Sam was a very responsive host, and his place was as advertised. We had a couple questions when we first arrived, and Sam replied within minutes. Overall, his place worked well for our family, and we would recommend Sam as a host to others looking to stay in the Tampa area.

Tatyana was a fantastic host. Very responsive to questions, which were all prior to our check-in. The place was as described and worked out perfectly for our weekend at the Tampa Bay Blues festival. The three bedroom/two bath set up was perfect for the three of us. It is nice to have off street parking available and an Uber ride to the event was only $9. I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Norailys place. Everything was perfect. If we come back to this region we will definitely book her place again. Thank you.

Our stay was awesome! Second home stays was so helpful with check in and any questions/ anything we needed! House is so beautifully decorated with plenty of room and has everything you need- pool, hot tub, games, movie room, and more. We loved the cold plunge! The house also was stocked with coffee, sunscreen, all of the amenities we didn’t expect but were greatly appreciated. Less than 10 min from the beach and not too far from downtown St. Pete and Clearwater!

Très belle location spacieuse avec 4 vrais chambres, très propre, calme et bien située proche des commerces et de la plage. Nombreuses prestations (serviettes de bain, produits ménagers, condiments, ...) disponibles et fortement appréciés pour cette location. Dung a été très communicant, serviable et très réactif. A recommander sans hésiter.

This was the perfect place for our family to stay, plus a couple of guests, for the week of our daughter's wedding. It is close to everything, including a library with a children's section and several parks with playground equipment. Though neighborhood parking is difficult, the host provided extra parking passes for a local parking garage, which was a great help! We had a baby with us, but had forgotten to ask about a pack'n'play until the evening we checked in. By the time I had contacted the host, I really didn't expect a response until the next day, but several hours later, a pack'n'play was at the front door. Amazingly fast response! The house technically sleeps 14, but some of those sleeping arrangements are for four in bunkbeds in a small room, so could be a bit cramped depending on who the 14 guests are. It was, however, perfect for 10 people and my son even had a private place to work from.

We had a wonderful time with the family at Karolina‘s house and would book it again. Especially the pool and playroom was awesome for our kids. To enjoy beautiful sunsets on Honeymoon Island was a highlight for the complete family and we also enjoyed all the stores and restaurants nearby. Communicating with Karolina worked fantastic and in a very quickly. Our family had a great time at this house and we can recommend this house to any family who is looking for an awesome vacation experience!

We had a great week vacation in Apollo Beach, the house was just as described and our kids loved the pool. Rigoberto was very accommodating and even purchased a life jacket for my younger son to use while we were visiting. Our kids loved having the pool toys to use that were on the screened porch by the pool. The house was fantastically kept and made for a great stay!

Stars – Wonderful Stay! We had an amazing experience staying at this property! The place itself is exactly as described—beautifully renovated, very clean, and located in a super convenient area close to everything. Instantly we felt at home and the level detail and attention the host put into the place is top notch. The host was fantastic: extremely helpful, quick to respond, and made the whole process very easy. The only minor challenges were that parking directly in front of the property is a bit tight—so if you’re renting a car, I’d definitely recommend choosing a sedan over a larger vehicle. Also, finding the entryway can be a little tricky since it’s located behind an alleyway. However, the host provided detailed instructions with photos, which made it much easier to navigate once we reviewed them. Overall, I highly recommend this Airbnb and would absolutely stay here again!

Great location to food and less than 10 mins to the beach but also it was nice to be away from the crowd. Parking was free, pool was heated and relaxing. The condo was very clean. Had a great time.

Cascade was a wonderful host. We felt right a home with the kitty cat's welcome and the chicken coop providing fresh eggs in the morning. Cascade was very accomodating and felt very comfortable in her quaint, funky accomodations.

Great place to stay! Can’t beat the location (extremely walkable to local restaurants, the pier, etc.). Place itself was super nice, extremely clean, newly renovated, and the hosts were extremely responsive. 10/10 would recommend!

The place was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities were top-notch ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed exploring the area … especially the beaches that were close by. Our grandchildren enjoyed fishing off the dock. We look forward to our next visit to Florida and definitely would stay here again!!!

Dirk and Erika were extremely communicative. The place was exactly as advertised, and they did everything they could to make us feel welcome in their home. We loved the location, and the front porch of the bungalow unit was very peaceful to have coffee each morning. Great experience overall.

We really enjoyed our stay at the beach house over a long weekend for family events in town. Meryem is such a gracious, communicative, and accommodating host. The apartment felt like home right away. Coming from a cooler climate, we *loved* the central AC. We had the upstairs of this two-unit building. It's quiet, private, and clean. It has its own character, and lots of separate little spaces. Loved the private deck. The small second bedroom was great for the nights I wanted a really good pre-event sleep, even if my partner was snoring or getting up before I did! The big-bedroom bed is super comfy. At first, I thought the little 2nd bedroom bed was too firm for me, but two nights and one long nap of sound sleep told a different story--slept like a baby. It's a few-minute walk to the beach, and it was an easy Lyft ride to our events in St. Pete Beach and downtown St. Petersburg. And again, the loveliest host. If we're in the St. Pete area again, we'd definitely stay there again :)

Lori was so accommodating getting us into our second cottage for our second week, for which we are grateful to her and her marvelous cleaning crew. This was our third time and each time in a different cottage, which was equally peaceful, provided space and tranquility inside and outside and as with the other reviews the loveliest hidden gem.

Karie and Chris's home provided a great place to get the family together. The home was spacious which gave our families plenty of privacy. The toy rooms were a hit with our grandchildren! The kitchen and grill were great. We cooked all our meals at home. The pool provided a bonus which we all enjoyed. A very enjoyable vacation made possible by their home!

The house was a little smaller than expected, but still had everything we were looking for. We had a slight problem with the lights in the bathroom during our second day, but Eric was quick to respond to our concerns and helped us resolve the issue. The hot tub was an amazing added feature which we utilized every night and the instructions for check-in and check-out were clear and concise and easy to understand. Overall we had an amazing experience and I would highly recommend any couple to stay in this Airbnb.

This was an extended stay of 3 months, and was well worth it. Jaime and Maya were great hosts. They responded very quickly and only as needed. The fence needed repair so my dog could be in it without me worrying he would escape, and the grill was not usable. Jaime fixed both issues promptly. I have done multiple long stays and this rental has had the best kitchen equipment I’ve encountered. It’s not all top notch quality but it’s a wide range of items that a home cook would need. Tons of dishes as well. For once, I wasn’t buying a ton of items to cook! All in all, this was a lovely stay with owners who care about the comfort of their guests. Thank you!

This was a perfect location for a two family vacation and college tour to University of Tampa. We were under 10 minutes to everything. Also, a nice ride to St Pete. We will be back.

This house is perfect for entertaining a family! There is plenty of space and a beautiful backyard! The only thing is you have to drive to the beach, but the backyard makes up for it!

Great location with an easy walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Camille was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Townhouse was exactly as described.

Bee & Peter’s place is amazing! Such a personal and charming house which guarantees you to have fun. Also communication is fantastic with responses being close to instant. Very pleasant experience
