Beautiful place and area with rural charm and character - very therapeutic! The guest house is cosy, clean and comfortable with many items provided which made us feel welcome and at home. There is a guestbook with helpful information / instructions and recommendations for local activities. Catherine was very responsive and we felt everything was easy to understand, there were also hand written notes around the house which made it feel homely. The hot tub is lovely and tucked away in a private spot, surrounded by nature. The area is peaceful and quiet and close to The Druids Arms and Stanton Drew Stone Circle. We loved our stay and will definitely return. Many thanks to Catherine! I highly recommend.

A great home in the countryside of Bath. The surroundings are great, felt very peaceful. Was great to have the fireplace. Claire was super responsive and helpful. The rooms are great, vey much appreciated the linens, cleanest sheets and towels, wonderful duvets and mattresses. A 15’ car drive from the center of Bath. Hot bath tub was great too! Would recommend for sure.

Dairy cottage was compact, cute and cosy and had everything we needed. Check in was really simple and check out at 11am was fab. Dani lives next door and met us on the driveway as we pulled in. She had the hot tub ready and explained how everything worked. The bed in the main bedroom was enormous and a sooo comfy with plenty of storage. The second bunk room was very small but suited my teenage girls fine. The kitchen was small but had everything we needed including homemade bread from Dani ! Huge dinging table for breakfasts and dinners, a comfy sofa with smart tv and a log burner for the evenings. Bath was a 10 minute drive away, nearby walks for dogs and a lovely pub at the bottom of the road. All in all a great cottage in a super location and a welcoming host. I would defo recommend.

Joy and Tom were absolutely amazing and extremely generous! It’s a perfect place to stay if you want a romantic place to stay with a loved one or a small getaway with a friend, my partner and I absolutely loved it. The coach house is absolutely adorable and the amenities are just as listed. The service was amazing and the area is beautiful. I could not recommend this stay enough. ❤️

A fabulous three night stay at this tranquil location , peaceful , out of the way - but a prime location to be in reach of Bristol , Bath, Stroud& not too long of a drive for a day trip to Sommerset. How this cottage has an availability I do not know. There are many elements that made this heavenly from the hot tub , fireplace & views from your bedroom windows. Birds tweeting & pure peacefulness. Easy instructions & a proactive host. The first air BnB I haven’t needed to ask questions when they are clearly laid out for me. We will 100% be back & 1000% recommend. Thankyou so much.

If it was possible to paint a description of the word perfect then cwtch cottage would become that picture. There simply aren’t enough superlatives to describe venue, accommodation or hosts. The cottage was immaculately clean and well equipped with everything you could want or need. Seemingly every detail had been considered by the hosts who were themselves a perfect blend of attentive and responsive without being overbearing. location is ideal, being remote enough to sit in tranquil serenity but not so isolated to make exploration a chore. The linen was fresh and plentiful, the raft of items left to ensure comfort were of a quality to that you’d have at home. The hot tub was clean and upto temperate on arrival providing immediate rest-bite if required from your journey to the Cotswolds. WiFi was great and reliable and even a fire stick was active in a good sized tv. The furnishings were also great quality, who doesn’t love John Lewis cushions :-) thank you. We Will definitely be back

The barn is stunning. The views are incredible, it’s so perfectly peaceful and a great space to get away and unwind. Gillie and Martin were perfect hosts, showed us around and left us to enjoy the space. Everywhere was so clean and everything we needed was there - we had the best time and we’ll definitely be back!

We loved our stay at this charming cottage: Beautifully decorated, cosy and thoughtfully equipped — it felt like a real home away from home. The welcome / Easter hamper was a super nice touch too! 🐣 The well-maintained tennis court was a definite highlight for my boys (and husband!). The setting is peaceful and relaxing, yet perfectly located for exploring nearby walks, Bath, the arboretum, and more. The local farm shop (Allington) is worth a visit too. We only wish we could’ve stayed longer!

