Was a perfect family retreat while visiting our kids at UD. We were able to cook together in well stocked kitchen, enjoy beautiful lake views, sunsets, kayak and relax around campfire. Hope to be back soon.

Beautiful house right on the water. The view over the river is breathtaking. I don't know if you get used to it if you live there, but it was a wonder every morning when seeing it or when coming back to the large living space.

Absolutely outstanding. The pictures do not do justice for the actual beauty of the home. Everything you need is there, the house is pristine in every way. I look forward to exploring more locations from the super host, Brad.

We really enjoyed our stay and the peaceful surroundings. The house is very charming, and well maintained. It was clean and spacious and matched the pictures. The view is beautiful and you can see the water from the windows and porches. Trey was a great host, very responsive and helpful whenever we reached out with questions. Would definitely recommend and we would love to come back for another visit.

We have stayed here multiple times. It is a great place for large groups as it is spacious. The space is quirky and fun and we always like discovering new things each time we stay

The place was amazing! I came down for an event and was sorry to have to leave the beautiful cozy house to attend it. I wished I could have sat enjoying the view the whole time I was there. It was also such a treat to park the car when I arrived and have everywhere I wanted to go within walking distance. I look forward to being able to return some day.

The property is amazing and met the needs of our entire family. The area is beautiful and peaceful. We set out to make new Thanksgiving memories and this location was absolutely perfect! We loved our stay at the cottage. Everything was clean and well maintained inside and out. We especially loved the gorgeous surroundings. The property was beautiful and peaceful. We enjoyed daily swims in the pool and time at the dock. Robert was a wonderful host and made everything very clear and easy as well as was easy to communicate with. We couldn't have asked for a better get away. Chestertown is adorable and fun to check out. We hope to return in the future.

This home is really nice! We stayed there because our daughter was getting married at a venue about 5 minutes away from the home. It was perfect! Plenty of space for our family and was great for the bridal party to get ready! Nice open floor plan. The beds a bedrooms were very large with comfortable beds. The home was well equipped. The outdoor area was nice and I’m sure the pool is nice in the summertime. Thank you for sharing your home with us on this very special occasion.

This place was amazing to stay at! We loved the huge kitchen and there was plenty of space for our family of five. Our kids had a great time running around the big backyard and we went on several walks around the local neighbourhood, which was very picturesque and peaceful. What a lovely place to visit!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. The Bay was across the street. There were many extra Amenities available to us on the grounds. The house was in a perfect location, very well maintained, fully equipped, very cozy, and within walking distance to everything. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Megan was the perfect host. She was very welcoming, friendly, warm, and responsive. Everything went smoothly and was exactly how she said that it would be. There were no unexpected surprises. We can't wait to go back!

The space was beautiful! The rooftop was my favorite, being able to read a book in the quiet. They always responded quickly and were so nice! They also saved a parking spot for us in the back which we didn’t end up using because parking was not an issue at all up front.

We had a great weekend! The host was incredibly kind and accommodating, making check-in and communication smooth from start to finish. The house itself was well-stocked, clean, and thoughtfully organized—perfect for relaxing with a small family group. We especially enjoyed winding down in the cozy living room and falling asleep to a movie after a fun day out. Would absolutely stay here again!

Had a great stay at Shaun's place - enjoyed the amenities and the stars that were out that night. Had a big lightning storm that night, so if that sort of thing wakes you up, bring a sleep mask because there are a couple of skylights. The hot tub and pool were great and the outdoor seating and speakers were pretty nice, too. When we left to go hiking after checkout, Shaun immediately contacted me every way he could to tell me I left my motorcycle leathers behind, which would have been a disaster for me, and at 20+ pounds and super-bulky, would have been an expensive shipping nightmare. In all, great experience.

This place was perfect for my stay. The surrounding areas were so peaceful and the nearby bunnies were nice to see. Would recommend and definitely stay here again.

Jessica's place was the perfect place to spend the weekend with my daughter. Even though it was too cold to sit outside, we were still able to enjoy the view. Jessica was extremely easy to work with and when I asked if we could check-in a little early she let me know that wasn't a problem at all. A great mother/daughter weekend!

This is our second time to the Charleston Maryland area. We like to stay outside the Newark Delaware area for our daughters parents weekend. This place checked all the boxes. Trey was easy to communicate with. The place was clean, spacious the relaxing view from the deck rapped up a great birtday and parents weekend.

Our stay here was wonderful! Trey was a fantastic host and was quick to help out with what we needed during our stay. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Having a highchair for our little one was a really helpful bonus! I would highly recommend a stay here.

Beautiful location with stunning views of the bay. Loved morning coffee on the patio, watching the sunrise and relaxing evenings in the hot tub as the sun went down. A very enjoyable weekend with the family.

This house is so cute. Perfectly decorated, very warm and welcoming. It's perfectly situated and is walking distance to everything. We enjoyed sitting on the porches and people watching. This was our second time and we hope to stay here again the next time we plan to travel to Chesapeake City.

We had a wonderful stay at the yurt for my son’s 6th birthday! My 2 kids loved the farm tour, playing in the creek, and roasting marshmallows by the campfire. Monica equips the campsite with everything you’d need and is super communicative leading up to your stay. We would definitely recommend to those looking for the experience of camping in the great outdoors paired with the comforts of home!

Amazing apartment in a great location. Clean, neat, and VERY comfortable. Lovely view of the town and the water from the deck. A short walk from bars, restaurants and the water. Took a walk in the morning with my puppy and everyone we ran into was very friendly. If you are looking for a nice get away for a night or two I would recommend.
