This house was perfect for our spring break mother daughter trip. The morning sunrise over the bay with a Nespresso coffee on the deck couldn’t be beat! The walk to the beach is so quick and easy and it was nice to be able to use the lounge chairs and bar/food service at Caddy’s. The sunsets from the beach are amazing. The house was clean and beds were comfortable. It was nice having three bathrooms and a beautiful kitchen. There is a bedroom on the main floor for guests who may have issues going up the spiral staircase with luggage. Priscilla was so friendly, accommodating and very quick to respond.

Very clean and nice house, felt at home and no bugs or any mess. Will be coming back definitely recommend for you want a fun stay in Tampa

Excellent hosts! The house is in a great location, just a short walk to the beach. It has a fantastic layout inside, with a beautiful and relaxing view of the water.

We loved our stay at this beautiful, new, modern house on a quiet street, right next to the walking path and so close to Dunedin's main street. My mom described it best, "stunning.... fabulous... can you believe how nice this is?" Lisa was friendly and responsive. She was also very thoughtful with nice little welcome items. The house was immaculately clean, beds were very comfortable, the three outdoor spaces were beautiful, great kitchen. If I could rate this higher than a five star experience I would. We would live to stay again and again. Thank you, Lisa!

This house was exactly what we needed. We had two families staying here with 4 kids. The bunk beds and play were was perfect for them. The pool was very clean and kept up

No issues, would be happy to stay there again. Location a little out of the way for what we had planned. One bedroom has no bathroom so had to go through another bedroom for shower access or downstairs powder room for toilet. Same for first floor office/daybed.

Communication was very good and timely with host. Home was very nice and clean. Beds are very comfortable. I’d recommend staying here and will definitely stay here in the future.

We were in town for hurricane relief efforts, and found this property provided everything we needed for our crew. All the comforts of home in a very relaxing space. The home was beautiful and provided plenty of room for our crew during our long stay.

Jennifer was an amazing host! We had some issues with getting the pool heater to work and she went above and beyond to make sure we fully enjoyed our stay. She was always super responsive and pleasant with every interaction. The house itself is beautiful - offering various spaces for family gatherings, and thoughtfully equipped with board games and children’s toys. Would definitely recommend!

The house was amazing. The beds were great!! Not cheap mattresses. The rooms were large and the kitchen was well appointed. We were there for a beach weekend with our children and grandchildren It was a fantastic weekend.

Cara was a great host, easy and quick to respond with any questions! We had a group of ten girls for a bachelorette and had plenty of space. The mattresses were all extremely comfortable, lots of pillows for comfortable sleeping. I did sleep in the room with the full beds and was a bit disappointed there were no shades and the curtain was clear therefore letting a lot of light in and being up early with the sun. I would suggest bringing an eye mask. The outdoor space was very spacious, great couch/table to hang out in the shade, or lounge in the sun on one of the lounge chairs. My only issue would be that the pool was very dirty when we arrived Thursday. I did message the host to let them know, the pool cleaner did not show up until 5pm Friday, at this time we were finished with the pool. Even after he “cleaned” it it was still quite dirty with the same sand and leaves at the bottom. it was overall a great stay I would highly recommend! Also great spot if you have kids, lots of games!

Tatyana was wonderful. We asked for help with door open instructions and Wi-Fi Pw, and she responded in less than 5 min. Since we accessed the door multiple times, the key pad battery was low, she came right over within 10 min. We enjoyed our vacation so much. And we will definitely book this place again.

Everything was just like the listing stated. Easy access to everything and plenty to do in the house itself. Its funny but they have notes posted around the house with different instructions or just to let you what light switches you are using. Only problem I had, I couldnt beat PAC MAN!!!!!! WOULD definitely recommend!!

Beautiful Home! Pictures don't so this place justice. Was very nice to stay at a home and not have to worry about having enough basic essentials. Tommy even supply you with plenty of towels (bathroom and pool). would definitely stay again 😊

Our large group was comfortable and pleased with the spaciousness, cleanliness and the many forms of entertainment. The kitchen had all the appliances we needed and an abundance of glassware, plates and flatware. Alyssa was always polite, friendly and quick to respond and meet our need. We highly recommend this very nice house.

We loved our stay in Largo FL! This listing was the perfect gathering place for our wedding weekend. Lots of sleeping options for ourselves, our kids, and family. The detached bungalow was an excellent bonus for the parents to escape. The kids loved the pool and pool table (although the pool ques need new tips). The kitchen was on the small side compared to the number of people the home can accommodate. Host was also responsive and helpful.

Home is beautiful just like the photos! Pool & backyard definitely the highlight of the house! We could hang there all day. Location was perfect for everything that we wanted to do. Park behind the house we all had a great time at, nice added amenity. We loved our time here and hope to be back! ☀️☀️

The house was very clean and tidy. It was spacious and had all we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Host was friendly and responded to communications swiftly. Lots of lovely beaches and other attractions near by.

nuestra noche en el alojamiento fué realmente excelente, un espacio muy cómodo con una decoración de lujo llena de lindos detalles, habían muchas toallas y algunas cosas muy útiles que generalmente los turistas suelen olvidar, quedamos muy complacidos con todas las comodidades brindadas además de la atención y la flexibilidad en algunas peticiones, los anfitriones se comunican con mucha amabilidad y con rapidez resolviendo cualquier inquietud, fueron muy lindos al dejar leña para hacer una fogata, productos para el lavado, y algunas cosas para consumir que nos agradaron mucho .. sin dudar los recomendaré con mi familia y conocidas, estarán en mi lista de favoritos y volveré a reservar aquí mi próximo viaje a tampa. 100/100

The house was amazing! Very clean and a perfect location. A quiet neighborhood but not too far from anything. Communication with Mark was great and he was a great help with everything we needed. We will definitely be back should we find ourselves in Tampa again!
