A magical place! we loved the peace and quiet, the view is gorgeous and the place had everything we needed. Isabella and her husband are extremely nice and helpful, our interactions with them were really good and they went out of their way to accommodate us. The stairs are a little on the small size and the wifi is really slow (so is the 4G internet since there is low reception there) so it's not for everyone, but if you choose to stay at Isabella's place, you won't regret it!

Everything about this place is beautiful, exactly what you dream of when imagining a Tuscan getaway. The property is lovely and serene - an ideal place to watch the sun set. The amenities are lovely and top quality. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Ce logement, situé sur un mont très paisible donnant vue sur San Gimignano, a complètement charmé notre famille. Beatrice est une hôte formidable, elle est très réactive et n'hésite pas à se déplacer pour nous aider. Nous gardons un très bon souvenir de ce voyage et de ces découvertes de très beaux endroits de Toscane. La maison est confortable, propre et décorée avec amour. Je recommande vivement Merci !

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Pisa bei Francesco. Sein Vater Christiano hat uns sehr nett empfangen, uns Tipps gegeben und uns für den Rückflug ein Taxi organisiert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Terrasse geliebt. Dankeschön!

We absolutely loved our stay at Podere Collina. The house is a beautiful 300-year old farmhouse with lots of interesting decor and artifacts. It was comfortable and the kitchen is really well equipped. But the best thing about it was the surroundings—it's right in the middle of an olive orchard with views of the hills around and Volterra at the top of the hill. We also got to learn how the olives are harvested and Luisa's husband Nicola took us to see how the olive oil is made! A really unique and lovely place to stay.

Casa affascinante , molto curata e in ottima posizione per visitare San Gimignano, Siena, Volterra, Peccioli e altri borghi. Ottima comunicazione con Lorenzo che si è dimostrato cordiale e disponibile. Ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Franco et son épouse nous ont accueillis chaleureusement, toit en restant discrets. Leur propriété est magnifique au milieu des collines et entourée d’oliviers avec une vue sur la plaine. L’emplacement est parfait pour visiter la Toscane. Nous recommandons franchement ce lieu et ces hôtes !

Roberto and his wife met us upon arrival with red wine. The Tuscan hillside was breathtaking! We were able to walk to town and also able to quickly drive to the grocery store. We had everything we needed at the Villa to make small meals. We stayed 4 nights which was perfect. From their villa we were able to drive to Pisa and Florence. If I come back, I would stay here again.

Michele was a great host! We loved the flat and it's location, the patio and pool were amazing. Michele was very communicative and helpful prior to and during our stay, and the guide he provided was very helpful when we were planning activities and meals. Thank you!

This place is just LOVELY. The loft is very private, has an amazing view and a perfectly equipped kitchen and is very quiet at night to relax. The hosts are lovely people and they're very attentive to detail, I couldn't have asked for better hosts in this little village. Overall I really recommend it!

Un soggiorno indimenticabile! Daniele e la sua famiglia ci hanno fatti sentire subito a casa, accogliendoci con grande gentilezza e disponibilità. La struttura è situata in un posto tranquillo, ideale per rilassarsi e staccare dalla routine. L’appartamento è molto carino e dotato di ogni comfort. Dalla cucina, bellissima e fornita, fino alle camere spaziose e luminose. Il giardino è semplicemente bellissimo e curato. La posizione è perfetta: d'estate si può godere del mare, mentre nelle altre stagioni è un'ottima base per esplorare i borghi incantevoli nei dintorni. Una menzione speciale va alla piccola dependance con jacuzzi privata: una chicca sorprendente che ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più speciale. Rapporto qualità-prezzo eccellente: il servizio è stato davvero al di sopra delle aspettative per il costo sostenuto. Consigliatissimo! Noi sicurmanete ci torneremo!

Lena has created a beautiful place that is thoughtfully decorated, with a fully equipped kitchen and has stunning views of the area. The apartment is well situated to explore many of the towns, cities and wineries. Lena was incredibly helpful with suggestions on where to explore and where to eat. She was always willing to go the extra mile to help make our stay special. I would highly recommend staying here.

Unser Aufenthalt in dieser traumhaften Unterkunft war einfach perfekt. Die Lage ist unschlagbar: ruhig, idyllisch und mit einem atemberaubenden Blick auf die toskanische Landschaft und das Meer. Jeden Morgen mit diesem Panorama aufzuwachen, war ein echtes Highlight! Der Charme des historischen Gebäudes ist unvergleichlich. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Apartments selbst sind modern und stilvoll, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es wurde darauf geachtet, dass keine Wünsche offenbleiben. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Gastgeber, Tamara und Roger, die uns herzlich empfangen und mit wertvollen Tipps versorgt haben. Dank ihrer Empfehlungen haben wir großartige Restaurants und bezaubernde Dörfer entdeckt. Vielen Dank für eure Gastfreundschaft und den unvergesslichen und erholsamen Aufenthalt bei euch! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

