My wife and I recently stayed at Little Gables for 2 nights and absolutely loved it! Kate was a lovely host and very accommodating, she was very quick to respond to any queries and more importantly helping us with directions. The kitchen was very well equipped and the place was pristine. Our favourite part was the amazing view! Overall, we had a very pleasant experience at Little Gables and would highly recommend staying there to any couple!

We had a fantastic night at the Shippon. We loved the style of the property and felt very relaxed whilst there. We got some nice food from Bens farm shop which is just 10 minutes drive away. We enjoyed a couple of nice circular walks from the village along lanes and bridleways. The plant nursery up the road is worth a visit if you enjoy gardening/plants.

Extremely warm welcome from the lovely hosts to their beautiful and immaculately kept home with loving attention to every detail. Though we went over New Year with miserable/stormy weather the Boathouse was cosy and the sheltered wood burning hot tub was a must, perfect in all weathers. Drinking coffee early morning by the river’s edge was serene. Would highly recommend for a getaway.

Absolutely loved the cabin. Space was really well decorated with all essentials provided making it a really nice touch. Space was private and comfortable and the outside seating area was a huge bonus for morning and evenings. Photos don’t do it justice. Host was incredible helpful and friendly from start to finish.

We had such a lovely stay in Sarah’s beautiful clean home. Although you’re on someone’s property it’s so secluded and tucked away. Sarah was so kind letting us have an early check in - late check out and also left us a gluten free cake which was ever so thoughtful to think she’d gone out the way just for me. It’s a great location as nothing is too far. We drove to mamhead where we got married in 20 minutes. Brixham in 30 mins and the beautiful shaldon was less than 20 mins away which I really recommend getting the ferry over to teighnmouth. We had 2 lovely dinners out one in shaldon beach “the London inn” which did a superb roast and the other was a ten min drive from the house, the innery which Sarah recommended in her book, again a great find. We had our car but the train station was close and we always see several buses running. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely clean and peaceful home Sarah. Would love to return one day.

Checking in was a breeze, the apartment and view was hard be beat, the apartment is ten minutes walk from Dawlish town, and you can access the sea wall walk to Dawlish Warren just down the road, and if you wish to travel by Bus the stop is literally outside the House, and Sally and Chris were perfect, WOULD RECOMMEND. Lesley and Bruce are very friendly and we feel welcomed. The bungalow is amazing, very clean and comfortable. Great place to have some rest and peace. The garden is amazing! Was an amazing time we spend in there.

We had a fantastic stay!! Emma allowed us to book an extra night last minute and was very accommodating to us and our pooch! The place was lovely and a short distance from Teignmouth beach. The Airbnb had everything you needed! Would definitely stay again. Thank you so much for having us x

As a family we needed somewhere quiet and comfortable to stay. Anita's place provided both of those. It was regrettable, we were unable to utilise all of the facilities, such as the sauna, as our stay was only a short one.
