Wir haben in Crystal River 3 fantastische Tage verbracht. Das Haus ist ein Paradies, sehr geräumig, bestens eingerichtet, in einem hervorragenden Zustand. Es sieht alles in Wirklichkeit noch besser aus als auf den Fotos. Der Pool ist großartig und mit einem Netz gegen Mücken geschützt. Die Kajaks in der Garage haben uns viel Spaß gemacht, auch die Kinder konnten gleich damit fahren, ohne Erfahrung zu haben. Vom Haus aus erreicht man in Kürze den Homosassa Wildlife Park oder Touren wie Bird‘s Underwater, mit denen man Manaties beobachten kann. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben und kommen bestimmt eines Tages wieder!

Kelly was an awesome host—highly responsive and made everything super easy. The house itself is straight out of a magazine—beautifully designed and spotless. The location is perfect, especially if you're playing at Cabot Citrus. After a long day on the course, coming back to unwind by the picture-perfect backyard and pool was exactly what we needed. Would absolutely stay here again!

We had a great time the house was nice and had plenty of supplies the host was extremely considerate and very quick to respond to ours concerns. Would highly recommend staying there very quiet peaceful setting little no traffic very quiet. Loved our visit thanks again Wade.

Enjoyed our stay! Was the perfect size space for our family of 9. Everything in the house was clean and easy to access. Pool was a bit chilly but the kids still enjoyed it. Would definitely stay there again!

We absolutely loved this place. Quiet, peaceful, and beautiful. We used the kayaks, the pool, and I even read one their books along the canal line. We feel lucky to have seen 3 manatee from the property. One feeding along the edge for quite some time, and a mom and baby floating leisurely by. They left very thoughtful items, and even provided coffee! Thank you! Highly recommend.

The place is secluded and very beautiful! The inside is spacious and plenty of room! We enjoyed the theme rooms! The hottub was amazing and worked perfectly. After walking the property dipping into the pool was a much needed relief! It is literally close to everything, 30 minutes tops but really less. Walmart, restaurants, swimming with manatees is 6 minutes away! Along with plenty of other parks or watering holes! It is a decently stocked kitchen as far as dishes and cookware! Maria was absolutely amazing, she was very flexible and responded quickly. Definitely would visit again!

Lagoon Point has become our #1 go-to every year for our family vacation. It was clean, spacious, accommodating, with an "at home feeling" atmosphere... so many spacious areas for our grandkids to lounge around! The pool was great... easy access to the beautiful property and water access for our airboat.. and very private! The host made it known that she was available if needed. She emailed several times before our stay informing me of what the house had available for my family. Easy check in and chech out. Everything was as listed and pictured (plus some!) This place is 100% to us!

The house is spacious and welcoming. I was there for one week w my 4 young adult kids. We all had a great time. It has a really well equipped kitchen which I used daily for cooking and baking. It's a nice place whether one wants to be lazy or active. It's close to several State Parks. Very fast communication and sense that they want you to feel happy at their property. We all had a great time and were sad about leaving. I would love to go back again.

Chuck was always very responsive. He made every effort to meet all our needs. We couldn’t be happier with our stay.

Enjoyed my stay. Close to outdoor activities that I came for. Nice area with everything I needed, even had a boat dealer in town. Something I don't have at home.

Nice house good location and very comfortable

Perfect stay! Steve and Tess were wonderful!!! They took me out on a boat for a river tour!! (it doesn't get better than that). The neighborhood was exceptionally peaceful and scenic. I had great morning walks with the dog. It was easy to meet the neighbors, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. It was just an unbelievably relaxing and perfect stay that ended far too soon! I plan to be back for sure!!

Just spent two months chez Julaine. It was very nice. The house was as described and very functional. I was there for biking, so it being only a three mile ride to the nearest trailhead was a plus. I had a thoroughly good time and would definitely repeat should I ever be in Ocala again.

My wife and I had an amazing time during our stay. Rebecca and Gary were great hosts and had everything set up for us. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

This is our 2nd time staying with Robyn & Steve and their property has become our home away from home whenever we are in the Crystal River area.

This is my self and my family like 5 or 6 time stay at joy bird and Mary Lynn how and where do start the joy bird and Mary Lynn greeting me at the house like always and treat my self and my family like if we where there family and whatever we needed they where on it but we didn’t needed anything Bec the house was more then perfect and the house it gets more and more beautiful each time we go the house is so beautiful and so clean and so comfortable the house is more beautiful then the pictures

We had the best time at Penny’s home. She left a cute Easter stuffed animal as a gift for our baby’s first Easter. The yard was nice and clean. We enjoyed mornings on the back patio. While visiting we got to see a mermaid show at the aquarium and visit Hommassa Springs State Park where we met the hippo. Penny baked some delicious cookies for our arrival. Her attention to details was amazing. There were baby bath towels, bath toys, and wipes in the bathroom. The bedding was super nice. Comfortable beds. Fully equipped kitchen. I have never left anything in a house and whoops we left clothes behind. She shipped them back to my house. I would definitely stay here again in the future. The location was so convenient to town with lots of shops and food options nearby.

It felt like home from the moment we walked in the door. The setting was peaceful and the neighbors were friendly. The home was equipped with lots of extras. The king size bed was the most comfortable of any we've stayed at. Being able to park our car in the garage was a bonus. The host was very responsive and communicated quickly. We will definitely be staying there again.

The house was beautiful, new, and very comfortable. The host was incredibly responsive and made everything easy for us. Even though we didn’t spend much time at the house, it’s well-equipped with plenty to do and would be perfect for a longer stay. Great location close to Gainesville. We’d definitely book again and highly recommend it!

A magical retreat. A perfect spot to appreciate natural Florida. The property is beautiful. A very tranquil spot. From feeding the wild dears, to seeing the beautiful butterflies in the butterfly garden, to fishing off the pier for small bass and watching the mullet jump. A perfect spot to enjoy wildlife by the dock. Great place for his kayaks and a small boat. Enjoyed kayaking around the river. Close drive to Three Sisters springs. Very comfortable home. Great amenities. Great extra having the espresso machine. A great time for our kids to enjoy a perfect Thanksgiving.

Place was clean very quiet neighborhood. Took advantage of nice backyard with grill. Enjoyed our stay definitely would book again.

Rachael and Mike are one of if not the BEST hosts we have ever had, We have been airbnbing for a long time , at least 15 or more . They are very responsive to everything we need . Beautiful home and very clean. They are very friendly and cordial. The pool is beautiful and kept very clean. If you are looking for a beautiful place to stay, this is it, you will not find a better place or better people. God Beauty is the perfect name for Mike and Rachael and their Home.