We loved our stay hosted by Gus at the cottage! What a lovely welcome with a cute basket full of goodies. We picked this stay due to my 2 year old who is obsessed with farmland/ tractors and this was the perfect location. Elsewhere cottage is a lovely space for a family of 4 (2 year old and 8 month old). Bedrooms were spacious , kitchen was tidy and offered all that was needed for our 4 night stay. Gus’s outdoor space is amazing and fantastic when you have young children - thank you allowing us to roam freely around your private space including the tractors! Please also extend our gratitude to Colin who we met on Friday evening, he allowed my son to look around his hanger and of course he found more tractors. We’ll definitely be back for sure! Thank you again Gus you was super!

Angela was a wonderful host, was always ready to help with everything we needed. Had a great time at her place, the kids loved their interaction with the two horses. The home was so cosy and really beautiful. Loved the fireplace

We booked the cottage as we was attending a horse show a few miles away. The cottage was just as it was listed Beautiful, clean and very Comfortable. we had a lovely stay and we would most definitely look to book again x

From the moment we booked this place, we knew our weekend was going to be great. The accomodation looked beautiful and was in the perfect location as we wanted to head into Bath and Monkton Comb. Tony was very helpful over message and gave us plenty of information ahead of our booking. Check in was very easy and the house was beautiful with everything you would need - we could've moved in for months it was that well equipped! Thanks again for helping make this trip so special for my mum's birthday 🎂

Beautiful place in the most beautiful surroundings! Very private with gorgeous views right over open fields and secluded. The property had everything you needed and was also well equipped for our stay with our 1 year old! Rosie was an excellent host and very helpful! Would 100% stay here again!

We had a lovely stay at the cottage. The house was very clean and spacious. Steve and Kirsty had left some milk for us which was appreciated for an immediate cup of tea and were very quickly responsive to any questions we had. Would recommend staying here!

Bat Cottage was a perfect stay for nine of us exploring the Mendips, getting cosy by the fire and eating lots of delicious food made in the lovely kitchen. Sue and Abi made sure our stay was comfortable.

We had a great stay and enjoyed their place. One minor drawback: Heating defaults and configuration options should be made transparent to the guests in advance.

Pat was a lovely host; she was very communicative, flexible, and friendly. Pat went out of her way to make us and the accommodation feel welcoming, even preparing a welcome hamper. Pat was on hand to answer any questions about the property and the local surrounding area. The accommodation was lovely and was clean. The property exceeded our expectations; the rooms were all a good size with all the amenities you would expect (and as listed). The garden, in particular, was lovely. The local village is beautiful, and the property was within a good distance of Bath and Bristol. Parking and access were easy.

We had a bit of difficulty finding the accommodation and the key pad took a bit of getting the hang of (we are over a certain age and didnt have a teenager with us to help). The property is very cosy, well equipped and great location. Perfect for our mid week getaway. The host was great at providing information and it was good value for money.

We stayed as a couple for two months. Lovely hosts are responsible, helpful, and friendly. Farm cottage with very good hygiene and also with beautiful garden. We often enjoyed riverside walk at Severn beach. We should have stayed longer.

We had a fantastic stay at Rob’s home and were made welcome. There was parking onsite. Nice selection of breakfast cereals and croissants with Milk and Jam provided. Would thoroughly recommend.

I just love staying at Arwen's cottage. It has everything that you need to help you settle in for your stay. It's a beautiful cottage in a beautiful location. If you forget to bring anything, the town is within a walking distance and it's a chance to take in the views. I find this place to be value for money: you have the whole cottage to stay in, a beautiful location to explore and you have privacy throughout your stay. I actually find it hard to find places to match this one! This was my fourth visit to the cottage, so that should say everything. :)

Beautiful space a short walk from the centre of town, right on the edge of Sydney Gardens. The hosts were great communicators and the house was perfectly equipped for a comfortable stay.
