A perfect holiday in a perfect villa. Amazing surroundings and views. Peaceful and so relaxing.The villa both inside and outside have everything you would want for a luxury holiday and more. The pool and garden were amazing, a real highlight of the holiday, just wow. Manolis and Poppi were great hosts. Checking we were ok and had what we needed, they had the perfect balance of not being intrusive but being at the end of the phone. We had a very late arrival and they thoughtfully made sure we had groceries for the morning. I contacted Manolis asking if he could recommend a nice place to eat locally for my husbands birthday, not only did he recommend somewhere but drove to the restaurant and arranged a surprise birthday cake..above and beyond! Such lovely people. After reading other reviews about the pizzas we didn’t regret saying yes to homemade pizzas..a real treat. You won’t regret booking this villa and we can’t wait to go back. We were a group of 14 friends and from the moment of booking untill our check-out, we had a great experience. Communication: on point and very proactive Location: easy to find and with quick access to main road Host: the owner, Michalis, is a wonderful host and I got nothing but words of praise for him. He was always available to us, recommend all the best beaches, restaurants and activities nearby and is a great person to talk to. House: as good as it looks in the listing, it's better in real life. I think this says it all.

Great place to stay in Crete for a peaceful and private getaway near beautiful beaches. The villa is luxurious and the view is amazing. Stella is a great host. Easy to communicate with. Clear instructions and good recommendations. We had a great holiday here and would love to come back one day and explore further.

We had a fantastic stay at Xeni's, Dimitri was the best host ever and so helpful. We had four very sick adults and he went to the Chemist for me and got us medicine and would not accept any payment, he was so so kind. His children met us at midnight as we had a late flight into Crete. The house was amazing and the fridge was full when we arrived ham, cheese, water, fruit, wine eggs all you need for the first few days. The beds are comfortable and the AC works perfectly. The beach is 50 meters away, as are the pubs and restaurants, great location. We will be back. Dimitris was the best host we have ever met. Thank you so much. Gillian and Family

Alkis is an amazing host, helpful and always easy to reach. He even booked us a transport from the airport to his place, where he awaited us. We stayed a week as a family with small child. We booked the apartment mainly for the location and it fulfilled all expectations. Close to the beach and a little playground, a short walk along the coast to the harbour and the old town of Chania. Many restaurants and grocery stores are close by as well. The house is very spacious and has a small backyard (sun in the morning) an a terrace in front towards the street (lovely sunsets). The place is dated, but well maintained and renovated in wide parts. No heating in the bathroom though.

Beautiful apartment, backyard is very generous, large kitchen and lounge. Walking distance to beautiful beach, restaurants, short drive to supermarkets. The place had everything you need plus more and treats on arrival. Would highly recommend for families. Beautiful to relax in the backyard and enjoy a BBQ.

Maira et Eyal sont des hôtes extraordinaires ! Nous avons été reçus et choyés comme jamais ! Nous sommes arrivés tard et un repas chaud et local nous attendait ! Puisque nous n’avions pas pu faire de courses, Maira nous a également apporté le petit déjeuner ! Nous étions les seuls locataires pour les deux appartements, et ils nous ont proposé de nous surclasser sans coût supplémentaire ! La villa est extraordinaire, nous avons adoré la proximité de la mer et de la plage, c’est absolument fabuleux ! La localisation est idéale pour rayonner au sud, à l’est et à l’ouest de l’île. Tout est accessible à environ une heure de voiture. Nous avons été ravis de venir hors saison, même si les commerces commençaient à fermer. Nous avons profité d’une ville sans touristes, quel bonheur ! Si nous devions revenir, ce serait ici ! Un immense merci à vous deux !

Eric and Carol made us extremely welcome at their home. The villa is separate and they gave a good balance in giving complete privacy but always being available as necessary. It’s a great location with taverna’s and supermarkets in the village about a mile away. A car is advisable for the stay and gave flexibility as it’s a great location to explore in all directions. The views from the villa are stunning, especially the sunset from the upstairs lounge, kitchen diner. The bean to cup coffee machine was a real treat, as was the private hot tub. At the side of the house the pool area is lovely, again with stunning views. A wonderful place to stay, in a peaceful location run by superb hosts.
