Herbert’s Blue House is lovely. Clean, cozy and peaceful. There were snacks, coffee, tea, toiletries and very helpful chicken notes! We felt right at home. Herbert was responsive and helpful. We will definitely be staying again if we are in the area. Thank you for having us!

Great spot and location to stay!

We’ve stayed at Mikey’s places a few times. All his places have a laid back and relaxed feel with plenty of interesting things to keep you busy if you need to stay inside. He always has some water, soda and coffee and you’re always able to partake in his local wine collection.

High Top House is a beautiful house, located on the edge of a state forest. Beautiful , peaceful location and a great resting place. The house felt like it was their own house, not sset us as a rental - very comfortable and stylish. Every room had views to the countryside. Chris and Therese welcomed us as if they were welcoming us into their own house, and even had all sorts of treats and useful items ready and waiting for the dog we thought would join us this weekend. We would absolutely look at staying at High Top House the next time we’re in the area.

We had such a wonderful stay- Catherine was a wonderful host, clear and responsive and incredibly helpful! And the house is beautiful in beautiful surroundings. It was a great stay for our family- we hope to be back!

Alicia has a lovely home right in the crossroads of Earlville. It was clean, comfortable and just what we needed for moving our daughter into Colgate the next day. Alicia was very responsive, the beds were very comfortable and we would definitely stay again.

Perfect place for our large family to stay for a local wedding. Host John was super responsive and friendly. The place was very spacious and comfortable. The gift card to the local bakery Five Kids Bakehouse was a nice treat and probably the best pastries we’ve ever had.

Martha’s home was perfect! We had a girls’ trip there and it was perfect for games, puzzles cooking and laughing together! Martha was friendly, helpful and kind! I recommend this property for anyone needing a place to stay in the Norwich area!!

I had a lovely and rejuvenating stay here. The space was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully put together with relaxation in mind. Upon arrival, Candes was welcoming and kind and made me feel right at home. The atmosphere was quiet and serene, and right in the center of town. The sauna and fireplace were added perks. I left feeling refreshed and will definitely return.

Marty is a lovely person. Norwich is a beautiful town. If you are new to the area, be aware of the lake effect and how cold and snowy it gets and how to dress, drive, and live accordingly. The house is beautiful and cozy. The village is walkable- even in 10 degree weather, with daily snow, I found it easy to walk to the pharmacy, pub, mechanic, hospital, and cafes as often as I wanted. If you don’t buy too much, you can also walk to the Grand Union grocery store as much as you like. The area is historic and you’re surrounded by mansions. The region has Amish villages, quaint hillsides, lots of waterfalls and hiking, and it’s scenic any time of the year. It looks like a postcard at Christmas. Marty is very responsive and the neighbors and residents are friendly. It seems that everyone knows each other

This is a special little place and my son loved it so much he didn’t want to leave! So peaceful, comfortable, and scenic. Very easy to get to Animal Adventure Park, which was our primary destination this trip. We hope to return sometime!

Incredible stay! Jennifer was very friendly, helpful, and responsive. The rental was exactly like the photos and spotless. Feels brand new just like the listing suggests. Water bottles and snacks were provided upon check-in and a nice touch. Sleeping area was peaceful and quiet and the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept on. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re in the area and will likely stay again. Thank you for the stay!

Loved the place as it was very clean and as convenient as you can get for the area. Multiple restaurants and laundry mat are within walking distance and a large grocery store and Walgreens is within a 10-15 min drive. Back staircase is a little narrow with shallow steps so do recommend using the front for moving luggage around. Candes was very responsive and was able to get us in on fairly short notice. I'm fairly certain she lives locally which is a huge bonus and she was able to show us how the heating system works. Overall it was super cozy apartment and had a vibe similar to visiting your your grandparents place. Would love to stay here again when we're back in the area.

Lori is a thoughtful host who has created a lovely AirBnb! While not large, the apartment has been renovated and decorated tastefully, and amenities such as a Keurig machine with coffee pods go above the norm. We wholeheartedly recommend this listing!
