flowers. She was very communicative and helpful. Apartment was central so everything in walking distance. Fabulous stay. Thanks Emily.

Cai's place was one of the best we have stayed in: it's really stylish, very well equipped, lovely and bright and everything was clean and pristine. It's a beautiful apartment with the most amazing views over the city of Bath, and having a place to park during our stay was a great bonus. We enjoyed the 10 minute walk to and from the city centre and it was great having a base that wasn't too far away from all the main attractions in Bath. We felt really at home in the apartment and were sorry to leave!

The studio is clean and tidy and has everything you need! The check- instructions are clear and really like the 11am check-out time as it isn’t too early! We would definitely recommend this place to anyone else.

This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed at Chris’s place. The views are outstanding and the bustling marina is only around the corner. Well equipped kitchen which we cooked in on both occasions. Great location for those interested in walking along the Somerset coastal path. We got to Clevedon this time! The only real drawback is the 4 flights of stairs (worth it once you’re up there! 🤩) which might be tricky for less able people. We will definitely return again 🤗
