Family vacation after driving 8 hours. We were allowed to check in early, which was amazing since we had an 8 month old with us. We could see the beach from the house. Would definitely stay again

This was the 2nd property we stayed at of Kathy's. Great hosts in a perfect location and we will absolutely stay here again! very walkable location and a bus stop close by as well if needed. the room of beach equipment is a huge bonus! can't wait for our next trip back!

Catherine's place is a nice place and as described. The pool and amenities at the condo recreation centers are superb and the beach is a short walk. We drove to Rec building #2 and parked there to shorten the walk to the beach when carrying items such as the beach chairs. There is good noise isolation between condos even when there was a party in the unit next door. We would be happy to stay again.

Easy to get too and loved that the beach was within walking distance! Would definitely stay again!

My husband and I stayed for a little get away to be close to the coast for some salt water fishing and this was a perfect spot! The Space was very clean, had everything we needed, and actually looked like the pictures that were online. You’ll see from other reviews that the bathroom is small - and yes, it is small, but we managed just fine. It’s perfect for two guests! We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely place to stay! The ocean is right across the street. There are plenty of beach accessories in the unit. Kitchen and bath were clean and fully upgraded. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at Tom’s place. He was an awesome host and extremely helpful. Perfect place to come back to. It is two flights of stairs if you are staying on top , which was fine for us.

Aggie was the best host! Communication with her was a breeze. Aggie went above & beyond in her helpfulness. She seems to genuinely care about making guests comfortable & happy with their stays. Kitchen was very well-stocked.....more than most. Couch & master bed were comfortable. Since there was no ceiling fan in master bedroom, Aggie provided a table fan, which was wonderful. The cottage was very peaceful/serene. The trees & plants were beautiful. My kitty loved looking out the windows! I live locally, but my husband & I & our feline girl needed someplace to stay while very noisy work was being done on my house. I'd gladly book a stay at any of Aggie's properties, if I or any of my family or friends needed a place in the future. Thanks so much for everything, Aggie! You're a gem of a host -- and a person!!

This place had everything we needed to cook a large breakfast every morning, and was fully stocked with beach supplies. Would definitely stay again! We were very comfortable the entire time.

Melissa’s place was perfect for our stay. Getting in was a little bit frustrating…we had 4 adults and a t separate times all had trouble with the keyless entry. The decor was adorable, beds comfy and plenty of seating inside and out. My husband noted the deep fryer wasn’t clean but we didn’t need it anyway. And very occasionally in the master bed I would get a whiff of musty air. But, all in all it met expectations and was a comfortable, welcoming and affordable place to stay. Thanks Melissa!

Sheryl’s responsiveness and care for us was unmatched. We had an issue with the property that she resolved immediately and even called me personally to make sure my friends and I were taken care of. Great location and outstanding customer service.

We looked for a home in a quiet location right on the beach that allows pets. This beachfront home was perfect for our week long stay. We got up every morning for the absolutely beautiful sunrise, visited with our daughter in Daytona during the day and then returned to be on the beach to look at the stars and even saw 2 rocket launches. The private ramp to the beach is only about 20 steps and your feet are in the sand. The neighbors on the road are friendly too. We easily walked to get coffee, breakfast and pick up a pizza and groceries. The pictures listed are spot on, so what you see is what is there. The home has everything including paper products, spices, and cleaning products. I could tell there was a light smokey smell as another renter mentioned, but nothing that would make us not rent again. Miss the view of the sunrise already!

Fantastic stay literal steps away from the beach. Girls trip for 3 had everything we needed! Restaurants and grocery stores super close. Especially loved the back porch on the ocean in the morning - and when too windy, the front porch was perfection. Can’t beat sunrise and sunset on same property. Kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. Beds comfy. You won’t regret booking this. #propertyperfection.

We had another great vacation at Xue's. We thoroughly enjoyed the beach, and Xue was amazing as always with helping us out with questions and recommendations and such. This was our third time staying in a unit at Beach Cottages. All three have been excellent! We love this low key stretch of beach and sitting in the balcony listening to the waves. This unit was as pictured. We mostly ate out but the kitchen seemed well equipped if you wanted to cook in. And there was a ton of the stuff that’s annoying to buy for a week already available in the unit - foil, oil, salt/pepper, coffee filters (probably enough for the next year or two), dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, hand soap, etc. A few beach towels were also available along with chairs, toys, etc for the beach. The bed was a little firm for our liking, but the sheets and towels were of good quality. Bathroom had a hair dryer which was nice since I didn’t take mine. Overall, we enjoyed a relaxing week at the beach!

We loved our time here. It’s spotless, incredibly comfortable and the best views. Absolutely perfect location and set up.

We had a great time! Everything was as expected and the easy access to the Atlantic was unbeatable! The pool and hot tub were a bonus. The condo was spacious and felt like home to us. We had an easy time getting around the area and enjoyed many local eateries. We spent one full day at Universal and one at Kennedy Space Center. We saw the rescue rocket launch from the beach - so cool! 😎 wish we had another week to explore. Thank you, Monica!

The host, Jorge was fantastic. This is truly the best spot with the beach right there, parking, towels and everything you need for a great day at the beach. The trolley or bus is a quick walk to get around st Pete. Would absolutely recommend.

Our family of 6 had the best time! Our condo was so nice, clean, and comfortable. It was great to have beach towels and chairs to use as well!! The beach and view was amazing. We had no idea it would be so beautiful. The pool wasn’t quite ready but that didn’t matter (repairs due to the hurricane) the ocean was enough. Our son rented a fishing pole from Hubbards Marina and had the best time fishing off the shore while our other kids swam. We would go back and stay at the same place again. The beach was not crazy busy. Early mornings and late evenings were so peaceful.

Peter's place was immaculate, views were perfection, and everything we needed for a fun beach day was already there! Contrary to other reviews we had beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and beach/pool toys! The condo is spacious and the kitchen itself has everything you need as well. Our bathrooms had shampoo/conditioner/soap and lotion if needed and there are PLENTY of towels. The beds are extremely comfortable and the linens were soft too. Great added touches! We didnt need these items but noticed there was a high chair and a pack n play in the closet along with extra linens and things needed. There was also laundry detergent and dryer sheets if you wanted to keep up with laundry which was very helpful. We really enjoyed the views and our stay here and can't wait to return!

Perfect location! The place had everything we needed. The proximity to the beach cannot be beat - just walk out the door and you are right there. Both the beach and pool were amazing and never super crowded. The place is spacious and allowed the 4 of us to have our own space, but also be together in the kitchen/living room area and balcony. There are big TVs in every room, which allowed us to watch our own thing late at night. The 2.5 bathrooms helped us all clean up quickly after a day at the beach. Even the garage parking spot was nice and close to the elevator, which helped when we had luggage and groceries to bring up. The condo even provides luggage and shopping carts in the garage, so we only had to take one trip up. There is a full closet of beach items for everything you will need. There are also several games and puzzles to keep you busy inside. We washed clothes several times during the week. Melody was very responsive for the couple questions that we had during the trip.
