The Airbnb worked out perfectly - simple but exactly what I needed. It’s very close to campus, which made getting around easy. Communication with the host was great, and I appreciated the thoughtful touch of travel coffee cups. It worked out perfectly for my stay! I would highly recommend!

Great place and perfect for what we needed for our stay in Champaign for Dad’s Day weekend! Seth and Justine were great to communicate with and always prompt to respond. Their home is so vintage and cool! Very close to campus, easy to park and easy to Uber to and from. We will definitely stay again!

an amazing vacationing space! we brought our dog and it was a great space to walk around the neighborhood! close to parks in close to grocery stores. this is our second time at one of Erica's locations and we will most definitely be back!

House was clean and yard was well taken care of. I did not have to worry about my two dogs at all. Neighborhood is super quiet. I did hear traffic but where don't you! Kitchen is well stocked. The little bonus treats she leaves are fantastic she had cold bottles of water& snacks for us, dog water & food bowls, doggy bags and a new toy for them! Plenty of blankets if we needed extra there were plenty of extra! Would recommend 10/10 ♥️♥️

Staying here was a great experience for us. The home is well-stocked, spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated. It has everything we need, and the interior is very impressive. The location is great, and Maddie and Aaron are wonderful hosts. We look forward to staying again.

We loved our stay at Damon''s place. It was immaculate and every detail was thought of to make us feel right at home. The pond it's situated on was peaceful and loved the bird watching. The location is convenient to any part of Chambana. With close highway access it made visits to relatives in Danville easy.

The photos do not do this place justice. The owners were excellent at communicating. They provided information on local businesses to eat at or get a cup of coffee. The weather was rainy while we were there and the owners provided ponchos and umbrellas, which was really thoughtful and helpful. We were provided with clear check-in instructions and instructions on parking. The place was very clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable and had excellent sheets and pillows. The property was very quiet and peaceful. The owners left an excellent variety of drinks and snacks. When I return to the area and need a place to stay, this property will be at the top of my list! Would highly recommend.

This space was exactly as advertised. The space was clean and well organized. Calling an Uber to and from the house was very easy and worked out great! The hosts were very responsive, friendly, and thoughtful. 100% would recommend this space to anyone.

Nice quiet clean unit. Had everything. Close enough to campus. I Ubered back and forth for Mom Weekend activities. William was very responsive.

The basement is lovely. Very large my 2 yo toddler loved running in the basement. The beds and bedding were really comfortable! Thank you for your kindness, Cindy
