My family along with 2 other families stayed during the Easter break. The stay was pleasant as it was very spacious, comfortable and quiet with lots of things to do and enjoy. Most importantly, our kids enjoyed swimming, playing pool and ping pong. If there is another chance, we’ll definitely rebook this place. Sarah was also very responsive and made it easy to check in. This lakeside home is the perfect getaway for large family gatherings for all ages! The pool was AMAZING, the pool table was used constantly, the kitchen was well stocked and the 3 main bedrooms has the most incredible views. The beds were all very comfortable, and there were multiple TVs to suit everyone. The bathrooms were spacious and modern. The views were stunning across the lake, especially at sunset. our family of 13 had a very special and memorable stay. Justin's videos were very helpful and his communication was excellent.

Enjoyable stay that met our short term needs. Easy location to navigate, Justine was a great communicator. Seabreeze was a neat and tidy residence that we felt comfortable in right away.

Jamie and his partner Zoe were very accommodating! They had everything set up, clear instructions and provided things like shampoo and conditioner. They were also very proactive with communication. Rooms were very tidy when walking in, and the pool was perfect just to relax in. Would definitely book again! Great find.

we stayed at Villa Nessa for a bucks weekend with 14 guys, and it was absolutely perfect. The house was immaculate, spacious, and felt more like a home than a rental. There were plenty of comfortable beds, large living areas, and a fully equipped kitchen that made group meals easy. The spa was a standout feature—hot, clean, and ideal for relaxing after a long day. The location was quiet and peaceful, yet still close to everything we needed. Although we didn’t meet Vanessa in person, she was an exceptional host. Her communication was prompt, polite, and super helpful from start to finish. She made everything smooth and stress-free, even with a large group. It’s clear she puts a lot of care into making the home welcoming and comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our mate’s upcoming wedding. Highly recommended to any group looking for a clean, relaxing, and well-managed stay. Would definitely return to Villa Nessa

Beautiful location, pool is gorgeous! Super easy communication with the host

Definitely one of the best AirBnB we have stayed at. Judy and Bruce were welcoming, helpful and friendly, even allowing us to check in an hour early (after a very early start for an early flight). Corona cottage is delightful and has everything you could need for a relaxing weekend. Unfortunately, the sofa bed was rather squeaky, but comfortable according to our adult son who slept on it, and the queen bed was very comfortable. The grounds are perfectly maintained and the pool looked lovely (although we did not get to use it due to rainy weather). A nice touch was the fresh fruit bowl and continental breakfast supplied. Overall, an amazing place for our family to relax and unwind, I highly recommend it if you are visiting the area.

Awesome house for our multi-family getaway - plenty of space, plenty to keep the kids entertained between pool, some games, lake down the road and space to kick a soccer ball out front. Beds were comfy, kitchen had all we needed. Easy 15min drive to Caves Beach which is an area we love but this house was significantly better value for money and lovely to see Lake Munmorah - run/walk track right at end of the road and a few shops including a cute gift shop and mini-mart / bottlo. Hosts communicated well. A great stay :)
