Great place to explore istanbul for a few days. Communication was easy and always friendly. The street in the front of the building is busy in the morning so i would recommend to bring some earplugs. My girlfriend had no problems with the noise though. Overall a great experience. Highly recommend this place

On the booking you may see many pictures of a very modern apartment, some of the pictures show large modern areas but this is slightly misleading. The pictures are of every room available, in the building and are not a reflection of what you are booking privately entirely. This caused some confusion for me when I arrived. The apartment does have a Hamam which was so much fun! Malik is a very friendly and hospitable host. There is somebody at reception 24 hours and they are always more than happy to help you with directions. Advice and suggestions all being very fair and without bias. Our apartment faced the road on the hill which is constantly blocked with traffic even through the night cars beep at each other constantly. Light sleepers may need to bring some earplugs with them. I had to wear my earphones to block out the noise a little bit. We had trouble with the electric box making a loud humming noise on the last night which kept us awake. The bathroom has seen better days.

A very nice and cozy apartment with everything you might need. It’s close the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, the reception offers a lovely bonus—tea, coffee and small snacks. The staff is helpful and friendly. Thank you 🤗

Absolutely loved this place. The staff were incredibly helpful and gave local recommendations for things to do and a great Hamam Spa. Location was incredible, walkable to all of the main sights and the tram line. Great restaurants and cafes around. Highly recommend staying here.

Потрясающее место. Очень чистое и уютное, персонал приветлевый и вежливый. Отдельно советую пообщаться с управляющим - Эролом, ответит на все ваши вопросы и порекомендует места и рестораны для посещения (рекомендую посетить все кафе/рестораны, что он предлагает - не пожалеете). Бесплатно предоставляют хорошую сауну, есть выход на крышу с оболденным видом, есть закрытая зона в холодную погоду и открытая в тепло. Номера большие, с новой мебелью и уютным интерьером. Крайне рекомендую, остались супер положительные эмоции от посещения.

This was an excellent find. We visited from America and were a little worries about finding our way around but Yusef offered to assist in the transfer to and from the airport. The manager, Erol, and the team, Malik and Emir, were all so great. They helped us find places to experience, to eat, to avoid, and showed extreme hospitality towards us the whole time. I would absolutely recommend this place! It’s safe, staffed 24/7, and so cute and quaint in a great location! Thank you!! I sure hope we’ll be back in the future!!

Farouq est un hôte qui propose un logement et également d'organiser le transfert depuis et vers l'aéroport. Nous avons également 2 enfants cœliaque et il a acheté des pâtes et des gâteaux sans gluten pour que nous ayons ce qu'il faut à notre arrivee. C'est un hôte très attentionné et très réactif. Il propose également de bonnes adresses et des idées de sorties. La communication est très simple. Le logement est propre, il correspond parfaitement à la description. Nous étions une famille de 6 personnes, 2 adultes et 4 enfants. 3 de nos enfants ont dormi au 2ieme étage où il y a deux chambres. Nous avons dormi au premier étage où il y a également 2 chambres avec le petit dernier qui est un bébé. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour les bébés : lit parapluie, chaise haute, baignoire. Le logement est situé dans l'hyper centre, toutes les attractions touristiques sont accessibles à pied. Rien à dire, très bon séjour, bon logement et hôte très agréable et réactif.

This place was great for our family of 7 (five small children). Clean, easy to get in and a very responsive host. When I had an issue with WiFi, Ali was responsive, provided clear troubleshooting instructions and sent an associate to fix the problem quickly. His recommendations on places to eat were on point and he was ready to link us up with tours of all the major attractions. The location was unbeatable for the Sultanahmet area - walkable to all the major sights (Aya Sofia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, Grand Bazaar) and easy metro access to other parts of the city. We highly recommend Ali and his place.

Great location, was able to walk to many sites and public transportation. Communication with Farouq was easy and made the experience stress free.

The apartment was perfect– spacious, clean, and well-located. We were pleasantly surprised by the Rasimpaşa neighborhood. It has a local feel, with tons of good coffee shops, restaurants, and vintage stores. It's a short walk to the ferry, making it easy to explore other parts of Istanbul. It's also near the heart of Moda-Kadıköy which has, without a doubt, the best restaurants in the city. Highly recommend! Hakan was also a great host. We had to alter our reservation last minute and he was really understanding. I'd love to stay here again.

The flat was super as expected, Aykut is a nice guy easy to comunicate with him. The location is good as well. I had a nice stay with my family there. Recomended to others.

The Galley Hotel was extremely accommodating to us for our 14+ person family reunion in Istanbul! This trip's purpose was for our family from Ukraine, Georgia, and America to all meet in one place for the first time in years, and we are so glad we chose The Galley Hotel for our extended stay. It was a perfect location both for accessing the city, having a spot to rest and recharge, and hosting family breakfasts and dinners. The hotel's resources were also very reliable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfasts we ordered were the perfect way to start our days, and the kitchen was such a vital part of our stay, providing for a place to gather, eat, and play games as a family. The front desk and cleaning staff were absolutely the highlight of our stay. Not only are they available 24 hours a day, but they were extremely communicative with us, just a phone call or text message away if we needed any help or wanted to book any experiences in Istanbul. Me and my family had a great short vacation in the apartment hotel. The apartment has everything you need to spend a few days there. The pool and the public space is very nice. But the thing that really impressed us was the view from the balcony. It's hard to tear yourself away from the view of the sea and evening Istanbul.

I liked the house , the view , the pool , not very far from island center you can walk or reach it by bus , the kitchen stuff is limited, very peaceful very quiet , the pool is often empty, you feel free I did not feel disturbed or interfered by the hotel owners during my visit , they helped us with the grill stuff and to transfer our bags from their office to the house . And the house was well clean , equipped , I highly recommend it ✅✅✅

Kaldığım yerlerde benim için en önemli olan şey temizlik ve güvenliktir. Konfor sonra gelir. Kaldığımız yer gerçekten temiz ve çok güzeldi. Oldukça güvenli de hissettiriyordu. Fotoğraflarla tamamen aynıydı her şeyiyle. İhtiyacımız olan her şey vardı evde. Bu temizlik ve konfor anlayışlarına sahip oldukları için işletmeye gerçekten çok teşekkür ederim. Bir sorum olduğunda da yardımcı olundu, çok memnun kaldık. Adayı sık ziyaret eden birisi olarak kesinlikle bir sonraki konaklamamda da tercihim burası olacak.

Evin konumu, çarşıya yakınlığı açısından gayet rahat. Manzarası ve evin balkonu en sevdiğimiz alan oldu. Otel girişimizden çıkışımıza kadar herkes çok ilgiliydi. Çok teşekkürler, tekrar görüşmek üzere. Büyükadaya tekrar yolumuz düştüğünde hep burada kalmak isteyeceğimize eminim.

We had a great night here! Everything was just like the photos. The view was amazing, the area was perfect, and the host was super helpful and hospitable. Would definitely recommend!
