They do run off an old system where you are to leave your credit card details and sign a form. Manager just unlocks the door to let themselves in to collect the form if you don’t not answer. Which we found weird and charge extra for cleaning fees which isn’t that what we pay for with Airbnb. Not sure myself as I’ve never head of it. Do like the idea of 2 keys though that was helpful with my husband and I. We stayed for the Tonga VS Australia game and let everyone in our building know and they were happy for us but the building on the other wise gentleman complained instead of speaking with us directly so that was annoying and carparks when we did only have 1 car parked in the complex when the building isn’t suited for newer larger family cars to park under the building and I drive a Subaru Outback so i had to park at the end of the driveway

Leahs flat was exactly what were looking for and she was a great host. Very very happy with our stay!

The accommodation is ideally located. Communication with the owners was very quick and easy. I recommend in particular this Airbnb if you want to attend a concert or a game. You are only a 10min walk away.

Great spacious unit in a very convenient location Anita was such a fantastic host; She greeted me on arrival and walked me through the accommodation. She also made it point to check in to make sure everything was going alright for my stay. Also very accommodating to unexpected circumstances and was very gracious and helpful. 10/10 I would stay again

Such a cozy place! Nice and quiet neighbourhood, it was a great gateway. Amie was really friendly and reactive, very clear in communication and with instructions!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Chloe & Jason’s listing. From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and well-organized. The apartment was comfortable, and well-equipped, making us feel right at home. The hosts were incredibly responsive and addressed any concerns we had promptly The neighborhood was fantastic—safe, and well-connected. Transportation was very convenient, with a bus stop just a few minutes away and a ferry service only 250 meters from the apartment, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, we had a great experienc. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

The accommodation is clean, very good, near the train station, supermarket. The host is very responsive and helpful. If I come to Sydney next time, this will be my first choice.

Had a great stay at Joon’s apartment. The place was clean & tidy, had all the amenities we needed and was extremely easy to check in and out. The location was great with plenty of walkable food options. If you are attending an event at Qudos Bank Arena I would definitely recommend Joon’s apartment, it’s extremely close and a really pleasant walk. Would love to stay again if I’m in the area! This apartment was everything we needed. Easy to access with a car park available. Short walk to restaurants cafes and supermarket. Also to lovely parks and waterways. The apartment was well furnished with everything we needed. Great view and quiet.

amazing apartment with incredible views. super clean, with everything you could ask for. 30 minute direct ferry to the cbd and one bus away to the train station. incredible turkish restaurant downstairs as well. brandon is also very communicative and replies quickly. would definitely stay here again

Sharlene and Mike have a lovely flat that is well equipped with everything you need for a great stay. Lots of kitchen equipment, cleaning supplies, comfy bed, good washing machine. They were very responsive and communicated well any time we contacted them. Train is reasonably close and connected to main lines. Supermarket is handy and Concord is a short walk away. We had an awesome stay and would recommend this place. The owners were close by but we had a lot of privacy. Thanks Mike and Sharlene for being so friendly and available. We had a wonderful stay visiting our daughter and enjoying Sydney.

This AIR BNB is a regular for us and there is no other accommodation to rival this in the Sydney Olympic Park precinct. We will be back..!!!

Hazel's place was beautifully styled and very comfortable. We especially loved the variety of pillows—it made it feel extra cozy. The location was super convenient, with so many restaurants, the train station, and Westfield all within walking distance. My kids had a blast in the pools. We'd definitely stay again!

If I had to rename this place, i would call it the nest. Located at the 29th floor, the view is absolutely stunning. Checking in was easy. The apartment was clean, comfortable and modern. Excellent communication with the host and instructions were clear. Overall a very nice experience.
