This stay was very convenient for a weekend getaway - and the home itself is charming and full of Victorian quirks-tucked away rooms, etc. Very cozy and comfortable. Although someone lives downstairs, we did not find that limiting or intrusive in any way-there are quiet hours (and I hope we did not wake anyone up getting back late our one longer night out!). The real standout here though was the 20/10 level of hospitality - from custom vegetarian charcuterie, to little snacks left out each morning - over-the-top thoughtful, and something you just don't see anymore in AirBnBs. Another thing we realized and deeply appreciated on checkout day? No complicated directives to pre-clean, on what to put where, no responsibilities to take out garbage, no extra labor in the scurry to pack up and leave town. Though we were thoughtful in leaving things as tidy as possible, it was hugely appreciated given our own deadlines for the day! I would absolutely stay here again.

Lovely apartment in old building with original brick walls and big windows with beautiful view of the hills. Comfortable bed with nice linens. Very close to restaurants, rockwell museum , and glass museum. Stayed for 2 weeks and enjoyed every bit of it!

Susie’s warmth & hospitality are unmatched. We must protect her at all costs. She is the best, and her farm stay is an absolute dream. Do not hesitate for a moment regarding staying here. Book it and enjoy a respite from the craziness of the world.

We had a very relaxing stay at Lenny abd Boka's place. The driveway was very icy but Lenny was out every morning to put sand around our car so we wouldn't slip and fall!

The place was very nice! 5 mins from downtown, 10-15 mins to the campus. Julie was a great host, extremely helpful, very responsive!

Great location and stay for our time in Wellington. Walking distance to a number of great spots in town and a great launching point for other sights in PEC. Highly recommended

We had a wonderful stay on Gemma’s property and felt right at home. The kids loved feeding the farm animals — a total highlight!! Gemma generously provided us with an array of breakfast items, which really made for lovely mornings. We would absolutely return!

We were 6 adults and 4 young kids, and everyone had a fantastic time at Twin Peaks! The house is up in the mountains a bit, in a clearing surrounded by forest, overlooking the valley below, and both the house and property have a great feel. The views - especially from the great room - are reason enough stay here, but the house compliments the views nicely. Well laid out, nice flow, two working fireplaces, comfy rugs/carpets throughout, cool decor, comfortable beds, big finished basement for the kids. We hung out in every room, watched a few movies, cooked good meals, used the outdoor grill, hiked in the state recreation area behind the house, enjoyed watching the deer and turkeys, had fires in the outdoor fire pit, and had a great day of sledding right in front of the house. We also loved skiing at Plattekill Mountain, which is only 10 minutes away. I highly recommend Twin Peaks!

GREGORY was the best host, the house was beautiful, even down to the seasonings to cook with. This was my first Airbnb in GREGORY made our stay a five star stay. When I thought we didn’t have Internet, he worked it out immediately and I was super happy! I love the fireplace. I love the rooms. I love the Game Room. I love the lake view from the house. I love everything about his place and I will be looking Gregory up again when I come back in a month!! There is a full kitchen to make your favorite meals, and enough room to not feel claustrophobic. I also love the shower head, so much so I want one in my home. Gregory made my first experience a five star 🌟 experience. He was so respectful and responsive. I couldn’t ask for a better host. Thank you so much! 💕

Felt right at home ! Was so peaceful and the view & surroundings were absolutely beautiful! Loved every moment being there. On our last day there, it ended up snowing so we got to enjoy the sledding. Was amazing! Would come back again without hesitation and would definitely recommend to friends & family! Jeff was a wonderful host & anyone who books at this place, YOU WONT REGRET IT ! :)

What a wonderful stay we had at the beautiful Queens cottage! The place was spotlessly clean. The house manual was great and even included itineraries for the area. We loved the snacks that were left for guests. The main bathroom was spa-like and all the beds were comfortable. Our only complaint was that the place was so amazing we did not want to leave!!

Didn’t want to leave! The place was very cozy, we felt right at home and the sound of the creek in the background was the cherry on top! You sleep peacefully on comfortable bedding and get to cook great meals in a cozy kitchen and enjoy a walk in the morning to the nearby waterfall! Sunsets were spent lazily on the hammock socking up the sun and fresh air. At night, we really enjoyed watching Nteflix on the projector screen and catching up.

We loved this place so much we already re-booked for next year. Not only is it beautiful inside and out, there is a really great vibe to the owners and property. Since there are so many wonderful reviews already, we want to highlight some things to do. Browning Beaver Meadow Sanctuary is nearby and an easy walk around a pond. It can be a little wet in places. Tusten Mountain Trail was a beautiful moderate hike with wonderful views. Prompton State park waterfall trail was wonderful. Honesdale is the best place we found for groceries and has various shops. Bouchoux trail at Jensen’s Ledges was pretty but the road getting there was scary and we wouldn’t do it again. Delaware Highlands Conservancy was exceptional but no dogs except near the parking area. Irving Cliff was nice. You can hike up or just drive to the top.

Scott is amazing! The airbnb was incredible! Lovely placed filled for immense and loving memories. He allowed me a late Check-Out which was wonderful. Definitely recommend you guys coming more often!

We felt right at home in this beautiful home and surrounding space. It’s an older home with quirks, but tons of charm! It was very well stocked, with clear labels and instructions. Yanna was extremely responsive with great recommendations. Great location to explore Kingston and nearby surrounding areas. We especially enjoyed the outside space with the front porch and deck perfect for morning coffee while the kids enjoyed the hammock and tent! We had a wonderful stay in this cozy, comfortable home.
