This was a perfect place to stay for our girls weekend at Mirbeau. The unit was clean and comfy. Communication was excellent!

This house was better than the pictures. It is absolutely amazing- gorgeous and clean. The hosts thought of every possible detail to make our stay special. They are not super hosts - they are Super Duper hosts !! They should teach a class on how to host an air b n b. The house was huge , beds perfectly comfortable, hot tub clean, gym was convenient, tvs everywhere and a working fireplace. There were 9 of us and we still had plenty of room. We all had a relaxing trip- we can’t wait to come back. Hosts responded quickly and were pleasant and helpful. If you have a large group , I don’t think you will find a better house!

Our only regret is that we didn’t have longer to enjoy the beautiful and homey apartment and absolutely breathtaking surroundings! John does such a wonderful job making sure the apartment is clean, inviting, and well stocked with everything you might need. We got a great night’s sleep in the very comfortable beds. On top of all of that, he is warm and friendly and it’s very apparent he loves being a host. Thank you, John!! We hope to have the opportunity to stay again, only for more than a quick visit next time!

Suzanne's newly renovated townhouse is perfect for a short or long stay. Beautifully redone and lots of space for a larger family. Suzanne accommodated me and my son for a last minute ski get-a-way and was proactive in giving us a later checkout so we could enjoy the mountain without rushing out in the morning. Highly recommend and we'll be back!!

This was my family's third stay with Deb. As with prior visits, everything was perfect. There isn't anything that you could possibly need during your visit that hasn't been tucked away somewhere in this rental for your use. The generous and wide array of breakfast and snack items provided is absolutely the cherry on top. As if they could improve on the outdoor amenities, we enjoyed their new patio furniture this visit, and noticed a couple new lawn games. Our daughter has two more years in Ithaca's PT program, so looking forward to returning several more times in the future!

Great place! Beautiful. New. Safe neighborhood. Easy access to Cornell and Ithaca. Highly recommend. Will stay here again!

Brian and Melissa’s place is lovely. Very clean. Furniture and beds extremely comfortable and great location across from the Lake and about 5-7 miles from the cute town of Skaneatles. We were there on a rainy night but did take the short walk across the street to the dock which was beautiful. It’s a nice place even on a cold rainy night with the electric fireplace and comfortable couches! I’m sure it would be a great summer spot too!

While the access road is not for the faint of heart and more closets/clothing storage is needed, the cabin was very clean, well-stocked and organized. There were plenty of movies to choose from and a big firepit to enjoy. The property manager, Mike, was very responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. All in all, the cabin is a lovely place to spend a few days relaxing and enjoying the incredible view.

The only reason I am giving this 5 stars is because I can't go higher. This is a special home in a beautiful spot. The lake is pristine, the town is charming, and the restaurants were delightful. The home is cozy and comfy - and Kathy responds quickly to any questions - do not hesitate to book. We stayed for 4 nights and felt so rested. She allows pets, we have small dogs and they had so much fun chasing squirrels and barking at birds. It was a wonderful spot to celebrate our 40th Anniversary. If we find ourselves in Skaneateles again, I will be booking this charming house.
