We had an amazing time at the lodge. The jacuzzi is large; the house is absolutely pristine and extremely well equipped including plenty of crockery and an air fryer; there is a large TV for cosy evenings and a dishwasher. EV charger is free (needs plug adapter) and meant we traveled fuel free the whole holiday. The site itself is well spaced and quiet but also has a useful shop for hot rolls in the morning. The beach is stunning and only 15 minutes walk away. Welcome pack including milk and Prosecco (the two essentials 😅) provided. Would highly recommend this property!

Can't say enough about how great the stay was. Everything is delivered with the hope you'll have a 5* stay. Hot tub is clean and works well, Kitchen has everything you could need. Bed is comfortable. Having the serenity of the lake out front and the farm view in the back was brilliant combination. First night we stayed in, used the log burner and relaxed. Next day we walked to the Black Rabbit pub (2.5 hours each way) past Arundel. We will be back at Choller for sure!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Seaview, and I can’t express enough how wonderful our experience was! A heartfelt thank you to our hosts, Pandora and David, for making our stay so memorable. The house itself is absolutely beautiful, with stunning surroundings that truly enhance the experience. Every corner of the home is beautifully furnished, and it’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into making it family-friendly, especially for the children. They had a fantastic time exploring and playing in the safe, welcoming environment. One of the highlights of our stay was the cozy log fire. There’s something magical about gathering around the fire after a day of adventures, sharing stories, and enjoying each other’s company. It added a warm and inviting touch to our evenings. Overall, Seaview is a gem of a place that we would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable family getaway. We can’t wait to return! Thank you once again, Pandora and David

We stayed at Karen and Steve’s loft over the Easter weekend for 5 nights. We have never visited the area before and were pleasantly surprised. Karen’s loft is a lovely bolt hole close to the beach, really close. We had everything we needed for our stay. Toiletries and basic kitchen items were also provided. We even had homemade biscuits and Prosecco on arrival a lovely touch. We love walking and the area has walking for everyone. Beaches, estuaries, heathland, bird reserves and more. We visited Kingly Vale which was amazing near Chichester. The ancient Yew trees and blue bell woods were stunning. Sadly for us it was cloudy so no view from the top of the hill. Would definitely visit the loft again.

Great value for money, perfect size and setup for a young family such as ourselves. The apartment had everything we needed for a short stay. Location great, couldn’t be much closer to the beach. Off street parking was good, particularly in the busy summer season. We would definitely go again if in the area.

This is a lovely chalet in a beautiful location. The site was not quite what we expected and we thought the photos made it look like there was a veranda, but on the whole we were very pleased.

Warm, welcoming, well equipped, cosy and comfortable accommodation, ideally situated for exploring Southsea and Old Portsmouth. Just a few minutes walk to the Southsea sea front and 10 - 15 minutes walk to The King's Theatre, where we were attending an event. Catherine, our host, was very proactive in communicating with us throughout, with clear instructions for checking in, where to park, key safe code and wifi login details etc. Parking was on street, readily available and right outside the accommodation, which is in a quiet location. Catherine even provided the appropriate parking permit, for just £3.00. All of this made for a very relaxing stay, at a price that was highly competetive, based on the prices quoted by other hotels and guest houses in the area. Highly recommended.

A hidden gem. This was the perfect spot for exploring the nature reserves and beaches nearby. It was clean, the beds were comfy and the kitchen was tiny but remarkably well kitted out. We will definitely be back.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Marmalade Cottage. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a home away from home; it was cosy, clean, and full of charm. My children especially loved the swings and the beautiful garden. The cottage was immaculate and so thoughtfully arranged, and our hosts were absolutely lovely, warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly throughout. They even left us a delicious cake and some other lovely treats, which was such a kind and generous touch. Thank you, Julie, for creating such a delightful place. We’d return in a heartbeat!
