great place to stay super walkable to old town which offers a lot to do also very close to the pools which is a bonus, communicative and responsive. clean and organized

We stayed for 7 days at this lovely townhouse and had a fantastic time. The location was ideal—just a short drive from Disney and other major attractions. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, which was great for relaxing after busy days out. The townhouse was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and having a washer and dryer was super convenient. The Wi-Fi worked well, and the air conditioning kept the whole place cool and comfortable. The kids especially loved the community pool.

We stayed here one night while meeting family in the Orlando area. The host was very friendly and accommodating. The location is great as it’s within minutes from most things in Orlando. We had plenty of room for each of my family members.

When we checked in, we were pleasantly surprised with how cute the place was. Even cuter than the pictures. We immediately put our stuff inside and went straight to the pool. We were able to get frozen drinks at the tiki bar and the kids had a blast playing in the pool, splash pad and rec room. They even got to do karaoke! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook a meal and some cleaning supplies were provided. Vivian had extra items available to us, including pool towels, toys, and even swim diapers. This place is great for families. We had a great time and we would definitely return.

One of the best houses on AirBnb. Everything is so perfectly organized in this house. We all loved it so much. No issues except one minor. We saw a few cockroaches outside in the patio; however, they were gone next day.

We had a great two-night stay here! The home is in a convenient location—just a short drive to Disney—which made our trip super easy. The space was clean, cozy, and overall very comfortable for our family. Before booking, I saw some reviews mentioning a lot of rules, but in our experience, none of them were unreasonable or difficult to follow. Everything was clearly communicated and easy to manage. A couple of small things to note for future guests with young kids: there’s no baby gate, and the stairs are steep, so wrangling our toddler was a bit of a challenge. Also, the Ac is locked so while the AC was set to 70, it still felt a bit warm at night since the rooms didn’t have ceiling or portable fans. Even with those minor issues, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place for families looking for a quiet, convenient spot near the parks!

I loved the place and Vince was a great host. He was very friendly and family oriented. My grandkids and I loved the place. Vince even brought my grandson a nice gift for his birthday. I was amazed at how he catered to our families needs. He had a pack n play and high chair ready for the baby. I will definitely book with him again. The location was everything. Thanks for allowing us to stay.

Our stay here was lovely. Very comfortable with all the essentials needed for our stay. Threesa was a wonderful host and her home was extremely welcoming. The home is in a perfect community for taking a stroll and close enough to lots of shopping and dining. An excellent choice if your staying in the area or looking to be close enough to Disney World and all the Orlando attractions. Highly recommend this host and looking forward to booking again next year!

We loved our stay at this beautiful, new, modern house on a quiet street, right next to the walking path and so close to Dunedin's main street. My mom described it best, "stunning.... fabulous... can you believe how nice this is?" Lisa was friendly and responsive. She was also very thoughtful with nice little welcome items. The house was immaculately clean, beds were very comfortable, the three outdoor spaces were beautiful, great kitchen. If I could rate this higher than a five star experience I would. We would live to stay again and again. Thank you, Lisa!

Had a wonderful stay at Ibrahim's place. It was close to most, if not all, of what Tampa has to offer. We were able to walk to Armature works which was about 0.5 miles away. It was a great walk. The home itself is clean and spacious. Check in was easy. The backyard is beautiful. There are also board games and sports which we utilized. Thanks Ibrahim and team.

We’ve explored a lot of Florida, searching for an ideal area as well as rental for our young family. It took us 5 years to land on St Augustine and fortunately we stayed at Jodi’s place. It is a literal 4 minute walk to the beach, the specific beach area is super quiet with polite guests, and Jodi’s townhouse community is populated with many residents and regulars that keep the area quiet and tidy. Jodi’s place is well equipped for chilling indoors or time at the beach. Jodi’s place is also a short drive to the downtown of St Augustine where all of the best dining and experiences are located. If you want a peaceful place to rent, with convenient access to either boisterous nightlife or serene beach, then Jodi’s place is where you should go. After 5 years, we have finally found a place we will actually return to.

This is one of the top places we've stayed. Memory foam beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cooking and leftover containers. We really enjoyed the patio. Location was easy in, easy out with lots of shopping, restaurants in the area. We would stay here again.

We had such a great experince at Partick's AirBnB. Beautiful surroundings, comfortable, a great way to catch up with some family. Loved the Beach and the Pool. The patio gets great shade as the afternoon goes on and was a lovely place to enjoy conversation. Thanks so much and we hope to visit again!

This is the definition of a hidden gem! We’ve always used Airbnbs as we travelled around the globe and this was the definition of a hidden gem! Spacious beyond belief and very clean. High recommend.
