The place was clean and well-appointed. There was easy access to ride-share and taxis. Kevin and Lillian were very proactive with communication throughout the stay. There was some noise from the upstairs neighbors, but over all very manageable.

A great smoke free stay in Vegas! Enjoyed the pools, hot tub, and convenient location! I had a wonderful time and would gladly book again! Thanks!!

We really enjoyed staying here! It felt very secure with the inside parking garage. The room was located around a ton of restaurants. The room itself had a very comfortable bed and we very much enjoyed the balcony. The kitchen and bathroom were very clean. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Vegas!

Ed was a fantastic host who helped us locate his place easily and find great places to see in Vegas. He was also very accommodative and allowed us to check-in a little earlier than scheduled.

Very easy in and out, centrally located, a couple things here that need a little help. #1 needs caffeinated coffee!! Only had tea and decaf. Upper Jacuzzi is warmest but bubbles don’t always work.

We had a great experience with the whole process. Everything was easy. Looking forward to staying there again.

Uns haben die 4 Nächte in Chris‘ Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen. Es ist groß, gut ausgestattet, sauber und hat einen tollen Ausblick auf den Strip. Chris ist sehr nett und hat sehr schnell reagiert, als eine Frage aufkam. Zu Fuß zum Strip sind es ca. 35 Minuten, also ein gutes Stück. Am Palms stehen aber ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze zur Verfügung, sodass man mit dem Auto näher an den Strip fahren kann und gut wieder zurückkommt. Wir würden hier wieder übernachten!

I would give this accommodation 4.5 ⭐️. The property was exactly as described, and Qiu was very kind and helpful. Before our arrival, we received very clear and detailed instructions from her, and she even mentioned where the nearest grocery store was! This was really helpful for us when we had just arrived. The property felt safe to us as it is monitored 24/7. One of the security guards took pictures outside and told us he was just ensuring our safety (I think he was making sure no one who shouldn’t be outside was around), which made us feel secure. The bed was comfortable, and the area was quiet. I’m deducting 0.5 ⭐️ because the neighbor upstairs walked very loudly, which caused us to wake up a few times at night, but I know Qiu can’t control this. Overall, this was a fantastic place for our Las Vegas trip, and we would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful suite with an awesome view. I also love that there is no casino that you have to walk thru to get to the elevator. My husband and I loved everything about this place. Thank You!

Great location. Close to the strip, but not too close. Same side of the freeway as Allegiant stadium so ubering to Wrestlemania was super easy and avoided all the traffic/the strip/the freeway. Clean place. Good, friendly communication

I stayed at Jia's place on a trip to Vegas with family and really enjoyed it. The place was spacious, the outdoor area was nice, and it was close enough to everything we went out to in Vegas while still being quiet.

We had a great time on our 1 week trip to vegas and the property was part of the reason. Brandon was very responsive with anything we needed. They have a recommendations book for guests in the main living room and that was very helpful. Beds are very comfortable and the pool table, table tennis etc is good fun when wanting to come out of the sun for a while. Property is in a clean and quiet neighbourhood 10-15 minute drive from the strip which we really liked as we could come away from the madness to relax at the beginning and end of every day (when needed lol). The pool area gets good sunlight from around 9 til 5 too which is great. Having parking on the drive was perfect too as we drove to multiple sightseeing landmarks in Nevada and Arizona. Great option for a vegas trip and we would definitely book here again! Thanks Brandon, Much appreciated

Dwight and his team were fantastic. Very quick with their communication during our stay, easy to work with on check in and check out. We were a group of 9 on a bachelor party and had plenty of room and activities at the house to have a great time with a fantastic location as well. About 10-15mins from the strip and 10 mins from old vegas. It was awesome, would definitely stay with his group again!
