K-Ville is a great, down to earth, off-grid spot to get away. We enjoyed drifting off to sleep to the sounds of the night. Make sure to read the description and instructions in full, and you’ll have no trouble finding the place, and enjoying your time here! If you’re looking for a 5-star hotel experience, this is not the place for you. The experience here is closer to that of camping.

We arrived to the cabin after 9 pm but the cabin was easy to find and access. Falling asleep to the sound of the rain on the tin roof and the river behind the cabin was very soothing - exactly what we were looking for. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely cabin. We loved the privacy and nature sounds throughout the night.

We were looking for a quiet family getaway while visiting family in the area - this was the perfect place. The surrounding area was gorgeous, surrounded by fall leaves with a nearby lake to take in. Robert was a generous and responsive host - would absolutely recommend!

We had a great stay at Jennifer and Deans cabin! It was very cozy and warm in the snowy weather, and Chloe gave us a great tour of the farm animals:) Jennifer was very kind in providing a bottle of wine and some local goodies, and we especially loved the cozy loft, comfortable couch and bathtub to relax in.

This was our 4th stay at rose mountain and it didn’t disappoint. Great location for exploring surrounding towns. The cabins are cozy and inviting

We loved our stay at Joe & Barb's place! The cabin is delightful; beautiful surrounds, peaceful and quiet while being just a short drive from the amenities of New Paltz. Joe gave us great tips for nearby hikes, and we enjoyed a tour of the veggie garden (with full credit to Barb the gardener!), and hearing about the sustainability/eco-friendly initiatives of the property. Thanks for having us! : )

I believe one of the best compliments to any AirBnB host is returning to their property: this was our fourth visit to the Clack Cabin, and surely not our last! We love the Clack Cabin for its coziness, comfort, and location. It's a small space, but has absolutely everything one needs. It's incredibly peaceful and relaxing, with the stream providing such a soothing soundtrack. The Clapper Hollow State Park a few steps away from the cabin has many easy and quiet paths to explore (we had the forest entirely to ourselves on Easter Sunday!). Clara is a wonderful host, very welcoming and helpful with local tips and knowledge. We already look forward to our next visit!

The Little House is in a perfect location, near scenic trails and some of the best restaurants, wineries, and breweries in the area. Communication with Hannah and Dustin was great, and they recommended some local spots and even places in another nearby town we were staying in the night before checking in.

Well worth it, in all regards.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Sam was very helpful with a couple things that came up and he was quick to respond. We loved the hot tub and loved the water fall right next to it! We look forward to staying again!

Scott & Ina's place is just AWESOME!! One of the rare places where everything looks as good as the pics! They were OUTSTANDING hosts. Always responsive and always looked to make you as comfortable as possible. The place is beautiful and the views are gorgeous!! We booked the place for a 29th anniversary...so WORTH IT!!! Would love to stay here again.

This place is MAGICAL. Mmmm wow, our stay at Mystic Pines was deeply nourishing, peaceful, and restorative. Our intention was to find a secluded space nestled in the woods where we’d see no one, and this fulfilled all of our desires! The cozy warmth is felt and appreciated- this feels more like the hosts made something really special and wanted to share its magic with others, rather than a cookie cutter property made to turn a profit. We spent hours reading the eclectic collection of books by the wood stove whilst listening to the rain pitter patter on the roof. All the best parts of camping balanced out with the creature comforts of home. Endless gratitude to the kind hosts for sharing this absolute gem.

Pat & Kelley’s place is a great spot! The cabin was very clean and comfortable. Loved spending time relaxing by the creek.. I would definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you Pat and Kelley!

Unbelievable. Mollys property is magical. The location is remote and peaceful, super clean and perfect to base yourself at for some hikes/nature/outdoorsy activities. We slept both nights with the doors open, and the sound of the river rushing was out of this world. The place is stocked with all the cooking utensils you could dream of, so if you fancy a night of a home cooked meal and an evening by the fire pit, you can Molly was super accommodating, friendly and provided us with great tips and suggestions for the area. 10/10 would highly recommend and I’d definitely stay again. I can not recommend it enough.

Our stay at Cabin Noir was absolutely wonderful. My girlfriend and I spent three amazing nights and 4 amazing days enjoying the beautiful Woodstock area. Between the amenities at the cabin, and Gloria's list of recommended activities/restaurants, there was more than enough to enjoy, and I would definitely stay there again. The roof deck, the hot tub, the fire pit, climate controls, and modern creature comforts, combined with many indoor and outdoor seating options allowed for great times reading, doing puzzles, lounging, cooking, self care, and everything in between. It's location (about a 12 min drive from downtown Woodstock) allowed for peace and solitude, or shopping and socializing, depending on how you're feeling. There are also plenty of grocery stores, scenic drives/locations, and great restaurants in every direction. Every question we had was promptly and clearly answered by Gloria. 10/10 would recommend.

The cabin was absolutely beautiful! Very clean and beautifully decorated. They provided everything you could need. Loved the area. It felt very secluded and peaceful, yet still close enough to go do things without having to travel too far. Loved that they have their own trail right on the property. Kay & Tom were wonderful hosts and we can't wait to book with them again!

A quaint, cozy place that my wife and i enjoyed. A great location as well. Our hosts checked in several times during our stay, however we didnt really need anything. The stay was very smooth and well run. Highly recommend!

We had such a great time! John and Teail’s place was just as described and provided us with the nature refresh we needed. The cabin was nice and cozy and we loved being greeted by all the chickens!🐔

We loved the space and had a great time! We enjoyed the camping experience - smores and all! It is a cute space and perfect for a weekend. Alan was very responsive and helpful. The only tweak I would ask is the hot water, which was not consistent. It was not a huge deal, but that would have made the stay even more perfect.

we absolutely LOVED our stay at the Tiny Home! it was exactly as described... very clean, private, peaceful. it was perfect for the two of us. location was amazing - in the middle of both Penn Yan and Hammondsport (20 min drive). we went to many wineries on the Keuka Lake, all were very close! we also went to the Watkins Glen State Park to hike the gorge trail which was only a 25 min drive. we would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and will be keeping this place in mind for when we visit again! Thank you!!!

Nous avons loué le petit chalet 2 jours pour aller faire de la randonnée autour. Très belle place et spacieux. Avec le temps froid, le chauffage fonctionnait très bien dans le chalet . Nous avons bien apprécié notre petit séjour. Une seule petite chose…Les lanternes à la batterie devraient être à changer car elles faisait des « flash » constamment et éclairaient moyennement. Nous allons revenir sans faute. Merci!

Stayed one night and loved it—super cute spot! The alpacas and animals were fun to be around, and waking up to a foggy spring morning with the big window was v pretty. No running water takes a little getting used to, but it was totally fine for a night and was communicated clearly in advance. Great location—feels nice and remote but still close to town.

What a beautiful place. The weather wasn't great during our stay yet it still remained to be an overall stunning view and serene feeling to be in such a peaceful tranquil area. A little community of cute yurts, earth homes, and cabins surrounded by tall trees. Stayed in the Hobbit house such a cute house and so cozy! Has an amazing fire pit. You can sit on the rocks right infront of the fire. Felt so at home here. Amazing location and the host was kind and very communicative!
