The place is exactly like the photos. Check in & check out procedures are simple and hassel free. There is a few little stores and laundry matt across the road. The roof top pool and restaurant is very nice and can also eat downstairs in front of the pool. The apartment is away from the hustle and its so peaceful & you can easily get a side car or grab to the main action and shopping malls and it's so cheap. There is security at the main entrance so you always feel safe, even walking around outside is safe. The room was very clean and the bed is so comfortable! All the staff are very friendly and helpful, and dealing with Kaye was so easy and she's very responsive. Make sure you book this place, you won't be disappointed!!! this place was very nice and big. had a gym that could workout, also a pool table inside the unit. Any amenities needed was available. Mr Jaques was a excellent host and responded to any issue or request very fast. I would recommend this room to anyone it's like being home away from home.

Loved the furniture and layout of Mai's space as it made us feel right at home. It was on a low floor so the time spent in the elevator was never too long. Beautiful, unobstructed views of the city skyline from the balcony. If you're looking for a homey space - this is the place to be!

Homee Philippines was an excellent location for me and my girlfriend. 7 - 10 minute walk to the Greenbelt/Landmark area where you can find an array of different upscale outdoor restaurants, bars, and fine clothing. Overall, the apartment is very modern, with TV’s in both bedroom and living room, clean and a fabulous view of the city :)

Great place! lots of resto nearby and friendly condo staffs. I enjoy the condo unit view outside, as well as the tv and sofa.

The place was clean and is big enough for 6 people. The location is also great, not to near, not to far from the city center. The parking slot is also relatively near the unit.

Nice Place and the host is Very accommodating

Booked this unit for my mom. She said it was nice and clean. It’s also convenient since there is a connecting bridge from the condo building to the mall. The host was also nice and responsive and my mom didn’t have any trouble checking in as well. Overall, they had a pleasant stay and enjoyed their time in McKinley.

Great spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo at a great location connected to Venice Grand Canal Mall. Had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to everyone.

My friends and I needed a place to stay immediately within the area, and Ms. Francia was the first to respond in less than 10 minutes. They were so kind and accommodating despite the instant/rush booking and I cannot recommend them enough just for that. The place was as advertised and their instructions were clear and concise. Just bring your clothes and your toothbrush, EVERYTHING is provided - soap, paper towels, common cooking spices, first aid kit, etc. Damon and his nephew Martin were super responsive and extremely accommodating especially when it came to the super late check-in time. My wife and I loved the unit and its amenities. After a few days, we encountered a problem with the microwave but Damon and Martin came through right away and fixed the issue. Water pressure in the shower was fantastic and a welcome surprise especially coming from a place where low water pressure is the norm. However, as a downside to this is…beware of the bum gun! TMI? Hopefully we will get to stay here again the next time we are in Manila.

This was by far the cleanest Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in—spotless from top to bottom! The attention to detail was truly impressive. The host and the cleaning team were incredibly kind, responsive, and accommodating, making our entire stay smooth and comfortable. You can really tell they care about their guests. We felt right at home and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a perfect Airbnb experience!

We really enjoyed our stay at this resort! The pool was very clean and clear, which made swimming fun and relaxing. The rooms were big enough for all of us and very comfortable. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. We felt really welcome and taken care of. Great place to stay!

The place was wonderful. Complete lahat ng untensils for cooking, dinning at pati panligo. Ang gaganda ng gamit sa bahay, halatang hindi tinipid at sobrang natuwa ang mga furbabies namin dahil centralize yung buong bahay. Tamang tama sa panahon ngayon. Naenjoy talaga namin yung stay namin, very accomodating din si Ate Jen na tinuro samin pano gamitin yung mga appliances sa kitchen. Overall ok talaga sya, siguro ang feedback lang is yung cr, kasi yung shower head, medyo tabi tabingi na yung tubig at hindi lahat may lumalabas na tubig pero keri naman maligo. Sobrang linis at maganda yung place. If nag hahanap kayo ng place para mag pahinga, highly recommended ito.

Description stated in the listing is very much accurate. Though there aren’t as much pictures shown, they are very accurate and not camera tricks. The listing definitely exceeded our expectations. I initially found the pictures too good to be true with regards to the size but the common space, living room, kitchen and rooms are really very spacious. There are a total of 11 room. 2 by the poolside, 1 in the mainhouse with direct access to the poolside and ensuite bathroom/toilet and another 2 more in the 1st floor with access to a common comfort room. There are 6 more rooms in the 2nd floor. Even with our group of 20 adults and 10 kids, we still had 1-2 rooms spare. Pool is very clean and well maintained with a bar area. The listing is complete with all kitchen accessories and appliances and may be used. Videoke was placed inside the house sa as not to disturb the neighbors in case you would want to sing your hearts out during your entire stay there. Wifi is available and signal is spread out in the entire rental. There is indoor parking for 2 cars and driveway parking for some more vehicles. It is situated inside a secured and quiet neighborhood. A convenience store is just outside the main gate that has essentially everyting you might need plus more. They have a variety of cheese, coldcuts, sandwiches and pizza. Caretakers are available anytime and are very nice too. Folding tables and monobloc chairs are available in the listing.

This was our 2nd time booking this place and it really is worth the price. A very relaxing place and it is also a good choice if you plan to stay for more than 2 days.
