Fantástica vivencia en la villa , muy cerca de la playa y con fantásticas vistas , la única pega fue para el día de la salida demasiado temprano , pienso que lo normal sería si la entrada a la vivienda es alas 16;00 lo correcto sería que la salida fuera ala misma hora , !

Preciosa casa, muy espaciosa! Nos pareció muy linda, muy bien ubicada. Todo muy limpio y aseado, con juegos que nos divirtieron en familia. Hemos puesto 4 estrellas en el valor únicamente porque fuimos 4 parejas y nos tocó juntar las camas ya que solo hay 1 matrimonial pero por lo demás increíble!! Volveríamos sin dudarlo.

Prachtige huis en locatie en ontzettend vriendelijke gastdame en heer. Het huis ligt op ongeveer 20/25 minuten van het centrum van Malaga. Het ligt prachtig vrij in een rustige omgeving en heeft een prachtige tuin met zwembad. Er is volop ruimte om buiten te zitten, te loungen of te liggen door de vele zitjes. Zowel in de schaduw als in de zon. Het verwarmde zwembad is goed onderhouden en is een heerlijk speelterrein voor de kinderen. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. Een complete keuken, buitenkeuken, vaatwasser en wasmachine. Alles wat je nodig hebt voor een goed verblijf. De hosts zijn perfect. Ze reageren niet alleen super snel, niks is hen teveel. Er was vers fruit, wijn, ijs en verschillende etenswaren. Daarnaast zijn er ook zaken als vaatwassertabletten, koffiepads en zelfs kaarsen. Wij hadden het geluk/pech geconfronteerd te worden met de grote landelijke stroomsterkte, maar dankzij de hosts hebben we ons prima kunnen redden. Dank jullie wel voor deze vakantie!

Een heerlijke week met twee gezinnen met jonge kinderen. Het huis biedt veel ruimte en een heerlijke tuin. De keuken is zeer compleet, (water)speelgoed voor de kinderen, de pingpong tafel en de fantastische buitenkeuken zorgden voor een heerlijke vakantie sfeer. Lopend naar het strand, boodschappen doen (of laten bezorgen!), de bedjes bij het zwembad, we hebben genoten van ons verblijf. Nogmaals dank Ana!

Very nice location, beautiful apartment. Was only a little confused on how to find the parking garage and how to get into it. I think it would be good to say on the instructions “first enter the house to get the remote for the garage. The garage is located at the back of the building.”

We were greeted by Antonio who was extremely friendly & helpful. The villa was beautiful & had everything we needed. Pool & outdoor areas were fab. Not a lot to do such as restaurants/ pubs in the neighborhood but the train was right beside the villa which was great. Lots of restaurants/ bars about 2 kms away. When checking out our flight wasn’t until the eve & thankfully Antonio was very flexible & allowed us an extra hour & also to leave our luggage there until the afternoon. Would definitely recommend the villa.

The home is cosy, spacious & authentic. It has everything you need. We felt immediately at home. The neighborhood is quiete and close to the beach, supermarket & restaurants. Paco responds quickly if you have a question, that was also very nice!

Loved the little town - great for kids, lots of very good, clean playgrounds. Excellent Airbnb - clean, spacious, quiet!

Great location! Close to the main pedestrian street, with a fantastic rooftop terrace. Check-in was smooth and easy, and the apartment is well-equipped with everything you need. Highly recommend everyone in the Airbnb community to book this place!

Séjour très agréable à 2 pas de la plage. L'hôte a été très réactif. L'appartement est propre, récent et agréable. Nous avons apprécié les attentions de bienvenue. Une bonne adresse.

Het huis was prachtig en komt overeen met de foto's op de site. M Luz was bij aankomst aanwezig om ons welkom te heten en om eea uit te leggen. Na twee dagen ook geappt of alles naar wens was. Aangezien wij in de avond aankwamen had ze enige boodschapjes in huis gehaald, zeer attent. Het huisje ligt in de wijk El Palo van Malaga. Wij hebben in de buurt fietsen gehuurd, ideaal en goedkoop! Zo zijn we diverse keren naar het centrum van Malaga gefietst. Openbaar vervoer ook érg goedkoop in Spanje. Het huisje ligt in rustige straat. Padelbanen in de buurt. Zwembad was ook mooi. Omdat het nog ietsie te koud was niet zo heel veel in gezwommen. Supermarkt en lekker bakkertje op loopafstand. Het huis heeft vier slaapkamers, handdoeken etc aanwezig. Al met al een super verblijf in dit huis en gehad. Heel erg bedankt M Luz!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this spacious villa, with room for our family group of six adults and four children. With a property of this grandeur, we found the amenities and furnishings a little less than expected. The two suites with king-size bed were airy and delightful, but a couple of the rooms with twin beds lacked hangers and places to hang clothing, so they were more suitable for children. All the rooms open to either the pool deck or a balcony -- a wonderful feature. The great location and spectacular views of the Mediterranean made the entire stay a real joy! Robert is a pleasant and very accommodating host. He was very responsive to all our questions, and was helpful in every way.

fuimos un grupo de 13 personas y encontramos el alojamiento muy bien ubicado, es un gran punto a favor que haya tantas camas individuales y un total de 4 baños, tener un patio interior es un acierto también. La única pega que se puede poner es la hora de salida a las 11, aunque es completamente entendible por la limpieza. También es de muy agradecer que en este último aspecto hayan sido también un poco flexibles dándonos un tiempo más de cortesía, apartamento y anfitrión fantásticos, repetiré seguro si vuelvo.

