this was a perfect getaway from our city life. tina's property is sooo beautiful. i loved how everything was pretty much in close proximity. her dog bug was very sweet and handsome. tina greeted us, gave us a quick intro, and gave us our privacy. i loved how there was an actual path to go into the woods. my boyfriend and i are definitely going to be visiting again sometime.

What a serene spot to unplug. Sipping coffee next to goats and having fresh eggs from the chickens was idyllic. After one weekend I was ready to move in.

This place was perfect for a peaceful weekend getaway. On the chilly fall weekend the wood stove and sauna were much enjoyed. We hope to return!

There's not much more to say that I haven't said in the last 4 reviews...we LOVE it here. At this point Steven and Rick feel like old friends and staying at their place is something we look forward too each summer. Wonderful hosts, perfect accommodations, peace and tranquility everywhere.

We had an amazing time at Eshay’s Cabin. It’s in a lovely location. Close to all the beautiful swimming holes and Georges in Ithaca. We will definitely be back. Thank you Eshay.

WE LOVED THE PLACE! Carrie and John were amazing hosts and their wonderful RV elevated our experience and memories that my boyfriend and I will be sure to cherish for a lifetime. For those of you wondering, a bathroom (toilet and shower stall) is located in the RV, however we preferred their bathhouse which was within easy walking distance. Kitchen is fully equipped with basic necessities such as utensils, pots, basic condiments etc. We appreciated the availability of an outdoor gas grill and gas stove that were fully functional. Also it's worthy mentioning there is a fire pit fully stacked with an ample amount of firewood [and a hilly-billy pool which we didn't get to enjoy due to weather]. For those who are planning on a day trip for Ithaca's beautiful scenery, the Buttermilk Falls State Park is about 20 minutes drive; and 15 minutes drive to the nearest Dollar General store should there be any last minute shopping. We enjoyed our stay at Adam and Karen’s tiny house, the house was cozy and the surroundings were beautiful. We were lucky to have great weather and made use of the wood stove. Their recommendations for where we should go locally were awesome. We would love to one day have a space like it and will be back next year for the spring. It was definitely worth it!!!!! Great secluded location with beautiful grounds and spacious communal space with privacy. Perfect for our group of 6 adults, 3 kids and a dog in town for concerts at SPAC, which was a 45min drive. A second bathroom would have been nice with a group our size, but for the price and other unique features of this listing, it wasn’t a deal breaker. Would definitely rent again, hopefully with more time to enjoy the water front portion of the property next time. We discovered a bee colony shortly after checking in, in one of the open areas on the property and let the owners know. They had someone out to spray the next the next morning, and another person came out and brought us some extra TP, paper towels and tissues. Very thoughtful and responsive hosts.

Our stay at this tiny house was wonderful! The space was cozy yet so well-designed that it felt incredibly functional and comfortable. It had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The WiFi was excellent, which was essential since cellular reception in the area was minimal. It kept us connected without any issues. The communication with the host was stellar! She was responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. She even provided fantastic suggestions for local activities, which helped us make the most of our trip. The deck was beautiful and looked like the perfect spot to unwind. We only wished the weather had been warmer so we could have spent more time there. Overall, this tiny house is a gem, and we highly recommend it for anyone seeking a peaceful and unique escape.

Second stay at Samantha and Kevins’ and we absolutely loved it as much as our first time this past summer! We got in pretty late at night and appreciated them leaving the lights and the heat on so when we got in, it already felt warm and cozy. Our pup Choco also had fun getting to run around and play with Apollo. We also appreciated the eggs and the giftcard to have some yummy treats and coffee on our drive back to the city. Definitely looking forward for more future stays!

Wonderful stay and such a unique experience in the Skoolie!!! The bus is really well maintained and sparkling clean, with well equipped mini kitchen, comfy beds, cozy living space! As we were transitioning into winter when we were there, I highly recommend taking extra sleeping bags as it can get cold during the night. Darren was a very responsive host and the location was great for hiking, without being too remote with very nice restaurants nearby. We can’t wait to return in the summer!

We stayed there over Labor Day weekend with our kids and a cat . It was great , private , quiet place . Camper itself very clean , nice area to sit outside, campfire, hammocks. 7 min drive to Fair Haven Beach State Park. Host very responsive and helpful. I would recommend it to anyone.

Very nice stay at Tim’s camper. Very clean, everything you need, beautiful area of the Finger Lakes, lovely outdoor shower. Tim was very nice and responsive. Would absolutely stay here again.

Nicole and Nugi were wonderful hosts, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable during a severe winter weather advisory. It was freezing out, with lots of snow during our stay, but the RV stayed warm and cozy. The hosts were responsive to any inquires we had, and were very welcoming and kind. They really went out of their way for us, which we really appreciated. We would definitely recommend this RV to stay in! It has everything you need for a comfortable stay: heat/air; running water (hot and cold): full bathroom; kitchen with fridge, sink, and stovetop; TV with streaming services; WiFi; and complimentary coffee and tea. They even left us some Valentines’s day chocolates and snacks, since we stayed over the holiday.

This was our first Airbnb. The location to family was essential and it was extremely convenient. The property is picturesque and relaxing. Our host was very responsive, respectful and pleasant. The RV was luxurious and comfortable. I must say, the sheets and duvet on our bed was the BEST! Thank-you for a fabulous experience. We will be back next summer 😊

Chance's airbnb was fantastic... plenty of space for my family with small children to enjoy ourselves. Chance was also very friendly and responded to questions almost immediately. My family and I will definitely be booking again next year, maybe without the kiddos. Everything was very clean, very nice dishes and cookware were available too. There were enough linens for all of us, towels, blankets, washcloths, shampoo, conditioner just went all out to make sure you're comfortable. I wouldn't change anything about our stay except maybe that we stayed longer. There was a beautiful dog Harley that we fell in love with that Chance let us play with for awhile also. This is a great space to enjoy time with your family. Chance is a great host. Out in the middle of nowhere, but felt right at home.

I enjoyed a short weekend getaway in this cozy and charming spot. The place is a bit dated (understandably, as it’s a camper from the 1970s), but it’s well-maintained, and most essentials for guests are thoughtfully provided. Check-in and check-out were super easy, which I appreciated. Don’t miss meeting the adorable sheep🐑 on the farm!

Lindsey and Michael were great hosts! They were so friendly and were always willing to answer questions and help us with local destinations. We brought our dog, who was spoiled more than we were which we loved! Everything was perfect for a small family to enjoy a peaceful getaway for a few days.

Our family of 5 had a great stay at Ting Yi’s camper! It was the perfect amount of space and beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed, and use of the brand new bath house was a bonus. It is close to the camper and very convenient. Our kids loved playing by the bridge and in the stream. We took a hike to the top of the property (about 20 minutes all up hill) and the views were incredible! It was the perfect hike for morning exercise. We even checked out the teepee on her property. How much fun it would be to stay there! The farm location was a perfect middle point for our family in Davenport and Delhi, right on route 28. Ting Yi was informative and very responsive to our questions. We would highly recommend a stay in their property!

Samantha was quick to respond when we had questions. Beautiful area with lots of room for our dog to run and play. The heater worked great inside the camper, which kept us toasty in the chilly fall weather. We would definitely stay here again.

Host was super friendly. Location was near several attractions worth seeing. Great for a quick get away, all you had to bring was the essentials (food, cothes). Will definitely visit again!

Exactly as advertised - amazing location with plenty to do without leaving the property. Very responsive host, we wanted to do some stargazing on the bridge so they turned off the outdoor lights for us.
