La casa es ideal para ir a pasar unos días de desconexión, se respira mucha tranquilidad. Está muy limpia por dentro, y bien cuidada. Tiene una zona exterior con Barbacoa grande que te permite disfrutar del aire libre. Tal vez hace falta un poco de menaje - utensilios para la Barbacoa, pero no es algo que te impida realizarla sin problemas. Gareth es un anfitrión muy amable y atento. Lugar recomendado.

La casa es justo lo que nosotros buscábamos, amplia, limpia . cómoda, segura (rejas en todas la puertas y ventanas) mosquiteras en las ventanas (imprescindibles para la época del año) todo en una sola planta, piscina muy limpia y terraza ideal, para las horas mas calurosa el aire acondicionado en todas las estancias esta disponible aunque no lo usamos mucho ya que estábamos en el exterior la mayor parte del tiempo . Como única objeción comentar el escaso menaje de cocina (platos y vasos) tuvimos que comprar media docena y la falta de un lavavajillas (imprescindible en estos tiempos) hay que tener en cuenta que nuestra estancia fue larga y hacíamos muchas comidas en casa. A modernised, comfortable and tastefully decorated villa. A lovely private pool and garden area. We stayed in February and used the wood burner fire and air con heating and we found it cosy. A short walk to the beautiful rocky coast, or a safe cycle 10 minutes along the coastal path in to Denia centre , where we enjoyed restaurants, bars, markets and shopping. Lots going on in Denia, Padel courts, indoor swimming pool, gyms, spas, etc. Eric and Sophie were very responsive hosts, and we would definitely recommend their villa to other guests.

We had the pleasure of renting this beautiful house for a month with a group of friends – and it was absolutely perfect! The place is stunning, spotlessly clean, and decorated with a lot of care and a cozy touch. There are so many lovely spots in and around the house where you can relax, cook, or simply enjoy time together. We especially loved the walk to the nearby viewpoint with breathtaking views, as well as the great hiking trails in the area that offer something for everyone. Truly a place to feel at home – we’d love to come back!

Nice house with good sized rooms. We stayed with 6 adults and 4 young children and had plenty of space. Good kitchen with plenty of equipment. We were there in December so and the pool area was shaded but we still had some swims with the kids. Short walk into the pretty town of Moriara with plenty of shops and restaurants and a very nice beach.

Large and beautiful property in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The house was very clean, has a nice layout and had everything we needed. The private pool has the perfect size. The checkin was in person and went very smooth. We really appreciated the orange trees in the garden. Highly recommended!

Beautiful setting for the villa. Very private and peaceful. Our first villa experience , wanted something different than a hotel with our two young children. Was a great stay. We had a couple of queries during our stay and both Maria and Carlos were extremely attentive and helpful. Great hosts.

We loved our stay at Ian’s Villa. We were very impressed with the cleanliness, organized and well thought layout for everyone to have a great time. We know we will be back again. Thank you Ian!

Fantastic holiday, location, villa and hosts. We needed a couple of things sorted, extra pillows and hot water put on as we had a couple of days with cloud. Spoke with Dagmar and it was sorted, nothing was a problem. We needed a break to relax and recharge and we did exactly that at Dagmar's villa it was perfect in every way. The only small thing was TV was only set for German & Spanish if it was a smart TV then 100% perfect instead of 99.999%. But seriously Beautiful villa & wonderful hosts would recommend staying. We never normally stay at the same villa when we return to Spain but if we decide to stay in Calp again I would return to Dagmar's without a doubt. Book it & enjoy.

Una estancia estupenda. Ika siempre disponible y atenta. Fuimos dos y un perro pequeño. El espacio exterior es amplio. La casa esta junto a la playa. Muy limpia, con todas las comodidades y a un paseo del pueblo. Solo echamos en falta una pequeña puerta en la valla del jardín, aunque no hay peligro ya que la urbanización es cerrada.

Super cool design, beautiful views of the sea. Loved the stone throughout the house. Wish it was warm when we were there as the pool looked beautiful. Great host, would return!

très bon logement assez bien placé pour rejoindre la plage , les supermarché... anibal est très sympathique et très réactif (pour un problème de porte) . je rejoins les autres commentaires concernant la caution en espèces mais aucun soucis lors du départ. seul point de amélioration à notre goût la ventilation un peu bruyante et les palmiers de la photo non présent lol mais rien de méchant je recommande.

Nick and Jeremy were great hosts and although live above we only saw them when we needed something. You have everything you need and the pool and table tennis kept the kids happy. BBQ and terrace were used every night and the living room was great with freeview and wifi so you can carry on working if needed. Nick and Jeremy cooked for us for one night and the food was amazing special mention to the banoffee pie! We would certainly recommend this villa and will be returning I am sure.

Der Aufenthalt in Calpe/ Benissa mit direktem Blick auf das Meer und den Ifach war einfach traumhaft. Nicht nur der Ausblick,den man sogar aus dem Schlafzimmer hat, sondern auch alles drum herum. Das Haus ist einfach aber sehr sauber und es gibt alles was man braucht. Der Kontakt mit Renee und Jan war super, beide sehr liebe Menschen. Wir haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen und beneiden jeden der diesen wunderbaren Ausblick hat.

Vi trivdes veldig godt i dette huset. perfekt beliggenhet kun et par minutters gange unna stranden og restauranter. Flott bassengområde og fredelige omgivelser. Bassenget på taket var perfekt for barn som øver på å svømme. Huset bærer litt preg av slitasje og spesielt oppvaskmaskinen har sett bedre dager men ellers fungerte alt som det skulle. Aircondicionen er felles per etasje slik at de 4 soverommene i 2. etg må dele på en bryter. Det er noe bråk fra aircondicion på det ene soverommet og de rommene som er nærmest anlegget blir kjøligere enn de to på andre siden. Det er lurt å tenke på hvilke behov man har for varme/kulde før man bestemmer hvor man skal sove. Ellers var det en luftig og stor terrasse med vifter og solskjerming. Vi likte oss godt her og kan anbefale dette huset for andre. Det var en veldig koselig og trivelig liten by men fin sandstrand. Det er lite tilgang på taxi og buss så egen bil er best om du planlegger litt reising rundt.

On recommande cette location Miguel est un super host La maison est très fonctionnelle, la piscine au top. La plage à 5 minutes à pied est très jolie et peu fréquentée. Bref un excellent plan !

Todo bien. Los propietarios muy amables, estuvieron esperando que llegaramos pese a que nos perdimos (la direccion y Google Maps no se entendieron bien), y muy atentos en todo momento. A 5 minutos si llega de la playa. Muy recomendable

Eine wirklich tolle Unterkunft. Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Pool ist einfach nur traumhaft und bietet auch die nötige Privatsphäre. Die Lage ist zentral - Strand, Restaurants und Supermärkte sind mit Auto rasch erreichbar. Eine schöne Zeit, wir kommen gerne wieder.

La casa es absolutamente encantadora, bonita, limpia y acogedora. El jardín con jacuzzi y la parrilla para la barbacoa genial un lugar perfecto para relajarse.

Un lugar tranquilo, muy acogedor y a parte estaba todo muy limpio y con todas las comodidades que necesitábamos. Muy contenta

We totally loved staying here …. so comfy, lovely welcome bundle of oranges, oil, crisps and wine when we arrived. Juan there when we arrived and showed us everything. Both Juan and Rosa very attentive to our needs and prompt action. We definitely want to come back.