Nous avons été enchanté par notre séjour. L'appartement de Javi était génial à tous les niveaux. Seul bémol, il n'y avait pas de chauffage mais nous nous sommes bien adapté. L'appartement était propre, pratique, et très bien placé. Un seul mot : FANTASTIQUE !

Nous avons passé un formidable séjour avec un couple d’amis dans les deux sublimes logements d’Ines. Étant situés dans un passage piétonnier, l’endroit est très paisible et sécuritaire. Les appartements sont décorés avec goût, spacieux, chaleureux et confortables. Rooftop terrasse magnifique! La plage et les nombreux restaurants sont situés à quelques minutes à pied. L’autobus vers Malaga vous coûtera 1,40 euros et vous y amènera en moins de 15 min. Stationnement payant disponible à un bloc de marche sur la rue Las Acacias. Épicerie Mercadona fabuleuse à 5 min. de marche. Plusieurs villages blancs à visiter à moins d’une heure de route en voiture. Inès est charmante et très facile à rejoindre. Ons verblijf is ons heel goed bevallen. Het dolce gusto koffieapparaat lekte. victorie reageerde direct op ons bericht en binnen een half uur kregen we een ander dolce gusto apparaat. Bij de vraag of we extra deken konden krijgen, kregen we ook dezelfde dag nog een extra deken. We hebben zelf nog wel even de filter van de jaccuzi een keer schoon gemaakt, want deze was naar onze mening toch wel erg vies. verder echt een top appartement. goede, betrokken hosts. snelle communicatie en een erg mooi appartement in een mooie omgeving. zeker een aanrader

My friends and I had a lovely time staying at Nicola house. We had a spacious room each but really loved the outdoor terrace and rooftop terrace and beautiful views. Nicola provided restaurant and local recommendations and we enjoyed our evening at Restaurant Gabi to celebrate a friends birthday. Very close to everything needed and a very enjoyable stay. Lots of crockery, cutlery etc.. Lots of towels provided which was also appreciated! Drinking water on tap downstairs was great but we did buy bottled water for the upper floors as there is a lot of stairs. There were a few ants around so just something to note so you wrap up any food carefully!

Amazing AirBnB, spacious and very clean.

We have had a fantastic long stay at the chalet. Lovely light, bright, clean house with a calm atmosphere and all the amenities you would need. Fully stocked kitchen and modern appliances which for us was essential as couldn’t eat out everyday!! Both bathrooms have good water pressure and the large laundry room is fantastic as is the huge drying area around the back of the house Parking is on the street but we never had a problem finding a spot outside the house. Local restaurants easily walkable and so is the beach. Large Supermarkets a short and easy drive away For what we needed it has been perfect and Jose and Tina have been absolutely fantastic with easy communication and help if we needed it. I would recommend this Chalet to anyone and very grateful we found this property when we did.

Tatsächlich war es so: ...angekommen, sofort zurecht gefunden - alles war wie beschrieben - und:wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Das lag sicher auch daran, dass alles funktionierte wie es sollte und es wirklich sauber war! Die Küche war sehr komfortabel ausgestettet - auch mit Geschirr - der Wohnraum großzügig mit allem, was es (auch technisch) benötigt, das Internet war wirklich erfreulich "home-office-tauglich"! Ansonsten: Blick auf das entfernte Meer, angenehme frische Luft, Zäune zu den Nachbarn erfeuen mit Kletterpflanzen, direkt hinter/nahe der Siedlung geht es in die "Hausberge"; Malaga ist gut ( auch "Öffentlich" zu erreichen).Fazit: sehr zugewendete Gastgeberin, die von der Ferne möglich macht, was immer möglich ist, ruhiges, komfortables (Reihen-)Haus -nicht auf dem Präsentierteller - jederzeit gerne wieder!! Einziges Manko: der "Abstieg von dem Parkplatz vor dem Haus zu dem Hauseingangsbereich" (aller 3 Häuser) : steil, kurze Treppenstufen: unkomfortabel (- inbes. mit Gepäck)

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wir hatten eine super gute Zeit in dieser tollen Unterkunft in Málaga! Die Lage ist wirklich super – zentral, aber relativ ruhig, und alles ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war von Anfang an sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders schön fanden wir die gute Ausstattung der Wohnung – es war alles da, was man braucht, und alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Ein besonderes Extra: Wir durften sogar etwas später auschecken, was uns den letzten Tag sehr entspannt gemacht hat. Außerdem haben wir tolle Tipps für lokale Restaurants und andere Attraktionen vom Gastgeber bekommen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder! 😊

We had an amazing time in this house and highly recommend staying here! Easy access to beaches, buses and restaurants. A nice and calm neighborhood. The house was even more beautiful in real life! We left a gift for the host upon leaving because of how kind she was and how great our stay was. We had to rebook just a week before we were supposed to arrive due to severe sickness in the traveling group. Both Ruralidays and the host were understanding and kind enough to let us rebook to a later date, which we are extremely grateful for. The host let us stay a little longer before check out to match our flight which was very helpful. During our stay a door handle was broken off by one of the guests. We reached out to the host immediately to let her know and asked her what we should do. She responded by saying that she will have it fixed after we leave so it won't disturb our stay and ensured us that we did not have to worry. She handled it with kindness and was very professional.

Beautiful place. Perfect for families. Rincón de la Victoria is a beautiful, peaceful area and the house was spacious, private and had everything we needed. Our 7 month old loved the pool which was a plus!
