Unser Aufenthalt bei Janette war super! Sie hat uns jeden Morgen mit einem tollen Frühstück verwöhnt, hatte gute Tipps um in der Umgebung etwas zu unternehmen und war sehr nett! Die ganze Anlage mit dem Blick vom Balkon übers Meer, der Pool ebenfalls mit Blick über den Pool, der tolle Garten und der Meerzugang war toll. Das einzige was uns fehlte war WLAN, damit man im Internet mal was planen und recherchieren konnte! Trotzdem sehr empfehlenswert! Danke, liebe Janette!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Das personal (besonder Rosa) waren sehr nett und Hilfsbereit . Die Villa war sehr stylish und komfortabel eingerichtet. Makellose Küche wo sie alles notwendiges finden können. Wenn Sie ruhe und Entspannung brauchen sind sie da richtig. Natur pur! Das Resort hat eigenen Strand aber es gibt auch einen wunderschönen Strand (ca 15 min zu Fuß erreichbar) dort sind auch ein paar gute Lokale und Strand Restourants mit dem ausgezeichnetem und günstigem Essen. Also ich würde diese Villa sehr zu empfehlen!

This villa is just gorgeous. Clean, fresh and private. A perfect little getaway at a 10 minute tricycle ride from Alona Beach. I myself did not like crowded Alone beach, only went out there for a quick bite and headed straight back after to the villa for a swim and nap in the sun on one of the sunbeds in the beautiful and well cared for garden.

Everything is what is expected. It was quite difficult to get to the property because of the mud, it was raining that day when we went which is not the host fault. If it was sunny it would have been perfect. We just didn't expect that is would be very slippery and muddy. but overall it was great place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb during Holy Week. The facilities were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the amenities provided everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location is a bit tucked away from the main road, but it's easy enough to find and actually gives you access to some nearby areas worth exploring. The staff were also very accommodating and genuinely nice, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and we would definitely recommend it.

Die Anlage ist wunderbar, erstmal drinnen, sehr ruhig und sauber. Der Hausmeister ist total nett, hilft bei Allem. Auch Jorenda ist immer schnell erreichbar. Wir haben es sehr genossen in Jorendas B&B zu gehen. Von dort aus konnte man direkt mit den Schnorchelsachen in den Sardinenrun eintauchen. Top Lage und es gab sehr viele Schildkröten. Wunderschön, wie kommen gerne wieder.

Villa Vista truly made our reunion magical. The relaxing view and the superb location were perfect for catching up. We especially loved the jacuzzi and the bonfire gatherings. The videoke and netflix were a great bonus too. All the staff deserve praise, especially Manong, who gave us a welcoming tour and made us feel right at home. We were impressed with the fantastic amenities, everything we needed was there. Highly recommended!

3대 가족여행이였는데 가족들과 지내기에 너무나 편안한 곳이였어요. 바베큐도 헬퍼분들이 도와주셔서 고기도 맛있게 잘 먹었고 아이들이 매일 수영도 할수 있어서 모두 만족스러운 여행이였습니다^^특히 세이브모어가 바로 건너편에 있어서 걸어서 장을 볼수 있어서 편했고 노아마사지샵도 근처라 너무 좋았답니다~ 호스트님이 필요한 마트배달이나 여행업체도 필요하면 바로바로 연결해주셔서 처음 세부 여행였지만 아주 만족스러운 여행이였답니다!! 다음에도 꼭 이용할게요~^^

It’s perfect for my big family. Everyone was comfortable. We enjoyed the clean pool. Care takers are very helpful.

Our Executive James was fully satisfied with his experience staying at this property. It was better than the photos. You truly have to experience it firsthand, to fully appreciate it. The host Melody was very professional, caring, attentive, and helpful whenever help was needed. Their on-premises staff were also helpful with everyday tasks and chores when asked. However, at the same time, during the entire stay, they never bothered the guests unnecessarily and instead provided full privacy. They strike the perfect balance between being helpful and providing peace and quiet. Communicating with Melody and their staff was easy, fast, and precise. My friends and I had a fantastic time here! Ronan was very responsive whenever we messaged him and helped organise us drivers to pick us up from the airport. The staff there were also very friendly and helpful, making us breakfast everyday and helping us book drivers for our activities. Pool area was a highlight too !

Was everything that was promised and more. Strongly recommend. Even baked pizza in a oven for us!

VILLA ON A CLIFF is a large resort with beautiful views of the ocean & surrounding islands, One of the highlights of the property as shown in the pictures is the infinity pool that hangs over the edge of the property above the ocean. Its a wonderful location to just hangout and enjoy the peaceful sounds of the waves crash against the rocks beneath, The villia is well suited for large groups because of the available space, additional villas, Its a private location, no neighbors on either side. Fay and hosts Leneh & Ricard were extremely responsive and helpful from our first contact, Fay facilitate a change in our arrivel date without any hassle. I had asked some help for Kay to arrange a private dinner date for my wife and I on our anniversary, So Kay & Leneh arranged a dinner reservation at a bueatiful local restaurant, where our table was located in a tree house, amazing experience. Thank you Fay, Leneh, Ricard for all the wonderful memories, I Highly recommend this resort.

大人数で泊まらせていただき、素敵な思い出となりました。 施設内のドリンク等を使用させていただきましたが、現地スタッフのカウント方法が不明確だったので、そこは少し不信感がありました。

This place was awesome, it was by far my favorite place I stayed while visiting the Philippines. The hosts were both great, they were knowledgeable about the local hotspots, and even guided us to a uncrowded beach for snorkeling. I will definitely stay here again my next trip.

Happy with our experience staying at Kelvin and Glenda's place. The beach is just a few minutes away. The property is quite and private. The hosts are very hospitable and helpful. The WiFi is pretty good. Can easily recommend IslandView Holiday Villas.

Overall i’d say it was a great experience for my friends and i, and the host was very responsive.

This was one of the most pleasant Airbnb stays I’ve had. The house was exceptionally clean, with housekeeping every other day, and it always smelled amazing thanks to the scented sticks placed throughout. The host was very kind and helpful whenever we needed anything. While it’s a bit of a walk to the nearest restaurants, the location is peaceful and quiet, and both Dumuluan Beach and dining spots are still within reach. Because it’s slightly off the main area, the pricing is also very affordable for what you get. If you’re looking for a comfortable, clean, and budget-friendly place to stay with a relaxed vibe—this is a great choice.

Diese Unterkunft war wirklich wunderschön. Die Ruhe & Privatsphäre welche sie einem bietet ist unschlagbar und jedes Rappen wert. Das Bett war gross & sehr gemütlich. Das Zimmer verfügt über eine Klimaanlage welche das Zimmer schön heruntetkühlt. Der Pool hat eine angenehme Temperatur und wird nicht zu warm. Der Aussenbereich lädt zum entspannen ein und bietet viel Ruhe. Wir haben und oft nach dem hektischen Alona Beach in unsere Unterkunft zurückgezogen. Die Gegend vom Alona Beach kann ich nur empfehlen, viele Restaurants und Bars. Wir haben die chocolate hille und tarsier sanctuary selbstständig mit dem von der Unterkunft organisierten Roller erkundet (ca 1.5 std fahrt). Alles in allem sind wir sehr zufrieden mit der gebuchten Unterkunft und würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

It was was a nice stay for my wife’s family after a wedding plenty of room , the caretakers are super nice , and welcoming. Will book again in the future.
