Lovely Cawsands as usual. The studio is always clean and welcoming on arrival, it has everything you might need. The little sunspot just outside the studio is somewhere lovely and peaceful to sit. A few steps from a pretty woodland and a few steps more to the bay, with it's sailing and fishing boats We have always found Mo to be friendly, cheerful and helpful. The locals are very friendly too. Try the bakery for wonderful breakfasts and homemade cakes!

We stayed for two weeks and had the most fabulous time. The apartment is exactly as described and is a delight to stay in. Everything you could possibly need and more…games, books and DVDs. We loved catching up on some old but fab films during our stay. The apartment is a downhill walk of about 30/35 mins to the main centre of Rock but about 10 minutes walk away are a bakery, deli/supermarket, fish and chip shop, cafes etc so you can get all you need without the car. We used the apartment to access the whole of Cornwall including Lands End and The Lizard. It’s a bit of a drive but easy to get there and back and spend loads of time exploring in a day. The Cornish weather did mean some rainy days so we were often wet and muddy on our return. As we were there in Sept, it would usually have been too early to put the heating on… but a quick message to Helena and she sorted everything so we were able to be super toasty and wash and dry everything. I have just come back from staying at Dave’s beautiful property for a couple of nights. I stayed there with my dog and partner and felt right at home straight away, the apartment is beautifully furnished and in the most perfect location if you want chilled days at the beach or to go and surf! I would definitely stay there again. Dave was very accommodating and friendly and very quick to reply to messages. An awesome host! Thanks again for a great stay Dave, I will 100% be recommending to friends.

What a beautiful place, so comfortable, spacious and pristinely clean. Kitchen had everything and rooms cosy. A real find and so close to some beautiful spots. Thank you so much Chris and Sue!

The accommodation was modern and impeccably clean, making for a very comfortable stay. The hosts were very eager to help with anything we needed. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a welcoming stay in Cornwall.

Great little home with everything we needed and much more. Walkable distance from a lovely beach (or 5 minute drive). Everything was pristine and very clean😄.

We chose it as it was near friends we were visiting. Local shops nearby, car needed for Morrisons etc and easy access to tourist routes. Train & parking to other resorts 10 mins away. Just what it said on the tin. A lovely Hobbit Hole, under their bungalow. Private entrance, low ceilings. Compact, everything we needed - cooker, fridge etc. Washing machine on request. Sylvia was very friendly and helpful. Would go again. Great value for money. Clean and tidy.

Sally is a great host, me and 3 others working away were accommodated very last minute. Got to the property and it was even better than the photos, price is unreal for the quality of the place. Would definitely visit again and recommend to anyone staying in the area

I had a great stay, accommodating hosts and great communication. Easy access to town, and close to the station too. Don’t expect to cook anything at the flat, but the fridge and kettle are a nice touch. Would absolutely go back.

Emmas place was the perfect place to stay for a couple of nights in Newquay to see the area. Felt very homely and had all the amenities that we required. Bed was slightly uncomfortable but for only 2 nights it was manageable.

lovely little apartment tucked away in a beautiful, peaceful area. Iain & Sarah sent precise directions and instructions as soon as we booked. the accommodation was clean and well maintained, very comfortable and felt like a wonderful home away from home. Iain & Sarah were quick to respond to any queries during our stay and were very friendly and approachable. I would recommend them for anyone wanting a relaxing break, or to explore Cornwall from a nice, peaceful base as we did :)

Our family had a lovely stay here. the apartment is beautiful with great amenities. We had fun in the games room and hot tub and found Camborne a great base to explore Cornwall. Cathie was a great host and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect place to stay, made very welcome, plenty of goodies, had to leave some! Spectacular views, especially from the hot tub. Sheila & Martin are the perfect hosts. Highly recommend. Wonderful apartment with everything you could possibly need for the 4 of us (3 humans & a 4 legged friend)

Georgie and Chris were great hosts, the hay loft is exactly as described and a beautiful place to stay. As others have mentioned, it’s peaceful and within walking distance of a lovely local pub which does fantastic food! Georgie and Chris had provided a welcome pack of eggs, milk, bread and Prosecco which was a nice touch. The hay loft has everything you need for a quiet break, the hot tub an excellent addition to. Would highly recommend 😊

Good food , good vibes and peaceful surrounding… this is what I was looking for and this place offers everything. Food options were available at walking distance.. Cross the road and you’ll find a mesmerising view; even from the property itself the view is very pleasant. Surfing the wave is something you shouldn’t miss( if comfortable with swimming) as a surf school is close to property for this wonderful experience. A big thanks to Anthony, he ensured to revert on any queries or concerns while checking in/out. Overall it was an amazing experience.