What an amazing stay we had here, we didn't want to leave in all honesty. Can we just say how amazing the restaurant is, it was recommended to us by Chiara, we had seen the good reviews but didn't actually know how brilliant it was going to be, genuinely one of the best meals we have ever had. They have two former Masterchef contestants working there and you can tell!! The apartment was spotless and we were provided with a lovely hamper with some breakfast goodies - really appreciated. 100% would love to stay again, thank you Chiara!! ❤️

Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza perfetta, con una bimba di tre mesi è stato tutto molto semplice! Posizione strategica, Pulizia e accoglienza TOP! Ilaria cura ogni minimo dettaglio.. Stanze dotate di ogni comfort. È come essere a casa e soprattutto in famiglia, alla mia bimba non è mancato niente, bagnetto, fasciatoio, lettino e perfino cuscino per allattare! Tanti piccoli dettagli che fanno la differenza. Ilaria davvero una persona squisita, mai trovata un host così!

Alloggio consigliatissimo, sia per coppie sia per famiglie poiché dotato di due camere e 4 letti (due singoli e un matrimoniale) e spazi molto ampi, ariosi e agevoli. Dalle foto sembra quasi più piccola di quanto non sia in realtà e non manca davvero nulla! Tutto pulito e accogliente. Andrea e la sua famiglia persone splendide in grado di prendersi cura degli ospiti in ogni momento, sempre disponibili e accomodanti in tutto. Si vede l'amore e la passione con cui si spendono a mantenere il posto nel rispetto degli ospiti. Non ci resta che consigliarlo vivamente a chiunque voglia farsi una vacanza in questa zona perché ne rimarrete sinceramente soddisfatti e felici.

Au fil des ans, nous avons loué plusieurs appartements avec Airbnb et celui-ci est certainement l’un des plus spacieux et l’un des plus confortables où nous avons habités - sans compter qu’il était très propre. Grande chambre, grande salle de bain, cuisine bien équipée avec espaces de travail sur le comptoir… vraiment rien à redire. L’endroit dispose aussi d’une terrasse d’où il est possible de voir la mer au loin. Avec la voiture, nous nous sommes déplacés dans le Chianti, à San Gimignano, à Lucca, vers l’île d’Elbe, et j’en passe. Enfin, la communication avec l’hôte Alessandro a toujours été sympathique, malgré les différences linguistiques! À recommander!

A great small rooftop apartment in the walls of Lucca. Great location, nice locals style cafe next door and walkable to all the other restaurants and cafes and shops in Lucca. Great view from the rooftop and areas to sit and enjoy the weather, great thing about being on the tip floor is the view and it makes the many stairs to the top worth it. Limited paid Street parking in the street next to the apartment 3 euros per hour. (we had no problem finding a space but it was off season) or larger parking areas outside the walls with day rates of around 10 euros per day or parking lots around 10 mins walk. Apartment is very well equipped in the kitchen but is compact. Perfect for 2 people or 3 if you don't mind being cosy. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a place to enjoy all Lucca has to offer

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Unterkunft. Klein aber fein. Die Lage ist wunderbar um den Sonnenuntergang anzuschauen. Die Pferde sind total lieb und zutraulich. Man kann schöne Spaziergänge machen, unserem Hund hat es auch sehr gefallen. Viele weitere Ausflüge sind ebenfalls machbar. Auch zum Strand ist es nicht weit, 15 Mintem mit dem Auto. Die Kommunikation mit Ilaria war super, sie hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet, auch das Winetasting war gut. Was ein kleiner Nachteil war, es steht das es Salz und Pfeffer gibt, das war nicht der Fall. Auch gab es keine Heizung, ausser eine Klimaanlage. Das müsste man vielleicht wissen wenn man im Winter kommt. Wir haben uns dann einen kleinen Ofen gekauft, dan war es warm :)

La nostra esperienza in questa location immersa nella natura è stata semplicemente straordinaria. La tenda era confortevole e ben attrezzata, permettendoci di godere appieno della bellezza circostante. Abbiamo adorato la compagnia degli animali che ci hanno accolto ogni giorno, rendendo il soggiorno ancora più speciale. La posizione è perfetta: a pochi chilometri da ottimi ristoranti e con una spiaggia incantevole facilmente raggiungibile. Abbiamo apprezzato ogni momento trascorso qui, sia che si trattasse di esplorare i dintorni o di rilassarci nella tranquillità della tenda. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Marcella e Rocco, che sono stati incredibilmente ospitali e disponibili, assicurandosi che non ci mancasse nulla. La loro accoglienza ha reso il nostro soggiorno davvero indimenticabile.

Alloggio corrispondente alla descrizione, posizione buona rispetto al mare ed alle molte destinazioni da visitare in Toscana. Molto pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario. Host molto gentili e disponibili. Consigliato :)
