Tolle große Appartements, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wer die Philippinen kennt weiß das Preis Leistung hier gut ist. Wenn aber krähende Hähne oder so stören sollte besser woanders hin verreisen, weil die Appartements in einer normalen Nachbarschaft liegen.

Norbert’s place was great! The amenities were excellent—you can cook, there's a refrigerator, air conditioning, and even Netflix if you want to relax. The WiFi is reliable, and the caretaker was very accommodating. Plus, Norbert was super responsive! 💯💯 Definitely recommending this to anyone looking for an affordable yet comfortable place to stay in Cebu.

I’m 27 years old with my 16 years old brother that’s from America and stayed in this apartment for almost a month, visited my family and relatives. My trip was on June 4th to July 1st. Ms. Anne was very kind, friendly, responsive and considerate. The place was very peaceful, room apartment was very well maintained and organized, even though they only have little things like furnitures and utensils. it was perfect for the small room and it does look nice from the outside to inside. The caretaker was also very kind, respectful, responsive and efficient. The wifi was very great and a little high speed connection, we never have problems with the internet connection. The location is very close to the international airport, very convenient. Overall I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that needs staycation in the Philippines for a short period of time to a month. Prices from Apartment to utilities were average and affordable to a person like me that has an average income.

Really enjoyed our stay at Anne’s. There was always someone around if a need arose. Very helpful and always thoughtful of us. Will definitely stay again!

The location is really great for someone who enjoys walking and exploring. Anything else just get a grab and all is close by :) The people here are extremely friendly and wonderful. Anne is very good at communicating which was nice. I have had an amazing month in Lapu2 because of this home base here. I found a gym, groceries, made some great friends and have found this experience to be very good for my heart. Loved it

Wonderful apartment and absolutely great host and communication! The view is breath-taking, the location very near to IT Park and Ayala Center. I had some small trouble on arrival (wrong keys, disfunctional toilet flush) but they were fixed super fast. Jell was always super helpful and nice. Excellent communications and fast answers. Same for the other building staff. All very nice and always eager to help. Thanks for the great stay! Would definitely rebook if I'll be back in Cebu.

I’ve traveled the Philippines for the past five weeks staying in many Airbnb‘s. This is the best one. The price was reasonable, the staff was very helpful, the accommodations are well thought out and clean.

Despite the very hectic schedule of the host which took her awhile to respond, she would make an effort to communicate when she has time and even offer option to change room. The staff (guards) on duty are very friendly and hospitable.

If you are considering this property for a short stay or an extended one. . . I can say with conviction and experience that this property is one you will never forget in an amazingly positive way. John is very hospitable and cordially professional when it comes to communicating and helping with questions you may have. When you add this care to a 5 Star property. . .you will be left with unforgettable memories. So enjoy.

The room was very spacious. A nice change from usual Philippine rentals. The place is a little hard to find but the instructions provided made it much easier.

Comfortable condo with a great mountain view!

From the minute I walked through the door I had a feeling that I was going to enjoy staying here, and I did! Clean, spacious rooms, plenty of draw space for clothes, with extra bedding provided. Having a washing machine and dryer was great to use, and cooking facilities were all that you needed. 2 tv's , 1 in living area and 1 in bedroom. Bathroom was spotless and all worked well. I had one minor problem which was nothing to do with the apartment, and John and partner were so helpful, thank you if you're worried about the paying up front for electric, don't be, I used less than I thought I might have, and the balance was refunded straight way. thank you for a lovely stay John, I certainly recommend staying here to anyone.
